Loved our stay at the "Ranch House" in Camp Verde. Peaceful, quit and very, very comfortable. Irene was a gracious Host, thanks for the food and dessert.
We enjoyed it and will be back for sure.
Great place for a get away!
My sisters and I stayed at the Ranch House March 16-18, 2018. It was really nice. The house is super clean, uniquely decorated, super quiet & comfortable!
We enjoyed the mama & baby cows in the pasture behind the house, the swan in the pond next to the house, and the Blue Herons that visited!
Irene is a wonderful host! Chocolate chip cookies we’re waiting for us, wood for a nightly fire was delivered!
Thanks Irene, we had a great time! I’ll be back soon!
Amazing place amazing hospitality!
My husband and 2 small boys and I had such a great stay at the Ranch House. We needed a place to feel like we were escaping the busy suburban life of Gilbert and it was a great escape. The backdrop of cow pasture with mountains behind was so calming to the soul. The house itself was beautifully decorated without clutter. It was so clean and even smelled fresh! There's a bar inside with glass bottles on the shelves, which I was nervous about my 3 year old boy getting into, but with so much to do outside, he didn't even touch it. Irene met us and offered an impromptu tour of the farm where the boys were able to pet the cows and goats. Irene was so warm and friendly! The boys were sad to go. Thanks for such a great experience and we hope to return in the future!
It was the best 50th birthday ever. The house was so comfortable and inviting. The best part was sitting on the back porch seeing the cows in the pasture. We grilled every night and used the fire pit twice. Irene, the hostess makes great chocolate chip cookies that she delivered. Even though it is on a busy street ther was NO noise heard in the house. Recommend to all and will look up this place again. Thanks again Irene and Louis
We had a relaxing and enjoyable time at this cabin. Great mid point between Phoenix and Sedona. Very comfortable place with lots of hiking near by.
Great Spot in Camp Verde
I spent August and September at the Ranch House and I had an issue free stay. I really enjoyed the privacy that the house offered, as opposed to a condo in Oak Creek or Sedona. I was able to explore the area around Sedona and the Oak Creek Canyon, which is only 20 minutes away, and then return to the quiet setting of the Ranch House. August had some pretty hot days, but the AC at the house kept the place nice and cool. The kitchen amenities were more than adequate to prepare meals during the week. The patio out back was perfect for reading the paper in the morning or relaxing after a long day. It is important for me to have a quiet place to sleep and the Ranch House was just that. The only noise at night was the occasional howl of a coyote. I spoke with Irene, the owner, on a weekly basis and she was always concerned about if I was enjoying my stay. If I'm ever in the area again I will most certainly look to stay at the Ranch House.
