This recently built, contemporary villa comprises two independent cottages, perfectly designed to accommodate two families wishing to share unforgettable moments. Each cottage, fully equipped for your utmost comfort, can accommodate 6 to 7 people. For a larger group, you can book the adjoining cottage (reference 6672660). Please note: The prices shown are for the rental of one cottage only. Outdoor areas and relaxation spaces: Private swimming pool (11m x 5m): The true heart of the residence, it includes a small submerged beach, ideal for relaxing. Access to the swimming pool is included in the price for all stays in July and August (available as an option outside of peak season). Private spaces: Each accommodation has its own terrace, with a covered area and a sunny spot, as well as a concrete barbecue for your summer grilling. Book now to guarantee the availability of both accommodations on your chosen dates!

The property is of a smallish size but clean and tidy the pool is excellent but shared with 2 other villas, the grounds are well kept and it is safe. The villa does require some updating as some of fixings and fittings are starting to look tired and at this price point I would have expected air conditioning and more space. The owner is very friendly and helpful and nothing was a problem. The local area is lovely and providing you do not mind a little drive the beaches are not far

Great place but needs more accurate listing

This place has plenty of room for up to six people, safe parking, a great view and many very good amenities (pool, kitchen, ping pong table, clothes washer). However, the English listing on VRBO needs to be updated and clearly outline the extra fees when on property. There is no air conditioning or clothes dryer (remove these from listing). There are extra charges for bed linens, bath towels, pool towels, using the pool, pool heating?, a cleaning fee all to be paid by cash on site. Even with the extra fees the property is a good price, but please put these in the price or clearly explain these up front. If all this was communicated beforehand (no surprises) this would have been a 5-star review.

Die Gegend war wunderschön. Das Mietobjekt entsprach im Außenbereich im großen und Ganzen der Beschreibung. Im Innenbereich der Wohnung war nicht gerade für neu eintreffende Gäste hergerichtet und sauber gemacht. Kein frisches Bettzeug, haben unser eigenes genutzt. Veraltete durchgesessene, schmutzige und teilweise kaputte Möbel die einfach mit einem Überwurf verdeckt wurden. Das Geschirr, nur zusammengewürfelte, teilweise kaputte oder geklebte Utensilien. Sonnenschirm, war kaputt uswLaut Beschreibung: Garagenstellplatz : haben wir nicht bekommen. Pool zur Alleinnutzung : diesen konnten wir einmal am Abend nutzen. Die anderen Tage war er durch den Besuch ihrer Verwandten besetzt.Dann die Zusatzkosten, die plötzlich 3 Tage vor Reiseantritt an uns gestellt wurden. Kaution, Klimaanlage, Poolbenutzung usw. einfach mal 700 Euro. Dies konnten wir aber mit dem Vermieter noch klären, mussten aber immerhin zusätzlich noch etwas zuzahlen, das dann schon ärgerlich ist.

Je suis triste d’apprendre que vous n’avez pas pris le temps de lire le descriptif qui stipulait les frais supplémentaires. Je pensais quand vous faisant une belle remise sur ceux-ci, vous resteriez objectif, mais ce n’est absolument pas le cas. Effectivement, je vous ai demandé une participation de 100€ aux frais de nettoyage, climatisation et piscine, qui je noté en passant, n’est absolument pas exclusive et c’est bien stipulé dans le descriptif. Que vous n’avez malheureusement pas lu. Que dire de la propreté, si ce n’est que je n’ai que des messages d’éloge à ce sujet et vous n’avez qu’à consulter les commentaires sur la résidence du Montaigu sur Go ogle pour vous en rendre compte. Je trouve dommage que vous vous défouliez dans vos commentaires avec des propos mensongers parce que vous avez dû sortir un billet. Heureusement les personnes malhonnêtes comme vous sont une exception.

Sympathischer Aufenthalt mit Abstrichen

Erholsam! Tolle Aussicht, sehr nette Gastgeber, schöner Pool mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Klimaanlage, wie ausgeschrieben, nicht vorhanden! Zusätzliche Nebenkosten, die nicht in der deutschen Beschreibung standen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, alleine schon wegen der vielen möglichen Freizeitaktivitäten. Wegen oben genannten Punkten und diverser Kleinigkeiten können wir nicht mehr Punkte vergeben.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Umgebung

Sehr gelungener Aufenthalt, sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Super schöne Anlage. Allerdings steht im deutschen Inserat nur die Hälfte der Informationen, die wichtig sind. Auf der französischen Seite stehen Informationen zu Kosten, von denen ich nichts wusste. Sehr ärgerlich, wenn man bei der Bezahlung blöd dasteht und sich wundert, was noch zu bezahlen ist.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce gîte très bien situé. Bien agencé, fonctionnel, bien équipé. Les propriétaires qui sont sur place sont très sympathiques, à la fois très disponibles et accueillants et très discrets.

Entspannung pur

Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Woche in diesem herrlichen haus. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse über den Pool hinweg in die Landschaft ist traumhaft. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und haben uns die ganze Woche rundum wohlgefühlt.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Gegend

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber wir haben uns vor allem draußen aufgehalten. Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Jungs haben den Pool ausgiebig benützt. Abends konnten wir auf der Terrasse grillen. Leider waren die Betten im "Kinderzimmer" etwas kurz. das war aber das einzige Problem. Die Matratzen waren sehr gut.

Très bon séjour !

Très bon accueil, très chaleureux. Le lieu est magnifique, la vue dégagée. Les propriétaires sont hyper sympas, on a partagé un repas avec eux, vraiment cool. Appartement en duplex, très soigné et propre. Que du positif, merci pour ces bons moments. Tout petit bémol, la piscine n'était pas chauffée en ce debut de mois d'avril. On aurait bien aimé en profiter, surtout qu'elle est très bien entretenue. Mais, on reviendra, c'est sûr !
