- Ground floor: living / dining room, kitchen, 1 bedroom (bunk bed), bathroom, separate toilet, pantry
- Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 1 bed 140) and a bathroom / WC
- Shaded patio with garden shed (bike garage) parking lot
Beach Eyrac (overlooking the pool) is 10 minutes walk and the bike path near the port in less than 5 minutes. This bike path allows you to go downtown or to tour the area.
Many shops (pharmacy, medical office, laundry, bakery, fishmonger, supermarket, bars and restaurants, etc ...) are also within 5 minutes walk. The car is not essential.
Linen is not provided.

Maison très bien située, à proximité de la plage, des commerces et du port. De bonnes boulangeries à proximité, comme une poissonnerie et un casino avec de la belle viande. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et nous avons apprécié le cadeau du propriétaire. Maison très propre, agréable et pratique, avec un petit jardin et une cour où on peut rentrer la voiture.. De nombreux placards, deux salles de bains et toilettes, bien agréable quand nous sommes deux couples. Nous avons bien dormis, car la literie était de qualité. Nous y étions pendant la canicule et nous n'avons pas eu trop chaud. Cependant, la machine à laver était capricieuse et la box aussi. Dommage. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Excellentes vacances

Maison spacieuse très agréable à vivre pour 4 adultes dans un quartier tranquille près du port. Commerces et restaurants tout proche. La belle plage d’Eyrac à dix minutes à pieds.

Location Arcachon

Location extrêmement calme et bien situé proche des commerces et du port environ 20 minutes à pied du centre-ville. La région est très agréable

Belle maison très agréable et très bien située

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très agréable : belle, neuve et décorée avec goût, bien équipée, au calme et très bien située. La voiture n'est pas nécessaire : tous les commerces et la plage se trouvent à proximité. Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil. Nous recommandons tout à fait cette location.
