Peaceful stay

This was the perfect location for a relaxing holiday. It is located close to the beach and market. The host had everything we needed for the weekend vacation.

Great Comfortable Spacious Base for Exploring Agadir

A group of 5 of us stayed for 5 days. The property is spacious, well equipped and furnished. It's comfortable inside and has a lovely roof terrace for relaxing in the sun.The house is only a 5 minute walk to Souk Al Had and in a great location for exploring Agadir.The host responded quickly to our communications before we arrived and when we were there to our requests e.g. for additional towels and guidance on how to use the cooker. He was also flexible when our departure was delayed and let us check out late.

Location and description is wrong

We booked it because in the description it said 10 minutes walking from the beach (10 Gehminuten im Beschreibung von der Gegend). When we arrived the house was on the complete opposite side of Agadir than it was shown on the map and it was 50 minutes. I also had to pay extra because my friend with another child wanted to join and it said that the house has 4 rooms. What it didnt say was that the fourth room is a walking through to come to the terrace. So they couldnt let the child sleep there (or else we could have not used the terrace at all). when I asked my money back for the extra person the host answerd me with a suggestion how we could have made the sleeping arrangements to not use the room but this was totally not the point, I booked and payed with the assumption to have 4 rooms. (and also 2 person where not a couple so could not sleep in one bed but I also think this is none of her buiseness to discuss the sleeping situation with me)so in the end I felt betrayed with false information and payed a lot with no refund back at all.

5 jours en famille à 5 à Agadir. Nous avons opté pour cette réservation. La maison est conforme à l annonce et hyper agréable. Bien équipée, avec une mention spéciale pour le rooftop, top pour le PDJ. Un super emplacement juste à côté du souk. On est dans le typique que l on recherchait, loin de l esprit des hôtels touristiques de bord de mer. Nos hôtes étaient adorables, prévenants, plein de bons contacts (mention spéciale pour notre chauffeur/guide Moussa!). On a adoré. Encore merci

La Kasbah, le monument historique resté debout après le tremblement de terre de 1960. Très beau point de vue

Séjour parfait dans une maison pleine de charme

Bonjour,Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison spacieuse et confortable, idéalement située à deux pas du Grand Marché. La décoration soignée, avec ses meubles typiques et ses moulures, confère au lieu une ambiance chaleureuse et authentique.Le gérant a été d’une gentillesse remarquable, toujours disponible et à l’écoute de nos besoins.La maison est parfaitement équipée, offrant tout le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. Seul petit bémol : l’escalier est assez raide, ce qui pourrait poser problème aux personnes à mobilité réduite.La plage se trouve à environ 10 minutes en voiture, ce qui permet de profiter facilement des plaisirs de la mer tout en bénéficiant du calme de la maison.

Villa lindíssima

É uma casa lindíssima, muito limpa e com todas as comidades. Decoração ao estilo marroquino, com muito bom gosto. Localizada a 2 minutos, a pé, do Souk. Uma boa experiência que esperamos repetir. Obrigada Mbark e Ahmed!

Check - in était chaleureux ( merci pour le bon coucous ) La maison était spacieuse,les escaliers dangereux,sans garde - corps. Absolument rien pour des gens à mobilité réduite, pas de sège linge pourtant marqué dans le « flyer » ,difficile de monter deux étage avec du linge mouillé pour le faire sécher à la terrasse,c’était le seul inconvénient,nous avons quand même passer six semaines de vacances agréables au milieu des gens marocains qui étaient très gentils,merci à Raghia,la propriétaire qui était très aimable

Superbe maison confortable et idéalement située

Superbe séjour début janvier dans la maison d’Ahmed. La maison est grande, propre, bien entretenue et très bien équipée. Les lits sont confortables et les salles d’eau aux standards européens (eau chaude, pression, etc.). Mais le plus est sans aucun doute la localisation centrale! A 2 minutes à pied de l’effervescence du souk Alhad, qui plus est du bon côté (porte 6) avec restauration de friture, petits tagines…, msemmen et baghrirs (crêpe mille trous) pour le p’tit déj, légumes, fruits, etc. Plus proches encore de la maison: plein de petits commerces (épicerie, boucherie) et de terrasses de café où tout le monde est vraiment sympathique. A 10 minutes de voiture: supermarchés Marjane et Carrefour. Aucun problème de parking grace à l’efficacité et la gentillesse d’Omar. Malgré tout l’environnment de la maison est très calme et sûr. Je recommande vivement cette location pour une expérience marociane immersive et enrichissante, loin des parcours touristiques habituels. Enfin, Ahmed est un hôte très professionnel et disponible.

Superbe maison

Dès l’arrivée une belle surprise la maison est très belle, grande et très bien aménagée. Tout était très propre et il y a tout ce dont on pourrait avoir besoin et même plus. Nous y avons passé un mois très agréable (malgré les travaux en cours dans le quartier -et en général sur la ville d’Agadir) et espérons pouvoir revenir prochainement.

