Sunset Condo Unit #703 is your destination for the ultimate beach vacation stay. Every convenience has been thoughtfully provided in this well appointed condo offering two bedrooms, two full baths, a living room, a full kitchen, a dining nook, in-condo laundry facilities, and a screened lanai over looking the Gulf of Mexico.

There just aren't any words to describe the beauty of the view from the lanai! Sweeping beach views and Gulf front glistening water extend left and right. Seating 6, you will enjoy watching darting dolphins, beach walkers, ocean activities, and stunning sunsets from your 7th floor vantage point. Walk the beach in the morning, and you may stumble upon turtle tracks during the turtle season.

The large living room and dining room combination is a great area to relax. A flat screen TV and wireless internet will keep you connected to the world. The sofa converts to a queen size sleeper to accommodate a maximum of 6 guests total.

The master suite has a queen size bed, flat screen TV, a spacious walk-in closet, and a private attached bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a flat screen TV, and a walk-in closet. A second full bath is across from this bedroom.

Ready for the beach? Our unit has beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler for you to use during your stay. You can also find Tony on the beach to rent cabanas, extra chairs, and sun umbrellas by the day or by the week. A restroom is located on the ground floor of the condo by the pool for your convenience. Twin thatched roof tiki huts face the beach featuring benches and tables for a picnic lunch or a sunset cocktail.

When you want to take a break from the sand, you will enjoy the large heated in-ground pool with swaying palms overlooking the beach. This is a private pool with keyed access. There are plenty of lounge chairs with sunny and shaded options. A restroom is located on the ground floor for your use when visiting the pool. There is a picnic area located by the gas grills and shuffleboard court if you plan to stay in for the evening.

An assigned parking place assures parking, and there is also a designated area for guest parking. The lobby can be accessed with your key. In the lobby, you will find a luggage cart and a grocery cart to assist you. Two elevators will whisk you to the 7th floor. We have an owner's storage locker on the 7th floor landing. This is where you will find beach chairs for you to use during your stay. This condo is located on the widest section of the beach on the south end of Fort Myers Beach. Being farther south from Times Square, you'll find this area much quieter than the northern end of the island. The trolley stops right in front of Sunset Condo and for 50 cents you can ride to Times Square or Lover's Key making a day trip easy and convenient. Times Square and the Fort Myers Pier are perfect destinations for a day of great food, shopping, and people watching. Publix grocery store is located nearby. Charlie's Boathouse Grill and the Beach Movie Theater are right across the street. Next door, the Outrigger's Tiki Hut is a great spot for a cold drink and live entertainment as you watch the sunset on the Gulf. Just a short walk down the street you will find Santini Marina Plaza. This plaza hosts some of the island's best restaurants and shopping. This is where you can also find the Fish Tale Marina with boating and fishing opportunities. CVS is also located in this plaza.

Directly on the Gulf is the way to go! We decided years ago, if you are going to stay for a week or two, choose direct Gulf front so you can enjoy every bit of sun, sand, and fun. So, when we decided to purchase our own condo in Fort Myers, we knew it had to be Gulf front. Sunset condo is special because it is a quieter area, yet the beach is spectacular! White, sugar sand stretching from the Sunset tiki huts to the water's edge invite return visits for all who have stayed in Sunset unit #703.

What makes this condo unique

Sunset Condo sits directly on the Gulf. The unobstructed views of the sun setting into the water will leave a lasting memory.

Heaven on earth!

Can't say enough about this the condo or the owner. It is well equipped, clean and has a stunning view. Julie responded to our questions quickly and made me feel I was never a bother. My parents have been going to Fort Myers beach for over 30 years and i think it just became one of our favourite places as well. We will definitely be returning. Thanks Julie for a wonderful vacation......it started out a little stressful but you came to the rescue! Thanks so much!

Great condo and place

The condo is exactly as described in the listing regarding the location, layout and amenities and above. It is clean and well maintained. The location in the 7th floor and the view above the wide beach to the Gulf of Mexico is breath taking.Everything you need and might think it could be necessary is provided. Very new beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers etc. are stored in a separate room across your condo and for your free usage. Just grab it and make yourself comfortable at the white beach direct in front of your home on time.Julie and your husband do provide excellent at site service and always available. They are super helpful and you can feel that their goal is to make your stay perfect and memorable.Prior to our booking and arrival Julie provided us lots of helpful information and she called in, even we checked in very late, to ensure that we arrived safe and found everything we needed.The building itself is a gem. Bob the property manager runs it perfectly and keeps everything in shape and can be reached at any time. You name it and he takes care of it. We had other experiences in the past but here – no problem at all.Everybody we meet, owner or vacationers are friendly and helpful. If you like to get in contact and socialize? Just go to the heated pool with plenty of deck chairs and tables. The water is perfectly heated and maintained.We liked the proximity to the Santini Plaza. It’s a perfect place to eat and shop. Don’t miss the Deli there! In addition can you join Happy Hour at two Tikki Bars close to the condo. One with daily life music which is just great to listen, holding a cold drink in your hand and watching the sun set.A couple of miles down the road you find PUBLIX and the Fresh Catch Bistro – an excellent restaurant with delicious food and outside sitting above the white sand. Worth to visit.Due to road construction the traffic was during our stay kind of congested but at off peak times you can reach Market Street (which is FMB Downtown) in less than 15min. There you can find everything from cheap souvenir shops to fancy restaurants and bars. It’s also the right place to sit at bay side in a restaurant e.g. Mantanzas On The Bay next to San Carlos Bridge and watching boats leaving and coming in after a day at sea. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and rent it again.

Our stay at this condo was great - we hope to return again and again! Fun décor, fantastic view, everything you need for a beach vacation, including beach towels, coolers, umbrella, and chairs. All you need to pack are your clothes and personal items - but don't overpack, there's a washer and dryer in the unit, and CVS is right down the street if you forget anything. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, and bakeware. There's even some spices in the pantry :) Located on a beautiful wide stretch of white sand beach at the quiet south end of Estero Island.

This unit is described perfectly! You will enjoy your million dollar view of the beach on very comfortable furniture. The unit provides everything you need. It is clean and well appointed. The beach chairs and umbrella provided are very comfortable, coolers are even provided. We are pretty fussy where we stay, this was our first time using vrbo. We applied a deposit for 2017 at the same unit. The bed and pillows are good, living and dining room furniture is excellent. Flat screen televisions in both bedrooms and living room. The building is safe and secure, well kept and the huge swimming pool is well maintained. The beach is spectacular and the sunsets are magnificent. You can enjoy bird watching with your morning coffee on very comfortable chairs in the lanai that over looks the gulf. There are two gas grilles on site that work well. While we do not drink wine, the owners go beyond what we expected by providing wine for their guests. The only improvement that we thought could be made would be that next year when we come back here to stay, the owners fill the freezer with King Crap Leg and beef tenderloin.
