At about 5 km from Monopoli city center and about 1 km from the beaches of Capitolo, Villa Ponente is located in a small residential complex immersed in Monopoli seaside area. In less than 5 minutes by car, you can reach Capitolo area, well known for its long sandy beaches, restaurants, clubs and bars.
The property is new and it has a contemporary and modern style; large windows make it bright and extremely luminous.
The entrance leads to the parking area from where you can reach a wide and rich garden of Mediterranean vegetation and flowers, fruit trees and ornamental plants which also separate the property from the villas nearby.
