Séjour agréable dans cette maison bien entretenue avec grand jardin clôturé idéal pour les enfants et animaux.La route qui passe juste devant reste un point à connaître car il y a quand même un peu de circulation qui a nécessité pour nous quelques jours d’adaptation et de vigilance avant de sortir devant par le terrain car les gens roulent vite et manque d’attention.Cela reste néanmoins un bon logement pour y séjourner durant les vacances et proches du lac et des commerces de proximité avec un très jolie petit marché

Das Haus ist wunderbar. Ein großes, eingezäuntes Grundstück, ideal für den Hund. Im Haus findet sich alles, was für einen Aufenthalt notwendig ist. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Corine war jederzeit eine super Gastgeberin, die auf alle Fragen eine perfekte Antwort hatte. Der Étang de Cazaux ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Fahrradweg zum Meer ist für sportliche Radfahrer ein Genuss.Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und können die Unterkunft unbedingt weiterempfehlen.

Sehr gepflegtes Haus

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, die Kommunikation vorab auch sehr unkompliziert. Da Haus wie in der Beschreibung, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Perfekt war auch, dass wir unser Auto auf dem Grundstück parken konnten und ein großen eingezäunten Garten dabei hatten. Gegenüber die Bar haben wir auch besucht. Ganz in der Nähe ist auch ein kleiner Kiosk bei dem wir unser Frühstück einkaufen konnten. Die Fahrräder waren etwas klein für uns aber für kleine Ausflüge ok. Alles in allem würden wir sofort wieder kommen! Dankeschön 🌼

A deux pas de toutes les commodités !

Logement très bien équipé et très fonctionnel, nous avons passé une belle semaine entourés de nos chiens avec qui nous avons pu profiter sereinement du grand jardin. Un beau petit marché situé à deux pas avec pain frais, fruits et légumes, fruits de mer, paella et poulets rôtis... a fait notre bonheur tout au long de la semaine !

On a passé un excellent séjour à moins de 10min à pied du lac. Un grand jardin pour les chiens et quelques parties de badminton. Corinne était disponible et serviable. Je recommande et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Maison appréciable et bien situé près des piste cyclables. Le jardin extérieur est agréable et ma permis avec mon vidéo projecteur de regarder un film sur le mur blanc. Dommage pour une des chambres très mansardées qui n'est pas idéal pour y dormir et faire les lits.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir haben im Juli 2019 zwei Wochen unseres Sommerurlaubes in dem Ferienhaus von Frau Junca mit unseren drei Kindern verbracht. Das Haus war für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt aufgeteilt – im Erdgeschoss mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und einem Esstisch, an dem wir alle Platz gefunden haben. Den Abend konnten wir dann auf der gemütlichen Couch verbringen. Im Obergeschoss gibt es ein Schlafzimmer für die Eltern und ein Schlafzimmer für die Kinder. Es war alles gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Haus war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Hervorzuheben ist auch der große Garten, in dem die Kinder spielen konnten. Es sind genügend Liegen vorhanden, so dass auch die Eltern die Sonne genießen konnten. Frau Junca hat uns gemeinsam mit ihrer Tochter sehr herzlich empfangen und wir konnten uns auf alle Absprachen hundertprozentig verlassen. Zum Strand des Sees sind es nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Strand war trotz Urlaubszeit nicht überfüllt. Das Wasser war angenehm warm und ideal, insbesondere für kleinere Kinder, weil das Wasser am Ufer einen sehr langen flachen Bereich hat. Es gibt auch eine Zone, die zumindest zeitweilig am Tag überwacht ist. En juillet 2019, nous avons passé deux semaines de nos vacances d'été chez Mme Junca avec nos trois enfants. La maison était parfaitement divisée pour nos besoins - au rez-de-chaussée avec une cuisine très bien équipée et une table à manger, où nous avons tous trouvé de la place. Le soir, nous pourrions ensuite passer sur le canapé confortable. A l'étage, il y a une chambre pour les parents et une chambre pour les enfants. Tout était confortable et décoré avec goût. La maison était propre et équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances. Il convient également de souligner le grand jardin dans lequel les enfants peuvent jouer. Il y a suffisamment de chaises de piscine pour que les parents puissent profiter du soleil. Mme Junca nous a accueillis chaleureusement avec sa fille et nous avons pu compter à 100% sur tous les accords. La plage du lac est à seulement 15 minutes à pied. La plage n'était pas surpeuplée malgré les vacances. L'eau était agréablement chaude et idéale, en particulier pour les petits enfants, car l'eau sur le rivage a une très longue zone peu profonde. Il existe également une zone surveillée au moins temporairement pendant la journée.

L'agréable jardin, parfaitement clos,(nécessaire avec un enfant de 2 ans), la maison confortable, bien équipée, à la propreté impeccable, l'accueil et la disponibilité de Corine JUNCA, la proximité avec le lac de Biscarrosse et les pistes cyclables, nous ont permis de passer une très agréable semaine .
