It is a beautiful summer house. You need 5 minutes to reach the beach with a car. The house has 1.000m garden including a 200 s.m. lawn. There is a beautiful view of the mountain. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. The house is children and pet friendly. There are verandas arround the house. Also there are pine trees, orange trees and lemon tress. There is a shower outside the house, in the yard. For the children there is a basketball net.

Καταλυμα που συνδιαζει ηλιο και δροσια σε ολες τις ωρες της ημερας αναλογα με την προτιμηση του καθενος, Κηπος με ολες τις καλοκαιρινες μυρωδιες και ιδιατερα ασφαλης για κατοικιδιο. Ευγενεστατη οικοδεσποινα. Μου ξυπνησε παιδικες μνημες το ολο σκηνικο.. Και του χρονου εκει με αγαπη!!!

Le minimum nécessaire au prix le plus raisonnable du coin

Nea Makri est devenue excessivement chère. Et hélas le repaire de nombreux margoulins franchement malhonnêtes sur les prestations réelles de leurs propriétés (intermédiaires peu scrupuleux). Heureusement quelques propriétaires restent raisonnables dans leurs prétentions tarifaires. C'est le cas de la demeure de Dimitra. Certes pas la plus flamboyante (quoi que le jardin à l'arrière soit un vrai havre de paix). C'est plus du "particulierAparticulier" que du Homelidays. La déco est disons le ...très d'époque... La propreté pas toujours la . Mais à ce prix les exigences sont autres. Le coin est assez calme (peu de chiens bruyants ce qui est un exploit en Grèce). Le centre ville et la plage sont proches. Dimitra est une personne extrêmement accueillante et prévenante. merci pour ce séjour.

Real Greece as it should be

The house was very Greek and homely, just as the pictures show, very nice gardens with lemon and orange trees, that we were invited to make use of, plenty of shade or sun on large terraces, the house is in a very quite area . Would have liked to stay longer than our 2 weeks if we come back to this area will come and stay here. Dimitra was a perfect host, helpful and available if needed, but not intrusive.
