A wonderful property situated in a great location with a view of the estuary and with the sound of the sea in earshot. The house has everything you need for a great family holiday and we had a mix of adults and young grandchildren and a dog. From the lovely pool and hot tub to the games room with pool, darts and a pinball machine. Rockpool heaven with the tide going out so far. Lots to see and do in the local area. Hosts were very helpful and welcoming with advice and with any questions we had.

Lovely relaxing stay at Villa Viviane. Equiped with all needed to make the most of the deck and the sea view. Nice quiet location for relaxing. Short walk to boulangerie and restaurant. Pool and hot tub clean and lovely to use. Fab second lounge and games room upstairs with more views.

Lovely house with great views of the sea

We had a lovely time visiting all the pretty local areas and enjoyed Ile de Brehat, Plougescant and Treguier a lot. L’Armor is very quiet and relaxing . The house is designed to make the sea visible from nearly every room with huge windows and you feel very much part of the seaside. The pool and hot tub are great fun and the garden is pretty. The downstairs bedrooms are perhaps not as spacious as the rest of the house but we did not spend much time in them! You cannot swim from the local beach but it is easy to find beaches you can swim from. Viviane and her family were very helpful and came round in an instant when there was a minor problem with the house. They clearly love the house and it was a privilege to be allowed to stay there! Thankyou Viviane!

Magnifique maison avec vue imprenable sur la mer, très bien équipée(piscine avec nage à contre-courant, spa, sauna, salle de jeux avec flipper, billard, jeux de fléchettes, bibliothèque) il ne manque rien, tout est parfait. Elle est bien située à côté du GR 34Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires Viviane et Michel.Superbe endroit à découvrir le Sillon de Talbert.

Villa hyper fonctionnelle avec une vue magnifique à toute heure du jour. Les équipements à l'intérieur (literie, matériel de cuisine,...) comme à l'extérieur (salon de jardin, transats nombreux,...) sont parfaits.Piscine, jaccuzy, billard, sauna, livres sur les coins à découvrir : tout était réuni pour une semaine de rêve. Le calme du quartier est aussi un plus. Propriétaires très sympathiques et réactifs. Une excellente adresse!!!

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine à la villa Viviane. La maison est incroyablement bien équipée, très bien décorée et avec une vue somptueuse.Viviane et son mari nous ont très bien accueilli et ils se sont assurés qu’on ne manquait de rien. Je recommande fortement et garde précieusement le contact de Viviane pour une prochaine escapade à Pleubian.

Séjour parfait

Maison de vacances idéale pour découvrir les côtes d’Armor: située en bord de mer et d’une réserve naturelle, ultra équipée (espace spa, salle de jeux et bibliothèque …), très lumineuse, déco sympa, des espaces pour chacun. Le propriétaire partage ses connaissances de la région… Nous la recommandons vivement et prévoyons d’y revenir.

Ein großartiges Ferienhaus!

Wir verlebten einen wunderbaren Bretagne Urlaub zusammen mit Familie und Freunden in diesem toll ausgestatteten Haus. Der Blick aufs Meer und die Nähe zum Strand waren perfekt. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und hat sehr viel zu bieten (Pool, Billard). Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder 😃

Wunderschöne Aussicht, tolle Ausstattung

Wir haben zu viert eine Woche in der schönen Unterkunft von Viviane verbracht und hatten eine tolle Zeit: das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und verfügt sowohl über ein großes Jacuzzi als auch über einen Pool mit Gegenstromanlage. Auch die Infrarotsauna für zwei Personen war toll. Es gibt zudem einen sehr schönen Garten und eine tolle Terrasse. Das Haus liegt nur wenige Minuten vom kleinen Strand entfernt.

Excellent séjour

Magnifique maison, à quelques mètre de la mer et du GR34. La vue est juste exceptionnelle. Maison très fonctionelle, avec tout ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur. Et la partie spa (piscine avec nage contre-courant, jacuzzi, sauna) est la cerise sur le délicieux gateau. Enfin, accueil très sympathique de Viviane et Michel. On s'y sent comme chez soi!

Perfekt

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche im Ferienhaus verbracht! Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, in der Küche fehlt nichts. Der Ausblick durch die großen Fenster ist einfach nur sensationell, ebenso wie die Meerblickterasse und der Wintergarten. Gut gefallen hat uns auch, daß alles zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Vielen Dank!

Maison hyper confortable face mer vue exceptionnelle

Nous étions venus il y a quelques années et sommes revenus début mai cette année La magie a encore opérée La maison est très agréable confortable on y est comme chez soi La région est aussi très très belle Notre petit chien Birdy a bien profité du jardin C'est avec grand plaisir que nous ferons un nouveau séjour La terrasse du salon donnant sur la mer est un vrai plus maison très lumineuse La recommandons vivement Merci aux proprietaires pour leur accueil très sympa

superbe !

Une maison magnifique, très bien équipée ( rien ne manque !..), et située idéalement ... Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite.. un temps ensoleillé était là pour parfaire ce séjour ! Nous avons pu admirer la mer grâce aux grandes baies vitrées , terrasse balcon face au large !! bravo pour la luminosité de cette maison ....on s'y sent tout simplement bien ! Nous la recommandons sans hésiter !! nous reviendrons !!
