This pleasant, stone house comprising a living room with convertible sofa. As well as a fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave), a double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (possible to make a double bed), 1 bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom, 2 WCs, a fitted pantry a washing machine and a dryer. You will appreciate the terrace with lounge, barbecue, sunbathing.
This cottage can accommodate 5 people upstairs and 2 extra people downstairs.
Located 5 minutes walk from the village of Ploudalmézeau, close to 2 supermarkets and 5 km from the beaches.
Sports: hiking, swimming, fishing, nautical center, kayak rental, paddle rentals, kite surfing lessons, Golf, swimming pool, tennis, horse riding, bowling, karting, paint ball, leisure park (La grande récré des 3 priests), oceanopolis all within a radius of less than 30 km.
At 2km we invite you to discover the crêperie of the water tower with its 360 ° panoramic view (where an aperitif will be offered to you). Remember to book!
