家はただの木製の床と自然石で高水準に改装されました。 3つのベッドルーム（ダブルサイズベッド1台+ツインベッド2台）、大きなシャワー付きのベッドルーム1室。 2番目のバスルームにはバスタブとシャワーがあります。

設備の整った大きなキッチン、木製の暖炉のあるリビングルーム、ダイニングルーム、2番目のリビング/テレビルーム。 1階にもう1つのトイレがあります。

素敵な屋外テラス（ソファ、ダイニングテーブル、椅子付）。 バーベキューと2台の駐車場に建てられています。

家は川の隣にあり、川岸に建てられた家があるデッキがあります。 道路は道を通っていないので車はありません。

湖と多くのサイクルパスから歩いてすぐの距離にあります。

Wonderful!

We loved Lake Bohinj and all the hiking nearby -- not to mention the lake. It was a beautiful, relaxed setting. The cottage was well appointed and comfortable, even in the midst of a heat wave. Highly recommended.

Beautiful house in a quiet area. All the family enjoyed our stay ( good wifi for the 3 teens) The house was in a good location within an easy walk to Lake Bohinj, tourist info and food shops. Very well equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms & the most comfortable beds & quality linen. We enjoyed the outdoor space for morning coffee & the platform by the riverwas a blissful quiet spot to read! .I would highly reccomend as it made a perfect base for exploring the area.

Peaceful, cozy home.

We enjoyed walking down the hill to Lake Bohinj and up the hill to Stara for the market. The 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms are plenty. The kitchen, dining room, living room and den are all fantastic. There is an outside patio for cooking and gathering as well as a beautiful deck across the small road at the river. Fantastic way to enjoy the Bohinj area.

This is a nice property in a very nice location. Lake Bohinj is pretty, has some excellent restaurants, bars, water sports facilities and... nature around it, and is not as touristry as Lake Bled (yet). The property is opposite a little stream which has a small constructed on its banks, a lovely place to read a book or have a drink... The inside is clean and modern and we can overall definitely recommend the property for a stay. If I wanted to improve something, some additional bins inside that align with the Slovenian recycling sytems would be good.

Beautiful home in fantastic position in Julian Alps

We stayed for six nights with another couple. Located very close to beautiful Lake Bohinji. The managers were very responsive and provided good support for easy access. The house is well appointed and beautifully presented. The house was quiet and the beds very comfortable. We had wonderful weather except for one day. We did some wonderful walks including Mt Vogel and have some gorgeous pictures for our memories. We also enjoyed some local yummy food.Hope to come back one day. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, ist gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die eine oder andere Gebrauchsspur hat uns nicht sonderlich gestört. Allein der Einstieg in die Badewannendusche ist etwas beschwerlich, da es sehr eng ist.Wir haben uns trotz des überwiegend regnerischen Wetters sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Haus ist längst nicht mehr so gut im Schuss wie auf den Bildern im Online-Inserat! Es riecht sehr modrig, überall innen und außen sind Spinnenweben, als wäre es schon Jahre nicht mehr bewohnt. Der Garten war so verwildert, dass man nicht einmal die Treppe zur Terrasse hinunter kam. Die Küchenschränke innen waren sehr eklig. Es klebte überall und roch unangenehm. In den Fugen in beiden Bädern war überall Schimmel.

Cute riverside hideaway

A short walk into town, beautiful small house with outdoor patio and a deck over the small river. The restaurant across the road was great too. Wonderful place.

Lovely

Really lovely home. It had everything that we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. The house is close to the lake which was stunning. Highly recommend staying here

Modernt och fräscht boende

Huset var fint men låg nere i en håla vilket gjorde att allting kändes fuktigt. Bra läge med gångavstånd till Bohinj sjön och intilliggande byn. Många restauranger på gångavstånd. Tyvärr luktade huset avlopp och det var väldigt oklart med sophantering. Inga instruktioner om vilka sopor som skulle sorteras var. Det hela gjodes svårades av att soporna från föregående hyresgäst låg osorterat. Kommer nog inte att bo där igen men skulle inte avråda någon från att bo där.

Tolles Haus in toller Lage.

