Situado en un callejón sin salida, la casa acaba en obras realizadas en relación con el lugar. Bordeado por una terraza parcialmente protegida de más de 40 metros cuadrados con salón y mesa con 8 asientos, la villa ofrece vistas únicas al mar. En el otro lado de la propiedad, el jardín es un verde de 1300m2. Se compone de una piscina (9x4m), cocina al aire libre (fregadero y barbacoa), camas al aire libre, pérgola con salón ...

Property was large. Bedding ie mattress and pillows were of poor quality. The direct beach was rocky and non existent at high tide. There were cockroaches. Wifi barely made it to the second and third bedrooms. The owner accusing us of breaking a secondary fridge that was in the garage area that we never used. A car is an absolute necessity.

It was perfect and we would come again. It was clean and Norman, who looked after the house, was very nice and always available and helpful. The motorway runs directly behind the house, but that didn't bother us. An all-round successful holiday

Amazing property!

My husband and our two teens had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. It was spotless and well taken care of. The view from the front is breathtaking, and we especially enjoyed the pool. There are lots of dining options close, as well as groceries. The caretaker was very flexible and responsive. We’d love to come back!

Great wee spot

This property is excellent. The outside areas are very well kept and the garden is very large. My family enjoyed playing football and many other games available at the property. The sea views are spectacular, we enjoyed many breakfasts at the front of the villa. We enjoyed dinner at a beach front restaurant just 15 minutes walk away. The owner was kind enough to let us stay on in the villa on our last day as our flight was a late one. We were here for a week to attend a family wedding and this property was perfect.

Excellent Stay

The villa is in a great location overlooking the sea. However access for people with mobility difficulties is a problem. The steps are very steep and narrow.

Spacious villa

Great spacious villa with all facilities. Had many great evenings using the outdoor area and bbq. Recommend having a car to get about as little available locally.

The property was very authentic, with a charming touch of modernity. The views and location are simply ideal! The pool is magnificent, and the setting is perfect—peaceful and tranquil, yet just a short drive from top tourist destinations.The host was incredibly accommodating, with staff available whenever we needed assistance. Truly the best experience I’ve had with a host. Enjoying morning coffee while overlooking the Mediterranean Sea felt like a dream!There were a few minor drawbacks—not deal-breakers, but worth noting. The décor and accommodations were not as luxurious or modern as we’re used to for the price. The Wi-Fi was almost non-existent (though we appreciated the digital detox), so make sure to have a strong mobile plan. We also had an issue with insects, requiring frequent use of bug spray and traps (which the host kindly provided). Still, it wasn’t ideal to wake up to a number of dead insects each day.All in all, I truly enjoyed the calm and serene atmosphere of the property and will carry wonderful memories of my stay!

A top villa stay

Wonderful stay in a very comfortable spacious clean villa. Fantastic outdoor space with a lovely large pool, garden and covered seating area. The terrace at the front of the house was our favourite breakfast area with the sea view. The beach is only a few yards from the house as well as the coastal path for walks. We would not hesitate to return, hopefully sooner than later.

Wonderful stay in this lovely house.

A great place to spend two weeks to just relax and get away. There is a walking path along the sea for as many miles as you want to log. A short drive to the wonderful town of Estepona with restaurants, shops, and everything you need. Coffee and croissants every morning in a beautiful little plaza next to the Plaza de Flores was a special treat.

Noise road

The villa is perfect! Good swimming pool. But at the rear of the villa is a four-lane motorway. This continuously makes a lot of noise. That is a great pity.

Lovely home

Our family had a beautiful vacation in this home overlooking the Mediterranean. We took some day trips to some of Spains great historic cities. We took morning walks by the beach which were special. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics and plus some. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms, Immaculate, and modern. This is a gem of a place for family vacation.

Beautiful

Lovely house and gardens with a fantastic location! Franck the owner is very helpful and accommodating to any requests and the property manager Norman goes above and beyond to assist with anything!! The villa is equipped with everything you need for a fab stay! :)

An experience in Spain

An excellent price and property. We rented in the off season which was still much warmer than home. The property was as advertised and central to the Costa del Sol. It provided a base to explore Spain as well as Morocco, Portugal and Gibraltar.

Great stay in a beautiful house

We enjoyed our stay in Francks house, amenities are very good and the view over the sea is just incredible. We spent a month with kids and grandparents. BBQ worked well, enough space on the yard to play, and front terrace for sunny breakfast moments. The layout of the house is is not that obvious from the pics, the narrow model provides a view to both directions from the kithen and living room which was also a great feature. Direct access to the beach from the back yard, a bit of a challenge because of the steps and narrow spot with pram or with a bike but can be done. The proximity of A7 is obvious but anyone who has used to city sounds wont get bothered about it. Overall a great stay and gorgeous house! about it.

