Very nice house (former oil mill), old stone of the country, in the mountains and lavender.
This secluded house will delight families (9 people) with its 10m x 4m swimming pool and garden of 22 acres.
It is located 300m from a small hamlet of a dozen people.
It is the ideal place to rest relax, while enjoying the specialties of the region; Nyons olives, goat cheese, honey, meats, wine etc ...
It is not far from places to visit as Nyons, Vaison la Romaine and its ruins, or St May and vultures. In all cases, there lives happily.

A very beautiful House, perfect but unusual and lovely equipped,with many fine Details in a great, great natural Surrounding,A warm hearted Welcome from Madame Severine and Monsieur Herve, many Possibilities to look the little Villages with its colourful Markets, Bistros and Restaurants, Possibilities for Hiking and Trekking, for Swimming in many clear Rivers, watching Vultures and many more ..We had a wonderful Time, Merci Monsieur Dubois

Wir hatten zwei richtig schöne Wochen mit der Familie in dem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus von Hr. Dubois. Das Haus - von einer beeindruckenden Landschaft umgeben - mit einem schönem Pool ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ist auch an Regentagen richtig gemütlich. Wir hatten das "Glück" eine "Mittelmeerepisode" mit Starkregen und Gewitter zu erleben und diese Tage im Haus richtig genossen. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Eine klare Empfehlung für diesen beeindruckenden Ort und seinen Gastgeber, der sich in einer sehr angenehmen Weise um seine Gäste kümmert.

La maison est pleine de charme,très atypique, avec une cuisine très bien équipée ( et des couteaux qui coupent ce qui est rarement le cas dans les locations)Chacun a pu trouver ses espaces et profiter de l’immense terrain ( nos enfants étaient âgés de 6 à 12 ans) la piscine est très belle ( juste attention les enfants n’ont pas pied mais les nôtres nageaient donc c’était ok). Nous remercions encore M Dubois pour cette semaine et Séverine pour la gestion de l’arrivée et du départ.

Nous terminons notre agréable séjour au sein de la maison d’Herve.Du fait qu’elle soit en hauteur, nous n’avons pas eu à supporter la chaleur étouffante de Nyons. Il y fait bon toute la journée et nous pouvons profiter tranquillement en soirée. La piscine est très agréable. La cuisine dispose de tout ce qu’il faut. Severine nous a super bien accueilli et s’est adapté à nos horaires. Elle est top et nous avons eu une excellente communication avec elle.

Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment formidable à Chaudebonne. La maison est magnifique, décorée avec goût et idéalement située pour profiter pleinement de la région. Pour ma part, qui aime cuisiner, j’ai particulièrement apprécié la cuisine : parfaitement équipée, fonctionnelle, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour préparer de bons repas en toute convivialité.Nous avons pleinement profité du grand jardin et de la piscine, un vrai bonheur partagé en famille. Ces moments de détente, de jeux et de rires resteront de très beaux souvenirs. Tout était réuni pour passer une semaine paisible et ressourçante.Rien à redire : tout était impeccable, tant dans l’accueil que dans les équipements. Une belle adresse que nous garderons précieusement en mémoire… et dans nos favoris pour une prochaine fois !

Lovely site

Een heel fijne woning met verschillende ruimtes. Praktisch en fijn ingericht. Heerlijk terras, zwembad en ruimte om het huis heen. Er stroomt een watertje langs het terrein, dat wordt omringd door bossages en lavendel. Fijn voor de hond ook.

Séjour parfait ! La maison correspond en tous points à la description qui nous en avait été faite. Le propriétaire a répondu à toutes nos questions et a été de bon conseil ! L'encadrement de l'arrivée et du départ a été sympathique et efficace. Nous avons trouvé le cadre enchanteur, avons bien profité de la piscine et de l'équipement de la maison ! Paradise in the Provence

Heerlijk huisje in een prachtige omgeving. Het huisje voldeed aan alles. De keuken was zeer compleet, het is een schoon huis. Het contact met de eigenaar verliep soepel en prettig. We hebben er drie weken met opa, oma, vader, moeder en drie kinderen (13,11,6) en een hond ons zeer goed vermaakt. Naast het heerlijke zwembad en overheerlijk terras was er ook voldoende buitenruimte (privacy gegarandeerd). Aan de tuin, deze is in diverse lagen, ligt een beekje waar de kinderen heerlijk dammen konden bouwen. De eerste "grote" stad is Nyons ongeveer 20 minuten met de auto. Maar de rit er naar toe is prachtig. Je rijdt door de gorges trente pas. Wij hebben ons absoluut vermaakt en dat kwam zeker ook door het huis en zijn locatie. Dank!

Magnifique propriété mais avec quelques défauts

Belle propriété dans un cadre idyllique mais avec quelques défauts: - loin de tout (15 minutes de la plus proche boulangerie, 30 du premier supermarché) - très proche d'une départementale - la seule porte de la chambre des enfants donne sur l'extérieur, il faut en tenir compte avec des petits enfants. Sinon la piscine est très agréable ( Ok mais non protégée, où alors il faut mettre une bache fastidieuse à monter), la vue est splendide, et il y a plein de chose à visiter (Nyons, Vaison, etc.). Je recommande mais en tenant compte des indications ci-dessus.

Havre de paix

La route (que je craignais) est discrète, l'emplacement (entre deux petites montagnes) assez magique et le logement est plein de charme et fonctionnel. Petit bémol pour la salle de bain du bâtiment principal : dommage qu'elle soit dans l’une des chambres. Piscine agréable malgré le mistral assez présent. Le col du Renard à proximité ouvre quelques belles randonnées !

Alte Mühle mit Charme

Die Mühle hat einen Charme der begeistert. Das Objekt ist gut ausgerüstet. Uns fehlte es an Nichts. Nur die Türen konnten wir beim Weggehen nicht abschliessen. Sonst wunderschön. Der Pool hat uns sehr gefallen, waren doch die Tagestemperaturen um die 34 bis 36°C. Merci Hervé du hast ein Bijou. Liebe Grüsse Bernhard und Familie

Wunderschönes , provenzalisches Haus mit allem was man benötigt. Toll eingerichtet, herrlicher Pool , super Lage für Wanderung in der Umgebung, Abkühlung am Fluss für den Hund , Nyons Markt und Läden . Und hat es in allen Belangen bestens gefallen und kommen sehr gerne wieder !

Leven als God in Frankrijk

Fantastisch mooi authentiek huisje in de stijl van de Provence (maar dan in de Drôme). Heel goed uitgerust met praktische voorzieningen in de keuken, living met spelletjes voor elke leeftijd, internetmogelijkheden, printer, ... We voelden ons er meteen echt thuis. Aan alles merkbaar dat de eigenaar(s) zelf regelmatig van hun vakantiehuisje komen genieten. Zeker aan te bevelen. Prachtige omgeving, ook. Niet te ver weg van leuke plekjes als Nyons, Vaison-ka-Romaine, Dieulefit, ... Gieren spotten bij Remuzat,, leuke lokale marktjes, ritjes door de prachtige bergachtige omgeving, ...
