Located 300m from the Cale de Mordreuc and its small beach known for its seal, beautiful atypical house with 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine), lounge (TV), dining room, winter garden with table football, bathroom (with bath). Nice sported and closed garden, with terrace equipped (table, parasol ..). Quiet environment, ideal for walks along the Rance and to discover the region: Dinan, Saint Malo, Dinard, Cancale, less than 30min, Mont Saint Michel and Cap Frehel at 45min.
Perfect for a couple or a family loving nature.
The village is 2 km away: very good bakery, small business, banks, pizzeria, creperie .. Charming surrounding villages (Saint Suliac, Léhon ..)

Excellent séjour

On se sent comme à la maison. La maison est agréable et bien décorée, le nombre de couchages est appréciable, 3 grands lits doubles et un lit simple, chacun ayant son intimité. Rien ne manque, même la machine Nespresso + la cafetière traditionnelle pour les accros. Le jardin est agréable toute la journée et permet de profiter du soleil ou de la partie ombragée par les arbres. Merci à Floriane, Carl et Sophia.

Wonderful house in a wonderful location.

The house was absolutely beautiful in a lovely location within easy reach of Dinan, Saint Malo, Dinard and Mont-Saint-Michel amongst many more. The house had everything you could wish for with a beautiful garden. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Super séjour ! Maison très belle et agréable tout comme le village dans lequel nous avions plaisir à rentrer le soir une fois nos visites terminées. Propriétaires très sympathiques tout comme Isidore le chat très doux avec notre fille de 2 ans. Maison idéalement située pour visiter Dinan,Dinard, Saint Malo, Le Mont Saint Michel, le Cap Fréhel ....nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Calme, charmant, cidre, crèpes

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les lieux autant pour le calme qui y règne, pour les nombreuses possibilités de balades dans les environs, que pour les accès faciles à quelques villes intéressantes à deux pas de Pleudihen. Nous avons même pu voir le phoque habitué de la cale, chaque matin. Floriane et Carl sont très sympathiques et accueillants. Quant à Isidore le chat de la maison, il est très paisible et discret. En vacances permanentes, il mange, il dort, il sort... veinard va!
