About this property

Quiet apartment along the river located about 4 miles east of Leavenworth.

Nestled neatly along the Wenatchee River, just about 3 1/2 miles east of Leavenworth. River Park Condo is a nice quiet one bedroom one bath, unit with a hideaway queen size bed in a couch so a small family or group of friends could enjoy being together. Amenities include a full kitchen, with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, ice machine, blender, dishwasher, dishes, pots & pans, some mixing bowls; everything you might need. There's a closet with an iron and ironing board. There's a washer and dryer just in case... The condo unit has a covered outdoor picnic area, a community fire pit, another more private covered area... all in a park like setting along the river... it's nice! The TV has a Roku player you can use to login to your favorite streaming or just watch what's available... but really, people don't come here to watch TV. There's great internet service and Wi-Fi,. There are even some books to read as well.

Clean,, comfy bed, easy check in and nice location. We loved sitting outside and enjoying the river. We cooked in the well equipped kitchen and the neighbors were friendly and spoke well of the host. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Fred’s great condo just steps from the beautiful Wenatchee River. The unit was very clean, well equipped, had great parking and a very comfortable bed. Our dog loved the grassy area right out our door and it was only a few minutes drive to Leavenworth. We will definitely be back!

This was a perfect place for a hiking getaway. The place was very clean upon arrival. The instructions for check-in and checkout, access, wifi, etc. were very clear, and Fred was responsive. The bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen has all the pots & pans, utensils, etc. that I needed. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The condo is in a great location a very short drive into town and a short drive to hiking trails. Sitting by the river in the evening was wonderful. The neighbors we met were all very nice. We hope to stay here again.

This was our 2nd stay at Fred's property. All amenities were accurate the aprtment was clean and welcoming. Our dogs loved the walks along the river. I would definitely recommend this property and hope we can visit again.

River Park Place is a well-equipped one-bedroom condo that can accommodate you and your family. This place is located close enough to enjoy Leavenworth and it's festivals, yet not be confined to the traffic and masses, but far enough out to get away from all the people. There is so much more to our location than Leavenworth with all the outdoor activities, the local wineries, and other. The river is such a peaceful thing to watch and fun to enter in during the summer.

What makes this property unique

Wow, there are so many things to do from here... visit local wineries and other agri-tourism; multiple river guides; ski areas- Leavenworth; Mission Ridge; or Steven's Pass; Outdoors activities abound with the trails and mountain lakes, Alpine Wilderness access, Icicle, Tumwater, Rock climbing at the Peshastin Pinacles, as well as the proximity to the Wenatchee, the Columbia River, Rocky Reach Dam, as well as Lake Wenatchee, Fish Lake and Plain.
