Ibizan style house (with registration number ET1518-E) of new construction located in the countryside, very quiet area located three km. from the town of San Carlos with the famous Las Dalias market, restaurants, pharmacy, banks ... and two km from the beaches of Es Figueral (where you will find restaurants, souvenirs, supermarket and in the middle of the summer boat to Formentera) and waters White, 500 meters grocery store bar with more than 100 years old. Near the beach of Cala San Vicente.

We had an amazing stay, the villa was perfect, spotlessly clean, fantastic pool and outside space, homely and quiet. The owners made everything easy, and were extremely welcoming, we are so grateful they allowed us to stay in their villa, and we would love to go back.

A superb villa

We had a fantastic week here. Jaime and his wife were so helpful and accomodating. The house is spacious and airy. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable. The gardens and pool complete the whole experience. Would love to come back

A great stay

Such a great property and spotlessly clean. The lovely family are are very passionate about this beautiful house and it really shows. We spent most of our time outside and there are lots of different spots to sit in, and the upstairs balcony was perfect for sitting in last thing at night. Driving distance to some good restaurants and close to lovely beaches. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Amazing villa....superb hosts

Couldn't have been made more welcome... advice on where to go, eat etc and early access to leave chilled products in fridge. Beautiful villa, completely secluded with every need considered. Close proximity to beautiful beaches and eateries. Highly recommend. Many thanks.... we'll be back!

Nice house on good location

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Everything was very tidy en clean. Nice interior. Swimming pool (salt water with chlorine) was delightful. The owners are very friendly. The only thing that can be improved is the internet (wifi) connection. The wifi is very slow, unuseful slow. Not suitable for Spotify, Netflix or Social media. We have used our own mobile connection all the time unfortunately ($$). I can nevertheless recommend this house to everyone.

La casa y sus propietarios han sido excelentes. Casa en medio de ma naturaleza, decorada con muy buen gusto y con unas instalaciones increíbles. Hemos disfrutado mucho y sin duda repetiremos.

Un rincón inesperado

Al llegar a nuestra casa de vacaciones no esperábamos que todo estuviera tal y como sale en las fotos. Es más, las fotos no hacen justicia a la casa porque todas las estancias son muy amplias y todo está muy limpio. Otro punto a destacar es la amabilidad de Jaime y toda su familia, complaciendo todas nuestras peticiones y estando pendientes en todo momento de nosotros. Detalle a destacar, es que a mitad de semana nos comunicaron que pasarían por la casa para limpiar la piscina y cambiar las cambiar las toallas. Además al llegar encontramos un detalle de cortesía con una botella de vino y fruta y nos dieron permiso para comer cualquier cosa que nos apeteciera de un huerto que tienen plantado. En fin, detalle tras detalle que nos ha dejado con un gran sabor de boca y muchas ganas de repetir.

Casa en plena naturaleza, muy bien decorada al puro estilo ibicenco. zona muy tranquila cerca de playas espectaculares, piscina y jardines muy bien cuidados y limpios.suite superior de ensueño, el trato de los propietarios a sido inmejorable. gracias por todo . "marilina" volveremos

Our third visit

We rarely return to the same accommodation but this property has captured our hearts. Our very preciously June vacation is always spent on the Island and this property is 100% perfect for that getaway from our busy lives in every way. Immaculately presented with all the charm of an Ibizan home. The hosts are welcoming and passionate about their country house. The location is quiet but surrounded by the very best beaches, towns and restaurants. Already reserving dates for next year.

Verblijf 3 - 12 mei 2016

We hebben het verblijf als zeer prettig ervaren. Marilina was erg behulpzaam en bij aankomst stond er een mand met heerlijk eten klaar! Het huis voldoet aan alles zoals je het op de foto's ziet. De slaapkamers zijn ruim en heerlijk donker. De grote slaapkamer boven is werkelijk prachtig, je hebt twee ruime kasten om je kleding e.d.op te bergen en je loopt zo door naar de badkamer vanuit de slaapkamer. Het zwembad was ruim genoeg voor ons gezin met twee kinderen. vooral het niveauverschil was prettig voor de jongste van drie. Verder heeft het huis een goede zelfgebouwde bbq en voldoende ruimte rondom het huis. De ligging van het huis was voor ons prima. Aangezien dit in het noorden van het eiland ligt is dit heerlijk rustig en met 35 minuten ben je in Ibiza stad. Er zijn veel kleine mooie strandjes in de buurt en eveneens voldoende restaurantjes. Overall een 8.

Super entspannt

Dieses Haus ist wirklich wunderschön. Es bietet viel Platz und hat viele, kleine Details für´s Auge zu bieten. Die Außenanlage ist aufwendig und liebevoll gestaltet. Im Haus und drumherum herrscht eine schöne Lichtstimmung. Für spanische Verhältnisse wirklich außergewöhnlich handwerklich gut gemacht.

Traumhaftes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus, das inmitten von Gärten und Feldern liegt, ist nach traditioneller Bauweise neu errichtet. Es ist stilvoll und zugleich sehr gemütlich. Die Räume und der Außenbereich sind bis in die Details gut und ansprechend durchdacht, so gibt es z.B. in dunklen Bereichen wie der Kaminecke einen zusätzlichen Lichtschacht. Besonders gut haben uns innerhalb des Hauses das Schlafzimmer in der oberen Etage sowie das Wohnzimmer mit seiner Höhe über 2 Etagen gefallen. Draußen hat uns gut gefallen, dass es 3 Terrassen entsprechend jeder Sonnen- und Windsituation gab. Abends war unser Lieblingsplatz am grün beleuchteten Pool. Die Ausstattung des Hauses empfanden wir als sehr gut, sauber und ansprechend. Und nicht zuletzt fühlten wir uns durch die herzliche Art unserer Vermieter, die uns jeden Wunsch erfüllten, sehr wohl und willkommen. Wir würden lieber heute als morgen wiederkommen.

Little paradise

What can I say. Everything was perfect, except the wheather. But Jaime and Marilina couldn't do anything about that. The welcome basket for us, the new towels in the middle of the week, the clean and beautifull house and pool. We loved it. Thanks for everything Marilina and Jaime. Our annual retreat

We know the area well as we have family living here and for us it is the best location on the island. I hope people treat this house with the respect it deserves as the owners have done an excellent job in making it a truly wonderful experience. To try and describe it would not do it justice but sufficient to say that as holiday owners ourselves we know what a great job they have done. We will be coming back next year.
