Villa of about 90sqm in a green and well-kept context, large patio and garden. Large fireplace for barbecue outside. Windowed bathroom with shower. Large living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one double, one with 2 single beds that can be joined), sofa bed in the living room for any fifth person. The second bedroom (see photo) has a "wolf's mouth" window that allows less light to filter than the classic "casement". Washing machine, TV, dishes and dishes, bed linen and kitchen provided. Iron and ironing board. Covered patio, equipped with table and chairs. Large garden, 5 minutes walk from the nearest beach (Cala Grande, Piras Village). Parking next to the entrance. Residential village, 5 km from the historic center, traffic limited to residents only. It is located on the ground floor and therefore ideal for families with children and the elderly.

La maison se trouve à proximité des belles plages de la maddalena. La maison se trouve en sous sol. La communication avec l agence se fait par whatsapp

A partir de l'été 2022 la maison n'est plus gérée par une agence, mais directement par les propriétaires.

Good but needs improvement

We were very impressed with the Villagio Piras, the houses were built perfectly respecting the natural landscape of the region. Many beautiful local plants and flowers. The small local beach is only a 5 minute walk and is very nice especially for families with children. The other beaches are very close by car and even though they are allot of tourists you can always find a place to swim. Also the village La Maddalena is only 10 minutes away by car. Angela's sister was very nice and she showed us the apartment. We were on the lower level so we did have less sun in the morning which is good to have breakfast on the terrasse. But there is no view. And because there is no air conditioning you must sleep with the windows open and unfortunately there are dogs right next door barking every night. I think this is a big problem that the owner should resolve with the neighbor. Otherwise the apartment was very clean but the equipment in the kitchen was old and the pans too small for 4 people. If i compare with other apartments we rented for the same price i would give it a 4.5 for the Villagio and were it is situated on the island but the quality of the apartment needs to be improved.

I am happy to see you appreciated the effort we always put in welcoming hour guests and making sure the house is clean, tidy and properly equipped. Thanks for letting me know that the dog barking disturbed your sleep at times: we have already agreed with the owner of the dog that he will make sure it doesn’t happen any more in the future as the dog will be moved to a different place. Regarding the kitchen equipment, it was probably my sister’s mistake not to show you specifically that small appliance is stored in the kitchen, but there is much more in the dining room and the storage room so that it can serve the different needs of our guests. Nevertheless, I hope you enjoyed the huge barbecue outside! A pity you didn’t call me right away when you had these concerns, because we would have solved them in real time! And a pity I didn’t manage to get through when I gave you the usual ring I give to all guests during their stay to check everything’s all right! I am very happy to hear you appreciated the Villaggio Piras location! It is rightly considered a sort of paradise for family vacations! Thanks again anyway for being great guests!
