entire floor all exterior bright and reformed in the neighborhood of Miramar, Santa Cruz de Tenerife. very quiet and well connected area, balcony with great views of the city and the sea. Full equipped. Ideal for families with children.
It is a unique and original house. It is a third floor without elevator in a suburb of Santa Cruz. The neighborhood has no parking problems. Directly opposite is a small supermarket open every day

Gemütliche Wohnung mit wunderschönem Ausblick

Netter unkomplizierter Kontakt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, ruhig und mit allem was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr günstig, man ist schnell in der Stadt aber auch die anderen Teile der Insel sind von hier aus gut zu erreichen. War schon zum 3. Mal hier und bin jedes Mal sehr zufrieden.

charming, well located, fantastic view and perfect host

The flat is charming and clean, the view from the balcony over the city and the sea (sunrise) is fantastic. It is well located if you want to travel the island by public bus (which is very attractive for hiking), even the north and the south side of Tenerife and also exploring the towns of the island. Across the house is a little supermarket, also it's not far to the center of Santa Cruz with it's shops, pedestrian zone and museums. Communication with Maite was very easy and fast from beginning, Veronica, Maite's sister who gave me the keys and showed me the flat, was very pleasant and careful. I got fresh ham, cheese, milk, juice and water for welcome. Food as noodles, coffee, tea, spices, etc. are also in the kitchen. I enjoyed the stay very much and hope i come again. Thank you Maite and Veronica.
