Le Gîte du Montaigu

ideal for two families who want to spend the holidays together (two cottages for a residence)
private pool. Entirely new villa, completion in July 2014. Each cottage is fully furnished and has a capacity of 6 to 7 people. Prices are informed for a house. You can find the second house under the reference 6672660.
The pool (11m x 5m) has a small beach.
Each cottage has a covered terrace and non-covered with concrete barbecue.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The property is of a smallish size but clean and tidy the pool is excellent but shared with 2 other villas, the grounds are well kept and it is safe. The villa does require some updating as some of fixings and fittings are starting to look tired and at this price point I would have expected air conditioning and more space. The owner is very friendly and helpful and nothing was a problem. The local area is lovely and providing you do not mind a little drive the beaches are not far

Great place but needs more accurate listing

This place has plenty of room for up to six people, safe parking, a great view and many very good amenities (pool, kitchen, ping pong table, clothes washer). However, the English listing on VRBO needs to be updated and clearly outline the extra fees when on property. There is no air conditioning or clothes dryer (remove these from listing). There are extra charges for bed linens, bath towels, pool towels, using the pool, pool heating?, a cleaning fee all to be paid by cash on site. Even with the extra fees the property is a good price, but please put these in the price or clearly explain these up front. If all this was communicated beforehand (no surprises) this would have been a 5-star review.

Sympathischer Aufenthalt mit Abstrichen

Erholsam! Tolle Aussicht, sehr nette Gastgeber, schöner Pool mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Klimaanlage, wie ausgeschrieben, nicht vorhanden! Zusätzliche Nebenkosten, die nicht in der deutschen Beschreibung standen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, alleine schon wegen der vielen möglichen Freizeitaktivitäten. Wegen oben genannten Punkten und diverser Kleinigkeiten können wir nicht mehr Punkte vergeben.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Umgebung

Sehr gelungener Aufenthalt, sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Super schöne Anlage. Allerdings steht im deutschen Inserat nur die Hälfte der Informationen, die wichtig sind. Auf der französischen Seite stehen Informationen zu Kosten, von denen ich nichts wusste. Sehr ärgerlich, wenn man bei der Bezahlung blöd dasteht und sich wundert, was noch zu bezahlen ist.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce gîte très bien situé. Bien agencé, fonctionnel, bien équipé. Les propriétaires qui sont sur place sont très sympathiques, à la fois très disponibles et accueillants et très discrets.

Entspannung pur

Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Woche in diesem herrlichen haus. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse über den Pool hinweg in die Landschaft ist traumhaft. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und haben uns die ganze Woche rundum wohlgefühlt.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Gegend

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber wir haben uns vor allem draußen aufgehalten. Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Jungs haben den Pool ausgiebig benützt. Abends konnten wir auf der Terrasse grillen. Leider waren die Betten im "Kinderzimmer" etwas kurz. das war aber das einzige Problem. Die Matratzen waren sehr gut.

Très bon séjour !

Très bon accueil, très chaleureux. Le lieu est magnifique, la vue dégagée. Les propriétaires sont hyper sympas, on a partagé un repas avec eux, vraiment cool. Appartement en duplex, très soigné et propre. Que du positif, merci pour ces bons moments. Tout petit bémol, la piscine n'était pas chauffée en ce debut de mois d'avril. On aurait bien aimé en profiter, surtout qu'elle est très bien entretenue. Mais, on reviendra, c'est sûr !
