Nice place to stay

In the summer heat the apartment stays nice and cool. It has a lovely big garden with fruit trees. The owner is easy to communicate with, he speaks English pretty well. We had a lovely vacation

Nice place with an amazing view

My family and I really liked this place. It has amazing views and is very close to the ski slopes and to the attractions of the town. All a few minutes away. The only reason I don't give this a 5 star is 1) When we arrived there was not toilet paper. This was a problem because we arrived late and most stores where closed by then and 2) getting in and out of the parking is really tricky and tight and 3) they charged an awful lot of money to rent linens and towels. In all of the many places that I rented through VRBO and others I never have come across such high amounts. Other than that it's a great place to stay.

Fantastic apartment

We found this apartment on the internet and the booking process was more difficult than many hotels, partially due to my lack of French, but largely because the international money transfer required for the deposit cost us around 40 euro in bank fees from my own bank in Australia and the real estate agent's bank in France. However, once that was out of the way and we arrived in Briancon, the check-in process was a pleasure with the very organised and lovely real estate agents and upon arriving at the apartment we realised straight away that it was all worth while! The apartment is very quaint, clean and well-maintained and provided all of the facilities we could have needed including a full kitchen, laundry facility and secure parking. Even the sofa bed was good quality and comfortable which is not often the case. The greatest assest of the apartment is the garden setting overlooking a larger property filled with fruit trees through to the lower city of Briancon and the mountains of the Queyras beyond. Magnificent! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends. Thank you!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Briancon. Die Wohnung war gut und reichhaltig ausgestattet, wir vermißten nichts. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die bestens ausgestattete Küche und die sehr große Terrasse vor der Wohnung mit den schattenspendenden Kirschbäumen. Auch die gesamte Abwicklung über das Immobilienbüro Accord-Immobilier war sehr gut, obwohl wir nur wenig französisch sprechen. Einzig der Fußweg in die Stadt entlang der stark befahrenen Straße war nicht so angenehm.