Belle maison familiale

Nous avons fait beaucoup de cuisine et c'était bien pratique avec le souk à côté, mais du coup le mobilier en fer forgé et le carrelage conduit bien le bruit et nous avions des voisins du dessous (ce que nous ne savions pas) entendaient tout. Nous avons eu des remarques et ce fût le bémol de cette location. Sinon tout le monde est très gentil. Taxis et bus sont à proximité ainsi que location de voiture.

Maison de charme très agréable

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour à Agadir dans cette maison spacieuse, décorée avec Beaucoup de goût qui possède une très belle terrasse à la marocaine. Elle est située à côté du souk très pratique pour des courses, les fruits et légumes sont magnifiques. Je recommande cette location pour une famille ou entre amis, c’est plus agréable qu’une chambre d’hôtel. Catherine

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette superbe maison, bien aménagée, et surtout décorée avec goût et soin par les propriétaires. La description est fidèle à la réalité et on s'y sent vraiment bien pour séjourner en famille. Le quartier est très sympa, et la proximité avec le Zouk est un vrai plus pour faire les courses ou juste pour le plaisir des yeux et des sens ! La communication avec Raghia était fluide et agréable. Et nous confirmons qu'il fait bon vivre à Agadir en décembre avec ce soleil généreux ! Nous reviendrons dans cette maison si nous projetons un nouveau séjour à Agadir.

très belle demeure, meublée avec goût

la propriétaire était charmante. c'est sa belle sœur qui nous a accueilli et la belle mère nous avait préparé un tajine délicieux pour notre arrivée, ce qui nous a ravi les papilles... l'endroit est idéal car très bien placé pour visiter et calme en même temps. la proximité immédiate du souk est appréciable aussi. si nous revenons à Agadir, nous relouerons ce rhiad avec grand plaisir. d'autant plus que la propriétaire est à l'écoute

Toller Urlaub Dank Toller Bleibe

Unsere Erwarungen wurden voll erfüllt. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit einem frischen Obstkorb überrascht. Die Villa befindet sich in der Altstadt von Agadir und ist insgesamt sehr Zentral und sehr ruhig gelegen, obwohl der Souk nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss entfernt ist. Man kommt in ca. 5-10 Fahrzeit an einem öffentlichen Strand. Parkplätze sind genug vorhanden. Den Parkwächtern gibt man 30-50 Cent für den Tag, für den Abend umgerechnet einen Euro. Die Villa selbst ist der Hit und entspricht den Bildern auf FeWo - eine Mischung aus Berber und arabischen Stilelementen und Farben. Einfach toll! Das Haus ist auch sonst gut eingerichtet - nicht nur geschmackvoll, sondern auch hochqualitativ: Von der kompletten Küche, Betten (Matrazen) bis hin zu den sanitären Anlagen und dem Sofa. Die Klimaanlage in allen Schlafzimmern und dem Wohnzimmer war ein plus. Kurzum es fehlt an nichts. Platz hatten wir auch zu genüge, d.h. Schränke mit genügend Stauraum, aber auch Platz zum entspannen oder um sich ein bisschen zurückzuziehen. "Tante Emma" Läden gibt es gleich um die Ecke und für den Großeinkauf sind Carrefourmärkte oder der Marjane Hypermarkt in 10-15 Minuten Fahrzeit gut zu erreichen. Nur ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt habe ich jeden Morgen gegenüber dem Souk an einem Strassencafe frisch gebackene Fladenbrote (Auswahl) und das sogenannte Mssemen zum Frühstück gekauft. Die Vermieter sind auch super-nett und haben sich telefonisch nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Ich kann nur in den höchsten Tönen loben und meine Empfehlung aussprechen - im Namen meiner ganzen Familie. Wir kommen wieder!

Parfait 👌

Nous avons passé un sejour en famille 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧très agréable . La maison est très spacieuse, très bien équipée et décorée avec goût.... Située à 100m du grand souk d’Agadir et à 10min de la mer 🏖 👌 Aucune critique à faire. Notre séjour familial a été parfait Ps: Merci a Khadija pr le couscous de Bienvenue 🙏

Très belle villa

Villa bien située prés de tout : le souk, le centre ville, les banques... Environnement calme et paisible. Le voisinage est très accueillant. La plage est proche.

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons séjourné dans la ville de Raghia du 14 au 25 mai. Elle est située à côté du Souk el Had dans un quartier très calme. Nous avons très bien été accueillis dans la villa on nous a également préparé un tajine pour notre arrivée. Raghia et Ahmed sont des hôtes très sympathiques. Les habitants du quartier on été très accueillants. La villa est très grande et elle est décorée dans un esprit très typique. Je la recommande

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Es ist eine sehr schöne geschmackvoll eingerichtete Villa, sehr sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub benötigt. TV (internationale Programme) und Internet funktionieren sehr gut. Es ist sehr ruhig, die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich. Es stimmt alles. In 3 Min. ist man am Souk, mit den Stadttaxis hat man gute Verbindungen zum Strand usw. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

One of the best fully equipped immaculate properties we have stayed in