Simply wonderful

My wife two daughters and I have a had a wonderful time in this lovely villa Thankyou, the facilities are fantastic and everything you could need is close by. I would recommend anyone staying to hire a car. Norman the agent was fantastic, answered any queries immediately and was very caring. Thankyou for facilitating a great holiday.

Relaxing break in a lovely clean villa

The villa was wonderful with everything you need for a relaxing break. A real home from home and spotlessly clean. I fully recommend getting up early enough to see the sunrise over the mountains across the bay. Norman and his family were really helpful and showed us how everything worked. The pool was fabulous and got the sun all day which made it a great temperature to jump into all day long. Franck the owners was great to communicate with and if you are looking for your next villa this is the one.

A beautiful Andalusian villa with stylish interiors and superb pool and sea views from the terrace

The property is located on a beautiful stretch of coast and has splendid sea views from the terrace and a stunning pool with landscapes gardens to the rear. Inside it is spacious, light and stylishly decorated with two high spec bathrooms and a contemporary designer kitchen. We had a wonderful week here in June, well looked after by Norman who ensured our stay was completely stress free. Just seconds from the beach and only a short stroll to a couple of excellent Chiringuitos. We’d love to come back and wood highly recommend.

Beautiful Villa

Villa was fantastic, has everything you need, extremely clean. Pool great with lovely views at the front facing the sea. Road at rear noisy but didn’t affect us. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the late check in of 6pm and early checkout of 10am. Norman very helpful with the issues we had. Would visit again. Thankyou

Winter at Buenas Noches Beach

We are a retired Canadian couple who just spent an amazing winter at Casa Buenas Noches. The property is spacious and well equipped with beautiful views of the Mederteran sea. We spent many hours watching the sunrise with our morning coffee. It is a peaceful location with access to the beach. In walking distance to a couple of great restaurants. Less than an hours walk to Sabinillas. Frank and Norman we very helpful. They were quick to deal with any issues. We are missing our stay already and look forward to our visit next year.

Super oceanview but busy road very close

The house is clean and nicely decorated. Communication with owner and caretaker also good. However the 4 lane A7 national road is directly bordered next to the garden and pool, the terrace and bbq place. For us, the extreme noise from trucks and motors spoiled the attempts to relax at the pool and our bbq dinner. We left therefor 3 days early. Franck was ok with that and returned the payment for the missing days. If you however don’t mind the noise, the place is perfect.

Absolutely outstanding

We went as two couples. The villa has three bedrooms, the two double bedrooms being at either end with their own bathrooms, so worked perfectly for us. The villa is beautiful, in a private location at the end of a cul-de-sac. It's spacious, has a fantastic swimming pool and outside area. Great views of the sea and easy access to the local beach. We cannot recommend highly enough. One small thing to mention, it does have some steep steps going up to the villa so may be a challenge to anyone with limited mobility. (maybe like climbing a set of stairs at home)

Family summer get together

We had a really wonderful stay at the villa. It was well apoointed and the layout suited an adult family very well with separate bedroom zones at either end of the main living space. The various outside seating areas were wonderful to take in the sun and shade of summer days and evenings The villa is next to a very busy road and when we arrived it seemed quite noisey. As we settled in the beauty of the sea views to the front and the comfort level of the pool area at the rear near the road meant we forgot all about it. Evening walks via the gate from the property to the beach promenade were an utter joy as the sun set. We enjoyed a final meal on the last night at a nearby restaurant about 15 minutes walk along the coastal path. Estepona is lovely and a 15 minute taxi ride. We had some lovely evening meals and shopping there simply soaking up the summer vibe. A day trip to nearly Gibraltar was interesting and just a 40 minute car ride. We had a fabulous time at this wonderful villa and would definitely recommend

Celebrating special birthday with close friend's

The villa was amazing Very clean ,it has everything need making it a home from home. The outside area, with the built in BBQ and amazing seated area was where we spent the majority of our time. You can sit outside at the front of the villa with a cuppa watching the sunrise over the sea and then spend all afternoon and early evening by the pool at the rear of the property. Luckily we decided to rent a car.... without this we would have been a bit stuck !! The villa is located on the sea side of the very busy A7 a dual carriageway with very few pedestrian crossing places therefore just to get to the nearest supermarket which was on the other side of the road we had to take the car. The ports of Estepona and Peurto Banus are only 20-30 mins up the road and well worth a visit. Norman the villa manager was brilliant. He allowed us to access the villa before the stated 6.0pm. He met us on arrival showing us round and was at the end of the phone if needed. A point to note was that the steps at the front of the villa are very steep and would be a problem with anyone that had mobility issues. Overall a lovely villa at a reasonable price to rent. I would definitely recommend and would be happy to rent again. Tracey & friends
