Logement bien situé, proche de la plage et du marché central. Bon accueil. Mobilier un peu vétuste. Eclairage au néon dans la salle à manger franchement dépassé. Escalier menant à l'étage très raide. Deux belles chambres spacieuses. Salle de bain propre mais vieillotte. Place de parking attitrée juste en face du logement. Quartier calme et agréable. Aucun produit d'accueil. Pas de café à disposition. Bien dans l'ensemble.

Petite maison idéale

Nous avons passé un excellent pont de l’ascension dans cette agréable maison à la décoration soignée et très propre. Quartier très calme d’où nous avons pu nous rendre à pied au grand marché de Royan ainsi qu’à la plage de Pontaillac toute proche. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse et profité du barbecue électrique. Parking privé parfait pour laisser sa voiture et circuler à vélos grâce aux pistes cyclables nombreuses. Communication avec les propriétaires et la personne chargée de l’accueil fort sympathique. Région superbe. Nous y retournerons c’est certain !

Belle petite maison dans un endroit résidentiel très calme et proche de tout, avec parking privé, terrasse et tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Bonne communication avec la propriétaire, très sympathique et réactive et super accueil de la gestionnaire des lieux sur place. Bref, tout est fait pour qu'on ait envie de revenir ! Une bonne adresse à retenir pour continuer à explorer cette belle région.

Location très propre, rien de manque idéale pour une famille avec enfants en plus avec son parking privatif très apprécié, très bien située et très calme proche des plages des commerces, de bonnes balades le long de la mer et Royan est une ville très vivante. Nous avons passé un très bon moment à Royan. La maison est proche du centre et des plages. Située dans un endroit calme avec la place de parking réservé en accès direct par la terrasse, cette maison présente beaucoup d'avantages. Les équipements sont complets et parfaitement fonctionnels.
