Fairway to Heaven is a newly furnished and decorated bungalow, ideally located at the beautiful 18 hole Key West Golf Club, masterfully designed by Rees Jones. Upon entering this quiet gated community, you will enter a paradise of lush, tropical foliage amid picturesque bungalows and townhouses. Relax at one of the two heated pools, or get a workout in the exercise room. When you enter our home, you enter a very special place on a very special island. Our master bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed with a private view of mangroves in the back. Our second bedroom has a futon bunk bed that opens up to sleep two, with doors that give you access to the screened in upper deck, allowing our guests a tranquil view of our cozy street. Our home sleeps up to six people, as the sleeper couch accommodates two more guests. The rear patio will allow you quiet relaxation after a busy day of water sports or shopping on Duval St. Watch the day slowly drift away, as you sit on the front porch with a good book and a cool tropical drink, Enjoy your stay at Fairway to Heaven. About Tom and Debbie Ferlicca
We have been in love with the Keys from our first trip, it is such a magical place to be in love. Tom and I have always loved meeting fantastic, interesting people, the wide variety of foods, music and the freedom of being outdoors. Like many other people you talk to, we came, fell in love with the island, and knew this is where we eventually wanted to live. Growing up in upstate NY you are shut in for several months due to extreme temperatures and as you guessed it, lots of snow. Key West will bring you outside, in the warmth and sun, so you can make new friends and just enjoy life completely.

Tom and I have been looking for the right place and dreamed of being part of KW for over 6 years (Maya Thomas our very patient realtor could confirm that) but we couldn't decide what would work out to a perfect fit for us. We love the music, food and surroundings of Duval Street but wanted our home to be a peaceful place to go back to at the end of the day. We love living in a small town and The Key West Golf Club community is like having a small town feel, with wonderful neighbors and friends with the ability to enjoy all the entertainment of KW within minutes. The backdrop at Fairway to Heaven offers us a private backyard setting of palm trees and mangroves to take a nap or just sit and read a book. Just taking in a workout at the fitness room or a walk at night is a peaceful and quiet, perfect way to end your evening. There are 2 pools both close by with lounge and picnic areas. Fairway to Heaven will offer you all the comforts of home with 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms, screened in balconies for outdoor relaxation, fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary equipment to eat in. The dining table is roomy enough for entertaining and the home offers TV's in all bedrooms and living room with Cable and Free Wi-Fi. Perfect location for your entire family to love. Fantastic location with 24hr security in a gated housing area just up the road from the hospital and college. Fairway to Heaven is in the Key West Golf Club,a fantastic place for bike riding and for taking quiet walks down winding streets. Close by are the beaches and excitement of Duval St. Our home will offer you all peace and quiet you need to have a restful relaxing KW vacation. Best time ever
My family of 4 stayed in Fairway to Heaven for one week in Febuary.
First of all, the property is beautiful and perfect for a couple or family. The owners have recently painted the walls in tasteful bright colors to create a tropical ambiance. The kitchen was spotless and well stocked with cookware, glasses, plates etc which all looked new. The appliances were clean and functioned well. It was so nice to start the dishwasher up before bed and have clean dishes in the morning. We ate many of our lunches and breakfasts at home, then went out for dinner at one of the local eateries. During the vacation we were able to wash clothes almost everyday, so when we returned home most of our clothes were clean and we were not faced with the usual heap of laundry after a weeks vacation. The master bedroom has a very comfortable bed and everything was spotlessly clean. The owners provide an ironing board and iron which we didn't use. Our favorite feature of the home was a small screened-in patio off of the kids room, which overlooks the street but is private at the same time, because of lush greenery/palm trees just outside. This was a sunny spot to spend mornings quietly reading a book. The kids slept on the bunk bed. My older daughter slept on the bottom full sized bed while my younger, 12 year old slept on the top twin. They loved talking together at night while they watched tv in their room. The home also has wi-fi which works well and 3 TVs-one in the living room, the master bedroom and the kids room. While at Key West we rented bikes and enjoyed riding around the lovely neighborhood. We also rode to Fort Zachary Taylor beach one day which is about 5.5 miles each way. My kids loved the pool which was heated to a comfortable temperature and never crowded. There is also a workout room on the property but we didn't use that. The neighborhood itself is beautiful and quaint with pastel colored townhouses, bungalows and lush greenery throughout. It is very quiet, including at night.
I would highly recommend this well kept up, spotless,lovely property! We'll be back again.

Enjoy your peaceful, quiet, and serene surroundings, while only a few miles away you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of Duval St, the beautiful beach at Fort Zachary Taylor, and the numerous water sports and fishing charters available for your enjoyment. Last but not least, you will staying on the grounds of the Key West Golf Club, the only course in the Caribbean. It's 18 hole, 6,500 yard tropical course, encompassing over 200 areas of beautiful foliage and wildlife
