A very pleasant property
The property has all the basic essentials required. Its location means that for an agile person, you are a 15/20 minute walk away from a lovely beach. The nearest beach appears to be man made - not the best one - take the walk to the water at your own peril - several large stone/rocks which you can't see.
Taxi's are available close by and will take you anywhere on the island at a reasonable price but if you are happy to catch a bus, head to the lighthouse, if you are a small party, it may work out cheaper.
The area and property are safe, quiet and clean. A man with fresh bread comes everyday and make use of the water delivery on Thursdays! It will save carrying water back from the supermarket.
There is a small supermarket 5 mins away but i would advise going to the larger one which has a larger and cheaper selection. Fish is outstanding and cheaper than chips!
The communal pool is excellent and caters for every age group.
If you don't mind a little walking and a fairly quiet evening, you will be very comfortable here although there's enough evening entertainment to keep most adults happy.
Oliver is an excellent host, my family and I were not disappointed staying here.
Great property and location
Lovely property and outside spaces with sun all day. I think the best location on the island.
Very short walk to Meloneras beach which has lovely restaurants, slightly longer walk to the larger Masplomas beach with more restaurants and shops and the dunes.

Very good apartment in quiet complex with nice pool
The apartment is well looked after and well supplied with every convenience.
Location is at the quiet end of the South, opposite the H10 Hotel. The beach, which is fronted by half a dozen restaurants (we recommend Ciao Ciao), is about 5 minutes walk away (downhill going, uphill coming back), but there is also a very nice pool area; although the bar/restaurant there has been closed down, this probably helps keep the area fairly quiet much of the time. About 20 minutes walk away is the Faro (Lighthouse) area, with many restaurants, shops and bars. Away from the beach, about 5-10 minutes walk, is a new, decent sized supermarket offering decently priced food and drink (the wine is especially well-priced). There is a small taxi rank about 200m away if you turn right outside the front gate.
The apartment itself is duplex, with a large open living area with kitchen (good size fridge freezer, oven, kettle, coffee machines, toaster, etc.) aircon, satellite TV, good wifi (although the signal gets lost upstairs, it's strong downstairs, including outside), a small utility room and a shower/toilet downstairs. There are also terraces front and back. The front terrace also has a small garden and has both a veranda and a tree giving shade. Upstairs are the master double room with a balcony (faces H10), another satellite TV a large cupboard area and safe, a room with twin beds and a bathroom. There is also aircon here.
Everything was in good shape and clean and there were nice touches like a large bottle of water in the fridge and wine, fruit & snacks on the side. There are even beachbags if you didn't bring one of your own. We also found our host, Oliver, very helpful; although thankfully nothing went wrong, we had his mobile number and he also uses Whatsapp and he lives close by.
Good place to stay for a relaxing and golf break.
We (a couple) stayed at the property few a week in December 2016.
We came to Gran Canaria to play golf and the property was well situated to play Meloneras* (5 mins away) and Anfi Tauro* (15 mins away). Both journeys by car.
The property is also well situated for the local restaurants – closest ones are 5 mins walk away and approx 15 mins walk from the main restaurants. The longer walk was along a pedestrian walk way by the sea and made for a nice sunset walk. We got taxis back and they cost 3 Euro.
The property itself had everything you’d expect and was a perfect size for a couple. Whilst the property is close to everything it’s also in a quiet part of town.
We hired a car for the week and there were plenty of park spaces right outside the property.
The owner was very helpful - met us on arrival to welcome us and answer any questions etc. We needed to contact the owner a couple of times during our stay and he was very quick to respond to questions.
*TripAdvisor reviews suggest these are the best two courses on the island to play and as a 5 and 15 handicapper we found them very enjoyable. Worth taking your camera along, there are some stunning views.
Glad we stayed here and would happily stay here again.

Excellent stay, clean and well maintained apartment.
Landlord waiting of us on arrival to show us around and settle us in. The apartment was clean and very well maintained. We had an excellent stay with a few things we did not expect. Plenty of towels including beach towels and bags. Kitchen had all amenities including Nespresso machine for a good wake up coffee in the mornings. Baker comes along ( to rear gate) every morning about 09.30 so fresh bread and croissants are available to enjoy.
Great Seaview from the upstairs balcony. With two terraces, one at the front one at the back you can always be either in the sun or out of it depending on your mood.
We had a great stay there, a couple with two teenage daughters.
The only minor thing was a lack of English language TV channels if you don't want just News. Oliver who owns the place took that onboard and is I think intending to fix that.
I would highly recomend the place, in a quiet area but just a fifteen minute walk to the centre or an E3 cab ride away. Cabs always on the rank just down the road (1 minute walk outside the H10).
