At the heart of Black Perigord, next to the caves of Lascaux, in a small village crisscrossed with pedestrian paths and in the middle of a luxuriant vegetation, our property consists of several lodgings of charms of 2 to 8 people which will seduce you by their comfort and their authenticity.

"Lou Val" (studio 2 persons) occupies a part of a large typical Périgourdine country house of the XVI century.
Charming house typically Périgord, where period oak flooring, stone walls and rustic furniture mingle creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere where life is good.

Ideal for a couple in search of romance and tranquility, Lou Val, was fully furnished in 2010. It overlooks a small courtyard overlooking our church of the thirteenth century (The bells ring twice a day at noon and 19h).

The wifi is available in this cottage, You will also have access to the heated pool and landscaped park.
We also have 2 other gîtes for 2 people, Le Four and La Bergerie (consult us for their rates and availability).

Gîte cosy dans village très calme

Propriétaires très sympathiques. Le gîte bénéficie d’un parc arboré (où on peut également garer sa voiture) et d’une piscine et d’un jacuzzi. Idéal pour se ressourcer. Tout confort (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge…) et salon de jardin avec barbecue. Expérience positive

In a little spot of paradise....

Magali and Manu were very welcoming and helpful. We were very comfortable in the studio, particularly since the thick stone walls helped the flat to stay cool in the recent heatwave. We enjoyed the garden, the pool, the peace and quiet and sound of the birds. We were impressed with the safety features around the pool. It's a great base to tour the area and we enjoyed going into Montignac and Terrasson. The 'honesty shop' across the square provides a remarkable range of organic produce, wine, beer and the best ice cream! We would certainly book again!

Lovely gite, off the beaten track

This was a comfortable compact gite, with everything you needed in a small space. Photographs gave the impression the pool was in the courtyard with the gites, but was a short walk down the lane and across and expansive garden. However, beautifully heated, with a spa/jacuzzi at the side.

Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances dans cette ancienne maison périgourdine située dans une campagne à la fois reposante et offrant une multitude d'activités. La décoration du gîte est faite avec goût et associe avec bonheur modernité et charme lié à l'ancien. Une bonne literie, un grand parc avec un stationnement sécurisé, une piscine. Je recommande sans hésitation. Les photos sont explicites! Aucune mauvaise surprise! Merci à nos hôtes qui ont su allier discrétion et disponibilité!

Que dire? Tout était parfait... Le gite est très propre et décoré avec soin. Belle maison en pierres apparentes. Magnifique parc , calme et détente sont aux rendez vous pour les grands. Pour les enfants et adolescents une multitude de jeux sont à disposition, pas de temps pour s'ennuyer, (nous avons une fille de 8 ans et un ado de 16 ans et tous les 2 ont passé de très bonnes vacances) Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine chauffée alors que nous étions encore tôt dans la saison. Un grand merci à Magali et à Manu pour leur accueil si chaleureux, on se sent comme avec des amis. Nous reviendrons c'est certain.

A real 'Garden of Eden'

We enjoyed a wonderful week at Le Jardin d'Eden. A truly wonderful place for a restful holiday. Lovely warm pool and beautiful extensive gardens. We stayed in the studio, which even had a dishwasher and washing machine. Very central for the nearby tourist attractions, particularly the Lascaux cave paintings. In the centre of an ancient village with opportunities for walking and cycling. Wonderful holiday.
