A great location with everything you need for a great stay. Slopes right at the door with a well equipped kitchen and bathroom and all recently modernised. A lovely weeks stay and would happily go back. Thank you!

Great apartment - perfect location

We have just got back from a wonderful stay in Avoriaz. The apartment was small but had great storage and the kitchen was well equipped. Me and my family loved staying there. We shall be back!

Cozy apartment, great location.

This was a lovely, clean and well equipped apartment, perfect for myself and my son. It is really well located with a 1min ski down to 3 ski lifts and 2min walk to shops bars and restaurants. The host Jean-luc was easily contacted and replied asap which was really helpful before setting off on our hols. I must also mention avoriaz location immobilier 1800 (the agency who look after the apartment) they were great, good communicators and extremely helpful especially when I realised I left my passports in the apartment. They took calls after hours and managed to get my passports to me. Thanks guys!

Lovely compact apartment in a great location.

This apartment was in a great location. Close walking distance to town centre where the supermarket, pubs, bakeries and restaurants are. The apartment its self is on the small side but has everything you require. There was only 2 of us so we found it fine space wise. Flat was always warm. The view up the valley from the window was fantastic. There is a boot room on the ground floor that had ski in and out access. Communication with the owner was very good and he answered all our queries promptly. We would definitely return here should we find ourselves in Avoriaz again.

Very good position

The apartment is located in a very strategic place, close to the center and to a square where there are three chair lifts. Once you the outside door and you are directly on a slope.There is also a closet at level -1 where to put the skis and the boots very useful.The communication with the owner is very easy and efficient, also well organized the check-in/out procedures via the Avoriaz Location agency, who are the referents in place.We could consider this apartment perfect for two people, as our case, but a bit small for four people (23 m2): this has to be taken into consideration during the booking.

It’s on the 4th floor. Small but adequate for 2 of us, ski down to the Tour, Stade or Lac Interets chairlifts from the front door is ideal and only a 2 min walk to the Sherpa supermarket which opens at 7am. Showerroom was lovely We didn’t cook or eat in the apartment as Avoriaz itself in town is quite reasonably priced for a mountain resort. Although we did pop back at various times each day which due to its location was easy to do. Getting to and from the apartment is a bit of a faff akin to centre parcs when arriving and leaving and the Avoriaz location office is a bit hit and miss on opening times but that might have been as it was a bank holiday but being a holiday resort I’d expect it to be open regardless, although communication pre stay was good. I’d have liked more resort information in the welcome pouch. There’s lots of extra curricular activities to do but we missed a lot as information was hard to come by, we found on our last day a bowling and games centre literally around the corner but it was too late by then. The snow was superb the lift attendants really friendly and the skiing fabulous. It’s such a safe resort for kids being a traffic free environment. Forget the old school piste map they have them but they are rubbish and the resort relies upon a interactive map on their app, takes a bit of getting used to and obviously you have to get your phone out. I’d prefer a decent map I could stuff in my pocket. Overall a great place to snowboard

Logement similaire à la description. Tres bien placé, propre et fonctionnel. Contact facile et rapide avec le proprietaire. Nous avons logé à 2 dans ce logement ce qui etait très bien. Conviendrait pour 3 personnes max à mon avis. Nous reviendrons sans hesiter.

Lovely and cosy stay

Makkelijke en snelle aankomst. Appartement was proper en voldoende materiaal aanwezig. Prachtig uitzicht, goeie locatie tov centrum en skipistes. Goede communicatie met de eigenaar. Enkel jammer dat er in deze tijden geen WiFi aanwezig was.

Wat wifi betreft, wordt de infrastructuur geïnstalleerd om alle gebouwen met elkaar te verbinden. Eind 2023, begin 2024 moeten we een stabiele verbinding hebben op het gebouw. Séjour Avoriaz

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la station d'Avoriaz. L'appartement est très bien situé dans la station, proche des commerces et des services. A mon sens, l'appartement convient pour 3 personnes maximum (nous étions 2 adultes et 1 enfant de 3 an). Cependant, il est très fonctionnel et nous ne nous sommes pas senti à l'étroit pour une semaine. Je recommande !

Studio parfait

Séjour très agréable car studio bien aménagé. Tout est bien pensé, tant au niveau de l'architecture que dans le matériel présent. Un bonheur de sortir de l'appartement les pieds sur les pistes et à deux pas du centre du village.
