Situated at the bottom of the dunes, this charming villa is steps from the Bourdaines beach and local services and commodities! The house sleep 4 adults comfortably and up to 6 people if using the sofa bed in the living room. The front and back yard are fenced and the house is fully equipped! The house is steps from local micro brewery St- Andrews, local concert hall “ Le Tube”, Atlantic water park, world renowned Seignosse golf course, groceries, stores, public market, bike trails and forest trails! A great getaway for surfers, families or anyone looking to relax and not use the car for the week!

Lovely beachhouse nice waves

We stayed in the beachhouse for two weeks. We went to the beach several times each day - surfing and bathing. We enjoyed the house and the terrasses very much. The house got everything you need for a great holiday. Totally relaxation from day one.

Im Juli in Seignosse

Schönes gemĂŒtliches, fĂŒr Strandurlaub ideal gelegenes FerienhĂ€uschen. Bei den bei uns teilweise sehr hohen Temperaturen ist das Bett auf der Galerie nicht wirklich nutzbar. Generell sind die Betten zu klein und fĂŒr grössere Personen zu kurz.

Petite maison à deux pas de l'océan

Nous revenons de 2 semaines de vacances. La maison a tout le nĂ©cessaire et mĂȘme un poĂȘle que nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© en automne. Elle est parfaite pour 2 personnes. La proximitĂ© de la plage Ă  pieds est idĂ©ale. Je tiens Ă  remercier la propriĂ©taire Nadia qui a Ă©tĂ© d'une gentillesse et d'une comprĂ©hension rares. Super sĂ©jour!

Ideale Lage

Wir haben 10 sehr schöne Tage in Seignosse verbracht. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die Außenbereiche, wo wir FahrrĂ€der, Surfboards und Wetsuits lagern lagern oder auch einfach nur gemĂŒtlich essen und chillen konnten. Die Lage an "les Bourdaines" war ideal und unschlagbar. Definitiv empfehlenswert!

Top Unterkunft direkt hinter der DĂŒne.

Perfekte Lage direkt hinter der DĂŒne. Super ausgestattet und mit zwei tollen Terrassen. Beide Terrassen sind nicht einsehbar. Traumurlaub zu einem vernĂŒnftigen Preis.

Excellent sĂ©jour Ă  deux pas de l'ocĂ©an. L’emplacement est parfait. L’ accĂšs Ă  l’ocĂ©an et aux pistes cyclables est direct. La maison est trĂšs agrĂ©able et fonctionnelle. Nous sommes une famille avec deux enfants de 7 et 5 ans et un bĂ©bĂ©. La capacitĂ© d’accueiL de la maison Ă©tait suffisante. Les enfants Ă©taient ravis.

Parfait pied Ă  terre derriĂšre la dune!

nous avons adoré notre séjour car la maison est juste derriÚre la dune et est trÚs agréable avec 2 terrasses dont une qui permet de rejoindre la plage par un raccourci et de gérer le matériel facilement. Elle convient pour un couple avec bébé mais pas d'enfants grands car mezzanine accessible par échelle. Aude qui gÚre les arrivées/départs est en plus trÚs serviable et dispo! Nous reviendrons!

Perfect home for our vacation

We already stayed here for the second time, perfect dog friendly home, quick communication with owner and support if needed. The house is nicely cool in the hot days, which is perfect. Both yards offer great privacy and beach is just a few minutes away, perfect for doggies and surfing :) The artificial grass in the front yard is awesome for morning workouts, no need for yoga matt :) A small grocery store is in walking distance of 10 minutes, nice beach bar around the corner with great food and beer! There is also a small park for a short walk with dogs around the corner with nice shadow. We are definitely coming back next year :))

Perfektes FerienhĂ€uschen fĂŒr einen Strandurlaub

Die Ausstattung des FerienhĂ€uschens ist einfach, fĂŒr einen selbstgestalteten (Strand-) urlaub jedoch perfekt geeignet. In einer Minute lĂ€uft man vom HĂ€uschen zum Strand. Wer gerne selbst kocht, findet alle notwendigen Utensilien vor. Sonst findet man auch direkt hinter dem Haus eine Bar mit selbstgebrautem Bier und sehr guter Pizza. Sehr praktisch sind die beiden Terassen vor und hinter dem Haus, wo man je nach Sonnenstand sehr gemĂŒtlich (und bei Bedarf auch im Schatten) sitzen kann. Wir waren zu viert in dem Haus und haben auf dem Hochbett, im separaten Schlafzimmer und auf der Schlafcouch genug Schlafgelegenheiten gefunden. Unseren Mietwagen konnten wir direkt vor dem Haus parken. Die Absprache, SchlĂŒssel- und KautionsĂŒbergabe mit den Vermietern hat gut fuktioniert. Jederzeit wieder!

Charmante villa au pied de la dune!!

Voilà déjà deux ans que nous venons passer nos vacances dans cette jolie villa au pied de la dune à la plage des Bourdaines! Idéalement située et décorée avec goût, c'est l'endroit parfait les vacances des petits et des grands!
