Why Fred Boyd chose Peshastin
This place is located close enough to enjoy Leavenworth and it's festivals, yet not be confined to, but far enough out to get away from all the people. The river is such a peaceful thing to watch and participate in.

Peaceful setting, close Leavenworth.
The condo has everything needed for your stay. Fred is great to work with. We've stayed there 3 times. Check in and check out is a breeze. And you won't get a place in Leavenworth for the price.
Cute, clean condo with great view!
River Park Place was super cute and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed using it as our mountain adventure landing pad. Fred was quick to reply and the condo was well stoked with the basics. The view and access to the river was so perfect! Hope to stay again soon.
Great little place to stay!
We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and had plenty of amenities. Has a washer and dryer which worked out well for us. It’s about 5 minutes from town.
Comfy and clean
Always love getting away to this place. We’ve stayed here several times without a disappointment.
Great get away on the river
The condo had everything we needed for our stay. We had stayed in the past, upgrades have been made since our last stay. The condo is clean, comfortable and has a great view of the river. Our dogs were allowed in the condo, they loved walking along the grassy area down by the river (mostly covered in snow during this stay). The condo is close to Leavenworth, but far enough out of town to be quiet and peaceful. Thanks for another great stay!
Clean, on the river, well stocked - coffees, tea, hot choc, marshmallows, all baking supplies, spices, all kitchen wares, laundry supplies, ample linens, cable, wifi. Covered parking :)
River Park Place is a wonderful place with a park like setting along the river. There is a local fire pit along the river and covered picnic shelters available for your use. From this place you can casually visit Leavenworth's Bavarian Village and enjoy any of it's wonderful festivals. There is so much to see and do here that if you're not visiting for some event, you may want to check out the many trails here, from along the river and through town to serious hikes into the high country. Visit the many spas, wineries, agri-tourism opportunities, and even do the antiquing in Cashmere and visit Applets & Cotlets. As the weather changes toward spring here, there are lots of companies guiding exciting rafting trips down the Wenatchee River.