Voll ausgestattetes, schön eingerichtetes Haus mit vielen zu Fuß erreichbaren Orten: Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Badestrände, Vermietungen von SUP, Kanus, Ruderbooten etc., kleiner Supermarkt mit Brötchen (Fahrrad oder Auto) und Wanderrouten. Perfekt.

Wonderful place to stay

Fabulous cottage by the river. 2excellent restaurants over the road. 10 mins walk to swimming in the lake. Get a Julian Alps card for a few days—really good value.

Mooi huisje met wat (kleine) aandachtspunten

Mooi gelegen huis, dichtbij klein maar leuk dorpje Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig maar de netheid kan beter: vuile vaat in de kasten, kamers boven waren niet netjes ( her en der nog pluizen en spinnewebben ) en de wc beneden is onbruikbaar door de verschrikkelijke stank. Er hangt wel een bordje in die wc maar dit is onaanvaardbaar voor een huurhuis van die prijs. Bij aankomst waren de drie vuilbakken propvol met vuil van de vorige en werd ons gevraagd deze te verplaatsen zodat ze konden geleegd worden. Na drie dagen was slechts 1 van de bakken geleegd en hebben we ze dan maar teruggezet en het agentschap verwittigd. Zelf moesten we onze afval wegbrengen naar het dorp gezien de vuilbakken vol zaten. Had beter gekund.

Enjoyable stay

We did enjoy the house, nicely decorated with everything you need. The little river was very cold but there is always something to explore there and sitting on the wooden veranda is just so relaxing, I could have done this for hours. Great that the Bohinji lake was so close, actually in walking distance, its such a beautiful panorama I couldnt get enough of. The communication with the agency was very easy, they responded immediately. The instructions should be updated, e.g. the way to the house, there is no pension Lipa anymore - something we found out from other reviews. Also, how to separate the trash could be easier to understand for the guests if there were sticker on the different bins what to put where. There are indeed no cars passing the house which is really nice - however, there is a street right up, a few metres from the terrace, with quite some traffic and quite some pedestrians walking there, where you can hear every word they say. When you read the advertisement you think that you are in a very quiet area, with birds singing only...it didnt bother us too much, however, one should stay with the truth when describing the place. All together, we recommend the house. The area and the country is just so beautiful, many things to explore and experience. Vogel is close, Ljubljana not far, we even went to Piran for a day.

Wunderbare Urlaubswoche inmitten unberührter Natur

Besonders das Bad im kleinen Fluß direkt vor der Haustür hat es uns angetan. Traumhaft! Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wir kommen wieder!

Ideally located holiday home

The property was very well furnished and presented. Clean with ample supply of toilet rolls! A well stocked kitchen enabled us to enjoy several evening meals outside. The property was very central to lots of local amenities including an excellent newly opened restaurant across the road where we ate on several occasions. A short 5-10 minute walk to the beautiful Lake Bohinj which is stunning and more shops and restaurants. Lots of walks and outdoor activities can be done from the doorstep. The only small issue we had was that the blinds on the velux windows in the master bedroom let in light first thing in the morning and the arrival directions weren’t correct as the guesthouse Penzion Lipa is no longer there. Would definitely recommend this property though to friends. We had a wonderful week.

Fantastic house in amazing location

This house is amazing and so stylish. Fabulous decor. Has everything you could possibly need and more. The location is perfect to walk to lake, bars, restaurants and gorge walks. Not far from Bled but much preferred this village and not at all touristy. So much to do within 10 mins walk or drive. Can’t rate house and location highly enough

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, für eine Woche war das unser schönes Zuhause.

Es ist ein schönes und praktisches Ferienhaus. Eine moderne Ausstattung harmoniert mit dem traditionellen Haus. Wenn der Vermieter selbst mal eine Woche dort verbringen würde, könnte man es weiter perfektionieren. Ein paar kleine Handtücher für die Küche und die Bäder wären gut, ein paar Kuchengabeln, ein Salzstreuer, Schnapsgläser für den Slivovka, Schneebesen...Ein bisschen mehr als das, was absolut nötig ist, das nennt man dann Luxus. Den hatten wir, als wir auf der schönen Terasse die Sonne genossen. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.
