We loved our stay. The apartment has everything you need for one night or a month. Easy walking to the historic center. Two great restaurants downstairs (call ahead because they're popular), quiet and safe. Great pizza place nearby for a dinner in. Plenty of space to be comfortable. The host was awesome on his communication!!

Lovely little apartment good value

We Stayed for 6 nights and had a wonderful time. Palo was very helpful, he arranged for us to drop off our luggage early and met us at the apartment later on. He gave us advice where to visit, eat etc and booked a taxi for us to take us to the airport. The apartment is small but was perfect for our needs and great value for money. Thanks Palo

Small but nice apartment in a fantastic location!

We really enjoyed our stay in Bologna, and much of that was because we stayed in this very conveniently located apartment (just 15 minutes from the city centre). The interior is on the smaller side, but the two of us fit comfortably everywhere except the bed. Unfortunately, the bed was a thin mattress on an extremely creaky rolling Ikea frame that we found pretty unpleasant. However, the apartment was otherwise everything we needed it to be and we still really enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting the beautiful city of Bologna.

Great location and incredible owner

We arrived at the apartment and realized that my husband left his wallet in the taxi. As we had not noted the taxi number, Paolo phoned all 3 taxi services and asked them to send a message to the drivers. Within 1 hour, we had the wallet back! Paolo went above and beyond to help us. He also provided much information about where to eat.

Fabulous apartment, Great Location

We had a week in Bologna in October and what a great place to stay. It is exactly as in the photographs, and within easy walk to the town centre and the train station. Even the spiral staircase did not phase us. Local restaurants and bars are plentiful, and the locals friendly. Paolo was so helpful with everything, and there are plenty of leaflets and books for the tourist in the apartment. Quiet location if you require your siesta at lunch, and bustling in the evening. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Bologna - but word of warning, is on the second floor, no lift, and narrow stone steps, but worth it! Helene

A quaint Italian home!

This home was perfect for my family of 4 (husband, twin 22 yr old daughters, and myself). It was a short taxi drive from the train station, and only 10 euros for all of us and our luggage. It is on the second floor. The neighborhood was quiet, but a close walk to just about anything you would need and it was nice to walk off all the food we ate! The air-conditioning worked great even though it was pretty hot and humid outside! Plenty of room in the unit with a bed upstairs & pullout couch downstairs. Communication with Paolo was excellent! Only real problem was the shower water temperature kept changing from cold to hot. But we got used to it! We would definitely stay here again!

Vacanza di due notti

L’appartamento si trova sopra una ottima osteria. Per la prima sera è stato molto conveniente poter scendere di casa e gustare dell’ottimo vino biologico della casa oltre che ha squisiti piatti tipici. Siamo rimaste sorprese dal profumo di pulito appena entrate nell’appartamento. Tutte le comodità di cui avevamo bisogno c’erano. Più di un ferro da stiro, lavatrice, aria condizionata sia sopra che sotto. I proprietari hanno lasciato accesa l’aria prima che arrivassimo ed è stato una piacevolissima sorpresa, visto il caldo torrido di fine Giugno. Gli asciugamani e le lenzuola erano puliti e stirati. Ero un po’ scettica a prenotare tramite questo sito perché non lo conoscevo, ma sono proprio contenta di non aver disdetto. Fino ad ora il miglior bnb in cui sia stata. Unica scomodità purtroppo è l’assenza dell’ascensore. Avevamo diverse valigie grandi e abbiamo fatto un po’ fatica a portarle su fino l’appartamento. Il condominio di per sè è un po’ buio, ma da non farsi ingannare, perché l’appartamento è molto carino.

Nice little place in a good neighbourhood

Paolo was very helpful for check in and check out. The flat is cosy and has everything you need: A little walk to the city centre but very animated neighbourhood with great places to go out close by.

Schoon en dichtbij het centrum!

Heerlijk gehad! Fijn appartement op loopafstand van het gezellige centrum. Onder het appartement een Osteria waar je heerlijk kunt eten. De eigenaar Paolo is zeer behulpzaam en gastvrij👍🏻

Perfekt für die Stadt

Die Ferienwohnung liegt ca. 10 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Bushaltestellen sind ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt. Die Wohnung geht über zwei Etagen und ist für 2 Personen perfekt. Paolo ist ein netter Vermieter. Kommunikation in Englisch. Jegliche Fragen im Vorfeld und auch bei Ankunft im Objekt wurden prompt beantwortet. Klare Empfehlung von uns.

