The quiet, southern end of Fort Myers Beach is the location of Royal Pelican 293. It’s a restful vacation destination that overlooks the meandering canal and provides private beach access to the beautiful white sand shoreline that is close at hand.

Royal Pelican 293 is a two-bedroom / two bathroom, air-conditioned condo that sleeps five comfortably. Even your pets are welcome in this delightful vacation home. Take the elevator up to the second floor and step into your open-concept living area. There’s an HDTV with DVD player and plenty of comfortable seating where you can snuggle down and enjoy an evening with family and friends. You’ll also have free Internet, which is a great help for making reservations and sending photos to friends back home.

Chances are, you’ll spend quite a bit of time out on the two screened lanais at Royal Pelican 293. The lower second-floor location puts you so close to the water, you’ll feel almost like you’re sitting on the dock from the lanai. There are a table and chairs out on the lanai so you can dine al fresco or enjoy cocktails while you watch the sunset over the water.

Beyond the living room is a large dining table and chairs perfect for family dining or game playing. This room connects through the breakfast bar directly to the kitchen. It is so easy to serve and clear meals when you make use of this handy pass-through to the dining room.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances, glasses, cookware, dishes and utensils you need to prepare snacks and meals for your family. There are also plenty of cabinets to store all the food you’ll need during your stay.

Through the door connecting to the living room is the master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and its own sliding glass access to a private lanai. Imagine the pleasure of slipping out on this deck after dark to watch the stars fill the Florida sky. Incredible beauty!

The master en-suite has a walk-in shower and vanity where you can store all your toiletries. You’ll also find plenty of plush towels and washcloths to use during your stay.

The second bedroom is outfitted with a double bed and a raised single to sleep three. Any children who accompany you to Royal Pelican 293 will love the fun of sleeping in the bunk bed. This bedroom has its own bathroom conveniently located for easy access.

There’s also a washer and dryer available within the condo for your use.

One of the very best things about staying in Royal Pelican 293 is the property itself. Royal Pelican offers two pools, shuffleboard court, clubhouse, fishing pier, tennis courts and private beach access.

The community is conveniently close to Lovers Key State Park where you can rent kayaks, bikes, and canoes to explore the wetland estuary.
