I honestly dont know where to start with your comments...I will say the following though, The garden was not overgrown, a willow tree is meant to lean over the path apart from that it is maintained and was down so 3 days before your arrival. Cobwebs we try to keep on this but they come back within a day or two and the house was prepared 2 days before your arrival. there is a small amount of mould under one area of silicon in the shower but not "everywhere". Anyway I am sorry you were not happy and its a shame you didn't t alert us to anything when you arrived or during your stay as we would of course addressed anything on the spot, we heard nothing at all until your review which is a shame.

I must say I think its rather unfair, the house does not smell of sewage, once a week on a Wednesday as stated in the house the sewage from the entire street is pumped away and this can create a smell in the downstairs WC for about 1 hour or so and nothing can be done about that in such a rural location. The house is certainly not damp either, it might have rained when you were there and Bohinj can appear damp and humid until it warms up again. Trash - we cannot ask the municipality to empty our bins after each guests so yes you will need to add your trash to the previous renters trash in the right bins, all of which is explained within the house information pack, perhaps you did not read this. Anyway I feel that the 23 reviews before yours pretty much all giving it 5 stars says a lot. Sorry you were disappointed.
