We loved it! Warm welcome from the hosts, lovely flat nicely decorated , the sea is 2 meters away so you can hear it and enjoy the view all day. We loved it and would love to go back

Beautiful appartment with balcony overlooking the sea

We loved our stay at the appartment in Rapallo. The appartment was very nice, the location perfect and reception by the owners very friendly and helpful. From Rapallo we visited many villages in the neighbourhood, mainly by train.

Wow - an amazing stay!

Everything about Michela and Claudio’s apartment is just perfect. Their communication is excellent, they met us at the station and helped with our bags, showed us how everything in the apartment worked and left us a chilled bottle of Prosecco. The location, view, facilities and comfort level is perfect - our 1 week stay was a wonderful way to finish 6 weeks in Europe - thank you 😊

Wonderful! Hope to return!

Our family spent a week in this beautiful apartment with an amazing view! We enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony and walking to the store as well as restaurants and we spent A LOT of time in the sea! Michela and Claudio were wonderful communicators and their daughter Chiara checked us in and answered all our questions. We loved it and are already hoping to return next year!

Location, Location.... Location

Lovely apartment, clean and fairly equipped. The best part is the location. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony almost every evening with a drink, watch the sunset and diversity of people walking and enjoying below. The hosts were warm and welcoming. Met us at the train station on our arrival. Very friendly, responsive & helpful when needed. We recommend this apartment and would stay there again.

Wonderful apartment in perfect location

We stayed for a week in this beautiful apartment and everything was perfect. The location is amazing with a wonderful balcony overlooking Rapallo seafront and the castle - a lovely place to relax and watch the world go by. The lounge/kitchen area is open plan, bright and airy. The double bedroom was very comfortable and we slept incredibly well. The apartment is well equipped, close to local shops including bakeries, supermarket, chemist, as well as lovely restaurants and bars. Also just ten mins walk from the train station. We would definitely stay again if in the area and Michela was a charming and very helpful host.

Fabulous location and great hosts

We stayed with the family for a week in Rapallo. You will not find a better location, right on the water for this price. It’s a dreamy sight when you enter the apartment. You have everything you need whether you want to eat out all the time or cook some Italian food with local ingredients. The balcony overlooking the bay is the highlight of the apartment. I cannot say enough good things about the hosts, Claudio and Michela. Nicest and most attentive people you can find and always willing, ready, and able to help your stay be perfect.

toll gelegenes, schönes Apartment!

Sehr schön ausgestattetes Apartment in toller Lage, sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber, wir haben den Aufenthalt überaus genossen. Unschlagbar ist der Balkon quasi über dem Meer! Tipp: Auto einfach stehen lassen, die Altstadt von Rapallo und der Bahnhof (ständige Verbindungen die ganze ligurische Küste entlang) sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt.

Spettacolare la vista dalle tre finestre del soggiorno. Terrazzino piccolo ma vivibilissimo, nel pomeriggio si gode tutto il sole. Casa ben arredata con gusto, attrezzata anche per soggiorni lunghi, persino più grande di quanto appare dalle foto. Armadi capienti, letti molto confortevoli e cucina dotata di tutto, conpresa lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Tv e wifi rendono piacevole l'intrattenimento/lavoro da remoto. Proprietari squisiti: grande calore, disponibilità e cortesia!

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. The location is fantastic, right on the water with an incredible view, with a short walk to the center of Rapallo. Great place centrally located on the Riviera

My sister and I spent a month at this apartment to visit with family and friends. It was centrally located in Rapallo with easy access to the train station, buses and shopping. The views of the sea from the apartment are spectacular. The hosts were very responsive to any questions or inquiries we had throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable and all utilities worked well. The apartment building has an elevator which was convenient for luggage and groceries. It was a pleasant experience and we would stay there again.

Einfach nur traumhaft!

Wunderschön gelegen, toller Balkon: Man kann die Boote und Fußgänger an der Promenade beobachten und den ganzen Tag aufs Meer schauen und die Seele baumeln lassen! Die Altstadt ist gleich nebenan. Nette Geschäfte und Restaurants/Cafés. Von Rapallo lässt sich die ligurische Küste prima erkunden. Wir haben viel mit der Bahn gemacht - der Bahnhof ist schnell erreichbar. Einfach wunderbare Gastgeber! Wir haben tolle Tipps für die Umgebung erhalten. Die Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe lief perfekt - danke Michela und Claudio für alles! A beautiful gem in Rapallo

We spent 2 weeks at this incredible apartment. The owners are wonderful and we had great communication before we arrived and when we were there. They were welcoming made sure we were fine during our stay. There is probably no place in Rapallo this close to the water. The balcony with seating overlooks the promenade and it was fun to watch the constant stream of walkers that more often than not, paused to take a selfie at the bend below. The apartment overlooks the castle, harbor, fishing boats, promenade and distant view of Portofino. The apartment is ideally located within walking distance to great restaurants, specialty food shops, clothes shops, and the train and bus station. It is spacious with a living room/dining area, and a well equipped kitchen if you enjoy cooking. The Wi-Fi is good. The interior has a light and airy design to reflect the water and light outside. The Terrazo floors are beautiful! There are nice views from all the front sea facing windows. We didn’t want to leave and we’ll be back.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen. Vor allem die wunderschöne Aussicht vom Balkon hat uns begeistert. Die Wohnung ist gut gepflegt und es war alles nötige vorhanden. Auch der Empfang war sehr herzlich, wir wurden vom Ehepaar Devoto am Bahnhof abgeholt.

Het was heerlijk!!!

Prettig appartement, klein maar alles was er en zeer overzichtelijk! Het uitzicht is geweldig! Heerlijk aan de boulevard. Alles werkt naar behoren. En zo prettig dat alles op loopafstand is! Ook het station is vlakbij en de bus! Het enige minpuntje vonden wij het moeilijke parkeren!

A perfect location from which to explore the region

A lovely apartment with all the facilities to accommodate two adults and two children. Fantastic sea views. Easily accessible local amenities include shops, restaurants, buses, ferries, trains etc. Take a trip on the cable car up the mountain. It’s a hoot! Take the train to Monterossa and have a meal at La Tortuga. Unbeatable!

Traumhafter Ausblick!

Traumhafter Ausblick vom Balkon. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und liegt sehr zentral- man kann alles in Rapallo zu Fuß erreichen. Wir brauchten das Auto die ganze Woche nicht. Es gibt Strände, Restaurants, Supermärkte in der Nähe. Wir haben auch tolle Tagesausflüge gemacht entweder zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus nach Santa Margharita und mit der Fähre nach Portofino. Claudio und Michelo waren sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Immer wieder!

Why they chose this property

Rapallo is a municipality in the province of Genoa, about 30 kilometers from the capital. It is located in the western part of the Gulf of Tigullio, and the modern part of the city extends as an arc up to the slopes of the surrounding hills which are the typical Mediterranean vegetation.
This feature ensures conformation of the Ligurian territory varied tourist offer based on both the attractions of the coast and inland.
The marina is divided into a northern area ( Old Port) and a southern zone that includes the new , Porto Carlo Riva International , which has been awarded the Blue Flag [ blue flag ] in 2007 for the excellent service .
In addition to its attractive old town, the places to see in Rapallo include the marvelous castle of the 16th century, located just in front of the apartment .
The local cuisine is based largely on fish, but also include tasty lasagna with pesto [ a traditional basil sauce ] , oil cake and fritters . The most famous local products are olive oil and dry white wine and sparkling.
A few kilometers you can visit Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino with beautiful protected park where long hikes in the nature and the marine protected area , a must for lovers of diving and snorkeling.