Small but efficient.

This is a cosy apartment, a good value. The steps up to the small loft might be a challenge for some people. We enjoyed it in any case. 15 minutes' walk to Piazza Maggiore. Almost next door to a brilliant Chagall exhibit! Once we got oriented, it was easy to get around. Our host responded quickly to any questions we had and was very helpful.

l'appartamento è molto carino, comodo e ben accessoriato, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Bologna. nelle vicinanze ci sono tanti negozi. supermercati e pizzerie da asporto. Great, trendy apartment 15 minute walk from city center

We loved this place and Bologna! Was a comfortable, quiet apartment in a great location. Paolo was really helpful checking us in and gave great recommendations, including a delicious trattoria directly underneath the apartment. Was a hot week in Bologna, but the air conditioning units and shutters really did the trick to keep things cool. Great option to see and feel at home in the city.

Süße, kleine FeWo im Zentrumsnähe. Alles da, was man braucht. Der Vermieter hat uns beim Checkin Tips gegeben, wo man gut essen etc. kann. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen und die Stadt einfach herrlich. Sehr gut ist auch, dass die Wohnung eine Klimaanlage hat, da es sonst unter dem Dach sehr heiß sein würde. Würden wir wieder buchen! Top!

La casa era carina, confortevole e pulita. A 10/15 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Nelle vicinanze si trova di tutto, farmacia, osterie, bar, edicole, tabacchi etc. Una famiglia di 4 persone sta comodamente in casa, riscaldamento ottimo, quartiere tranquillo. Si consiglia vivamente per una serena vacanza o per lavoro a Bologna....

L'appartamento ha tutti i confort, è spazioso quanto basta per una famiglia, posizionato in una zona tranquilla e carina della città. Paolo è stato molto cortese e disponibili con noi, ci ha ricevuto con sorriso e dato tanti consigli sulla città. Ci ha permesso di fare il check in presto per goderci della giornata senza le valigie. Inoltre ci ha concesso di fare il check out tardivo per approfittare della domenica con tanta calma. Grazie Paolo!!! avremo un ricordo di Bologna indimenticabile.

Atención especial

Desde el primer momento Paolo nos hizo sentir muy cómodos. Salimos del aeropuerto a las 12:30 y allí estaba Paolo esperándonos. Nos llevó al apartamento y nos desplegó un mapa de Bologna y direcciones de interés para comer, comprar y visitar. La localización del apartamento permite desplazarse a pie al centro en 10 minutos y está en un sitio muy tranquilo. El último día nos permitió quedarnos hasta las 15 h. ya que el avión salía a las 17:45 h. Hemos quedado muy satisfechos y agradecidos por lo que animamos a cualquiera a disfrutarlo. Comfortable, conveniently located apartment with amenable owner

The apartment is located a short distance from central attractions in Bologna - 15 minutes relaxed walking pace to the main squares and towers. It is very near to the Porta Saragozza, which is the start of a lovely covered walk to the church of San Luca - fantastic views over the city. The cafe Nero is a great place to stop for coffee and cake before beginning the walk. The apartment itself is comfortable and feels secure. It is just above a well-reviewed restaurant, All'Osteria Bottega. Very little noise from the restaurant and a generally quiet location. The steep and narrow stairs and restricted headroom in the mezzanine floor bedroom would make the apartment unsuitable for people with limited mobility but we found this arrangement fine for our needs. As a base for active people, it is ideal. We cooked each day. The nearby Conad supermarket is well-stocked. There is a convenient fish shop just beyond Cafe Neri. The facilities in the apartment allowed us to enjoy cooking. If you arrive by plane and bus in to the centre, it is then a 25 minute walk to the apartment along a simple and straight route. Paolo stayed in contact and was accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.

Cómodo y bien situado

I lived in the apartment during my university. Living in the center of Bologna is very charming, and I like very much the small buildings with porches that characterize this medieval center.
