very bright, quiet and well ventilated apartment between the old village and the tourist center. its large 25m2 terrace will make you happy for a dinner with friends. close to the beaches. Private parking.
new, open-plan kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven and microwave. large living room with a 2-seater sofa bed plus two single bunk beds. plus a cabin bedroom with a single bed and additional mattresses. bathroom with bathtub. separate wc. television with tnt etc ... the whole entirely new.

Vacances agréable

Appartement idéalement situé ( 5 min en voiture de la plage du grazel et de la plage des chalets, commerces a proximité, le village de gruissan aussi et le port a quelques pas), une grande terrasse permettant de manger et déjeuner dehors. Les deux seuls petits bémol de cet appartement sont qu'avec ces fortes chaleurs malgré qui soit bien "ventilé" la clim manque énormément au 40°c atteint parfois en ce mois d'août cela est parfois difficile et comme il est obligatoire de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes la rue en plein mois d août est très bruyante jusqu'à 2h30 du matin et dès 5h30 tout les matin le balai des éboueurs, livreurs et nettoyage (balayeuse) de la ville commence. Mais nous avons tout de même passer un agréable séjour, il faut juste quelques petit ajustement dû malheureusement au changements climatique actuel 😊

Belle appartement très lumineux et bien équipé bien situé dans résidence agréable

Très belle appartement bien situé lumineux dans résidence très agréable si je devais critiquer deux points : le lit adultes est un cliclaque qui manque de stabilité et sur la terrasse souvent des odeurs de fritures dues à l'épicerie juste dessous mais rien de catastrophique non plus donc je recommanderai à mes amis sans soucis.

Nous avons loué un appartement pour 7 nuits a Gruissan port vu dans l'ensemble tout va bien.Par contre tous les soirs il y a des animations musicales jusqu'a minuit et les voisins au dessus font du bruit le matin on ne dort plus.

Malheureusement il y a toujours des personnes qui ne se rendent pas compte du bruit qu’ils font, ne pas hésiter à aller les voir.

Excellent séjour

Appartement très propre et bien équipé. Très bonne situation à proximité du port, les plages ne sont pas très loin et très agréables. Je suis très satisfait.
