Brand New Remodel In 2015, High End Finishes, Nicest Unit In Complex

If you're looking for convenience, affordability, all with top end finishes then this newly remodeled condo is just for you. Remodeled in January 2015 . A gorgeous kitchen with plenty of counter space you will find everything you need. The living room features a 50 ' smart TV along with a gas burning fireplace. View the upper runs of High Alpine from the dining room . One bedroom has a queen size bed with an awesome mattress to go along with it's own HDTV and the other bedroom has a king size or can be equipped with two twins - this also has a HDTV. The third bedroom has a bunk bed that is perfect for kids. We call it "The Sleeper Car " as in that's all you do in there. Designed ideally for kids so no more putting them to bed in one of the bedrooms only to have to carry them back out to the dreaded living room sleeper sofa . The kids enjoy also having their own little hideaway so not always having to be in the same room. This unit has the fastest internet connection possible with 50 Mb per sec. Each of the two showers are tiled and the radiant heated tile floor is just marvelous. The slopes are just a 3 minute walk without having to make any big elevation changes. In fact it used to be ski in an out before the heated walk ways were installed. There is private parking right at the unit which is not always the case with so many of the units here, but you really don't need your car as everything is walking distance or you can take the free buses practically anywhere you need to go including all other mountains and the town of Aspen itself .

Hi , I have been enjoying this condo for more years than I can think. I spend most of my summers here and come ski when my grandchildren are out of school.

This condo has just been remodeled from ceiling to floor, and I think you will find that the small increase in rate compared to the other units is more than worth it. We have provided top quality finishes and little added features you just don't find elsewhere. There is tile entry with radiant heated floors, USB ports at the kitchen counter for your laptops as well as in the bunkroom for the kids so they can 'hideout' and use their devices too ! A charging station for your phones, cameras, etc.. right next to your helmets so they are ready to go when you are. DVD player and a full surround system for movie night. Hi speed internet provided at the fastest speed available. Dimmer lights everywhere.

All the amenities of home, perfect!

We just finished a week here with 3 of our kids. It may not be right on the slope but it is only a 2 min walk to the village express lift, and it has great views out the bedroom windows. You simply go out the door and walk past another building and you are there. The owner goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine on the table, were given plenty of hand and toe warmers for the week (which the kids truly appreciated) and the kitchen and bath were stocked with all the basic condiments you need so you don't have to buy little things like foil that you only use once on a trip. The beds were comfortable with nice fluffy comforters, easy to fall asleep in after a long day skiing. The "third" bedroom is a bunk bed in the tiniest or rooms - it's true what reviewers said, think rail car, but our 20 year old took it to herself and loved it. It easily sleeps 2 and is just as comfortable, just no windows :) The rest of the place is beautifully done with lots of upgrades, since coming to Snowmass the last few years this is by far the most updated place we have stayed in, from kitchen counters and appliances, to bathroom fixtures. When you walk in there are lots of cubbies for helmets and gloves and certain cubbies have outlets with USB ports which we definitely took advantage of. Next to the cubbies is a seat with heated boot warmers underneath and right outside your front door is where you store your skiis in your own little closet. Wifi worked perfectly just not as strong in the bedrooms which was no big deal, we all hung together in the family room each night and the kids got their fill of wifi there for sure. (There's also lots of games provided for good old fashioned family fun.) We highly recommend this place and Craig the owner was very easy to book with!

Great location and size for family

We had an amazing trip to Snowmass due in part to this fantastic condo. It’s tough to beat this location. We were a short walk downhill to the Treehouse where we dropped our oldest child off for daycare. Another short walk (uphill) to the village mall. As for size, this fit our family of four plus MIL no problem. Great amenities in the living room as well. Owner was also very responsive to my questions.

If you want a ski-in-ski-out location that's close to the shops and restaurants, and very quiet at night, this is your spot. Unbelievably clean, newly renovated with all the conveniences and very comfortable. The owner is very attentive and clearly wants his guests to enjoy their stay.

I have stayed at close to 40 different VRBO vacation rentals the past ten years and never experienced such a perfect rental. Location: amazing, 100 yards from village center. Cleanliness: spotless. Quality of furnishings: first class. Jacuzzi: brand new and awesome. Water pressure and hot water: powerful and endless. Fireplace: warm and cozy. Entertainment: flat screen tv's in all rooms. Washer and dryer: inside the rental, fast, quiet and brand new. Parking: 10 feet from front door. Kitchen: everything is top of the line. Without a doubt, if I ever visit Aspen again I will rent this unit.

Perfect location with cozy accommodations.

My family of four, including two teen boys, just spent five days skiing here and absolutely loved it. The location is a very convenient walk to the new Snowmass Base Village and the Village Mall. It was very easy to strap on the boots at "home" and carry the skis 150 yards to the Village Express. For example: we had tons of sun one day so we needed to shed a layer, which we easily did by walking back to the unit after lunch in the Base Village. Also easy to get to the restaurants/bars/shops at both the Base and the Mall. There is a really comfortable bar/restaurant in The Stonebridge, which is 50 yards away.

The unit is in great shape. I am not sure about comments from other reviewers, but there are no stains and really no signs of wear. Road noise was not a problem in the winter time - not noticeable at all. Beds, baths, kitchen and seating areas were all very comfortable. Being able to light the (gas) fire at the flick of a switch warms you right up after a day of playing in the snow. I wish we packed less as the in unit washer and dryer make it so easy to rinse and repeat.

There is a hot tub right next to the building and given there are so few units it is essentially your own personal spa. We used it once and saw another group in there one other time.

We rented a car, so the parking right next to the unit was nice. Otherwise, the RFTA stop is easily accessible from the unit if we wanted to take the bus to Aspen to ski or a night out.

The owner was very helpful. Answered a ton of questions and made good suggestions.

Great family memories. Hope to come back soon!
