Great Apartment in Roquetas de Mar

This is a great apartment in a location perfect for the beach and local amenities. The apartment is bright & airy and had everything that we required for our stay. The balcony faces south and has sun all day round. On the seafront, just a two-minute walk away, are some great bars and restaurants frequented by locals so open during the out of season period. A short walk inland you can also find bars which are only used by locals but also welcoming. The owner greeted us upon our arrival and introduced us to the apartment. He also gave a list of recommendations for the area. Thank you Jeffrey we had a great stay.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super, sehr nett und immer direkt zu erreichen! Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, Restaurants, Strand, Supermarkt alles sehr schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Tiefgarage ist auch super! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht.

Zeer goed appartement

Heel ruim en schoon appartement. Prettig balkon in de zon en uitzicht op zee. 100 meter van de boulevard met leuke eettentjes. Fijne eigenaren die direct actie nemen op eventuele wensen.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit.

Am ersten Tag musste ich leider putzen weil die Küche nicht so sauber war. Im Gefrierschrank und in den Schränken waren noch Reste von den vorherigen Besuchern. Nachdem aber alles sauber war, haben wir uns wohlgefühlt und hatten eine schöne Zeit.

30 jours à Roquetas

Excellent séjour chez Geoffrey. Il était là à notre arrivée et nous a aidé à organiser notre séjour de 30 belles journées. L'appartement est très bien situé à 200 m de la plage et des Chiringuitos. Geoffrey parle aussi Français ce qui est un avantage car si vous ne parlez pas Espagnol c'est difficile car peu parlent anglais. J'y retournerais avec plaisir.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, wie beschrieben. Ruhige Lage, nah zum Meer und zu verschiedenen Restaurants. Der Vermieter ist super, freundlich, hilfsbereit, jederzeit erreichbar und hilfreich mit vielen Tips. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. 9 days in Roquetas de Mar

Spacy apartment located 100 m from the beach. All services , such as supermarkets, restaurants etc. very close . The owner contacted us via Whats app . Collection of key via a outside box with secret number. All instructions were sent by whats app message. Owner is very friendly and helpfull and speaks several languages. ( No German ) Apartment is spacy and the terrasse perfectly for a sunbath. SE directed. Central airconditioning warm/ cold makes the apartment comfortable the whole year. The only things to know: There are just Spanish TV programs available. We didn´t find English or German programs. Garage parking available after confirmation of the owner. Extra price of 10 Eur. / day. In the kitchen there were missing some items and not all cooking pots and baking sheets were well cleaned. This could be optimized ! For us 5 stars because of a perfect apartment and perfectly located.

Sehr große Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist im 1. Stock mit Aufzug, der Zugang zur gesamten Anlage ist Behindertengerecht gestaltet. Der Strand ist in 1 Minute zu erreichen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es mehr als genug, der nächste Supermarkt der Consum ca. 260m und ein Bäcker ist ca. 150m entfernt. Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Meerblick, den wir jeden Morgen genossen haben. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und die Betten sehr bequem. Für uns ein Tipp in Roquetas , der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und hat gute Tipps gegeben.

Prima appartement op een leuke locatie

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Roquetas de Mar. Bij aankomst vriendelijk ontvangen door Carmen, de vrouw van de eigenaar, die ons het appartement toonde. Later kwam haar man Geoffrey die ons verder op weg heeft geholpen. Zeer vriendelijke man die onmiddellijk actie onderneemt wanneer je een vraag of probleem hebt. Eerste week problemen met de verwarming, die niet direct verholpen konden worden. Geoffrey heeft daarop direct elektrische kachels bij ons gebracht. Het appartement ligt perfect vlak bij zee en je bent omgeven door de lokale bevolking. Het appartement is zeer ruim.

The local people really welcomed us and appreciated us trying to speak Spanish. I could easily live here. This was our first time renting like this and we would definitely do it again! Schöne Unterkunft mit guter Lage

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. War alles schön. Die Lage ist sehr gut da nur 2 min vom Strand. Der Strand war sauber und schön . Die Verständigung und Übergabe hat gut geklappt. Ich würde das Apartment wieder mieten falls wir nochmal nach roqueta de Mar zum Urlaub machen kommen würden. Bis auf Kleinigkeiten war alles wunderbar. Roqueta war ok da wir Familie besucht haben und mit Ihnen Zeit verbringen konnten allerdings haben wir schon schönere Sachen gesehen. Wir haben uns ein Auto gemietet was ich auch empfehlen würde.

Superbe appartement, bien situé !!! Propriétaire disponible, excellent relationnel. L'équipement correspond à la description, idéal pour une famille. Le quartier est calme, la plage est à peine à 100m. Petit plus, un bord de mer de 14km idéal pour les balades et le running. Bref, location à choisir sans hésiter 😉

Fantastic location

This is a spacious apartment in a fantastic location. It is only a few steps to the beach and the port area with lots of bars and restaurants. Everything I needed was provided in the apartment. If you are going to Roquetas de Mar, then I recommend staying here!

vacances parfaites!

vacances parfaites dans un bel appartement propre, la description reflète bien la réalité! Proximité de la plage, des magasins... Le propriétaire est très sympa et de bons conseils, n'hésitez pas à lui poser des questions, il répondra avec plaisir. Oui je recommande cette location à un ami. J'y retournerai d'ailleurs moi-même!
