53m2 apartment located in the residence Les Éperons 1, beautiful condominium in the center of the Deux Alpes resort and at the foot of the slopes.
Labeled Clévances 3 keys / 3 *, AMBIANCE MONTAGNE and 2 Alpes Qualité.

Spacious and recently renovated, it has an entrance hall, a bathroom with separate WC, two bedrooms and a living room. An outdoor collective car park closed by barrier and a ski locker are also available.

Family and bright, which can accommodate 6 to 8 people, it is composed of two balconies facing south and west, thus benefiting from a very bright light and a breathtaking view of the Muzelle, summit of the Ecrins massif, characterized by its pyramid shape and its "eye".

Wifi available free of charge.

Electric shutters recently installed (high thermal, sound and light insulation).
Double glazing present throughout the apartment.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms with cupboard, one of which is a dressing room, one containing a double bed (140x200) and the other two bunk beds (i.e. 4 beds 90x200), a bathroom with bath, washing machine , towel dryer, hair dryer, iron / ironing board, drying rack, fan heater and separate WC.

The living room consists of a kitchen area including microwave, oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette / pierrade set, fondue set, citrus press, dishwasher , fridge, cookware, dishwashing service, 3 mobile auxiliary heaters. The lounge area has a 2-person bed-express (2 80x200), TV, DVD player, speakers, board games and WIFI available free of charge.
Two large balconies surround it with a South and East exposure, include deckchairs.

Apartment ideally placed at the foot of the slopes and hyper resort center. At the foot of the ALPETTE chairlift (summer luge), 20 meters from the daycare center and 150 meters from the "center" gathering of ski schools.

Possibility to rent garage in residence that can accommodate a car + mountain bike in the summer due to its large surface area. (50 euros / week)

The beds have duvets and pillows, but linens are not provided. Paying option: see before arrival with Service Plus reception for linen rental.

L'appartement est spacieux, très bien équipé et idéalement situé proche des pistes et des commerces. Cependant quelques points pourraient être améliorés:- il n'y a qu'un seul jeu de clés, c'est dommage pour un appartement si grand et cela a compliqué l'organisation de notre semaine. - le service de conciergerie est très bien et très efficace mais la remise des clés se fait à l'autre bout de la station dans un endroit difficilement accessible quand on ne connaît pas la station. C'est vraiment dommage d'autant qu'il y a des conciergeries plus proches de l'appartement qui auraient été plus pratiques. Appartement à recommander.

Appart tout équipé idéalement situé sur l'avenue de la Muzelle a quelques mètres des pistes et du Jandry. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et la proximité des remontées mécaniques.Les deux balcons étaient très agréables surtout pour mon chien, encore un plus pr l'appart : pet friendly Merci à l'hôte de nous avoir fait confiance pour la location de son appartement.

Agréable séjour réalisé début Juillet. Logement spacieux, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Situé à proximité immédiate des commerces. Parking privatif tres pratique. Seul bémol : l’absence de congélateur nous a manqué en plein été.

Très bon appartement et idéalement situé

Bel appartement agréable, très bien agencé, joliment décoré, et très propre. Il est aussi très bien situé en plein centre de la station, juste à côté des supermarchés, de la navette et des activités au bord des pistes, ce qui est vraiment pratique quand on a des enfants. Le lave-linge est vraiment très utile, et les grands balcons ont une jolie vue. La literie est de très bonne qualité. Le lecteur DVD est un vrai plus quand il pleut. Les contacts avec le propriétaire et la personne qui réalise l'accueil se sont très bien passés, et ils sont réactifs. Nous avons passé un super séjour, et je recommande cet appartement !

Nous venons de rentrer de notre séjour dans cet appartement splendide, avec un emplacement unique dans la station ! Il est très bien équipé avec du double vitrage, volets électriques (bien noir la nuit et aucun bruit), internet gratuit, le lave linge très pratique pour l'été ! Les contacts avec le locataire ont été parfaits (très réactifs aux messages). Un appartement très propre que je recommande absolument et où nous retournerons très bientôt !!

Un séjour parfait

Cet appartement est vraiment très sympathique tout comme son propriétaire et la personne qui vous accueille. Nous sommes tombés sous le charme de la décoration style montagnard. Idéal pour les familles avec la crèche à proximité ainsi que les rassemblements de ski (nous avons déposés ma fille de 10 ans tous les matins à 300 mètres). Emplacement très calme la nuit et situé en plein centre de la station. Je recommande sans hésitation !!

L'appartement est agréable et bien équipé. Il est au cœur de la station à proximité du front de neige. Emplacement idéal. Il dispose d'un garage indispensable en période de vacances scolaires. Cependant l'environnement est bruyant ( la route, les camions de livraison des commerces qui arrivent à 6 heures du matin). Le restaurant juste en dessous est bruyant jusque tard le soir. Difficile avec de jeunes enfants comme nous avons!!

Bel apparement bien situé dans la station et près des pistes. Proprietaire sérieux et plutôt bien entretenue. Seul bémol: la baignoire et le mitigeur sont à revoir ainsi que les ustensiles de cuisines. Je recommande !!
