This apartment is in a perfect location, within walking distance of many local attractions. If you visit during the winter, please note that the radiant heating and space heaters take some time to warm the unit. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Best Vacation

Our little unit was so cute. This was a trip for my daughter’s HS graduation and I’ve never seen her so happy. You do have to climb up a flight upstairs to the 4th floor, but every step is worth it. The unit is small but the size was just perfect for the two of us, The location with the market outside until 5 PM and the restaurants right after couldn’t be better. We got up early and walked everywhere, took afternoon naps and walked in the evenings again, thereby avoiding the afternoon heat. The host Agnese was a joy to work with and available for us. There is a lot of stuff in the apartment but we just moved things around for our stuff and put them back before we left, not a huge deal. The unit has AC units that cool so well but loved opening the windows to the sounds of birds. The rooftop is pretty cool too although we were too busy enjoying the City we didn’t really spend much time there. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Aprtment in a Great Location

It’s hard to summarise just how great this apartment is.Agnese’s welcome was such a great start, she knew so much which helped us throughout our stay: food, art, shopping, recipes books!She also arranged a driver to and from the airport, which I would highly recommend.Yes there are a lot of steps: and it’s not suitable if you will struggle with that, but the apartment has every convenience for comfort, cooking, laundry, and anything you might need, with a rooftop terrace giving spectacular sunset views.The location is perfect to walk to anywhere in the historic centre within 30 minutes at most.We are on Agnese’s recommendation in Trastevere and also more locally, again, highly worth taking her advice.We will most definitely be back.

Great Stay in Heart of Rome

I was able to book this apartment on short notice. Agnese was very friendly and communicative. She gave very good recommendations for nearby restaurants. The place is cozy, on the top floor of an old building, so be ready for lots of stairs. The location is fantastic. I would happily stay again.

Could be better

First of all, the main benefit of this apartment might be the location right in the city center of Rome. All important attractions are near by so that you can walk there. Unfortunately the apartment itself has some issues, some are as they are, some are self made. It is on 4th floor of an ancient building with very high ceilings and no elevator - very exhausting and inconvenient and I think a potential guest needs to be aware of.Further the appartment is rather chaotic and in some instance disgusting. Cleansing material everywhere as to an extend no one can ever use, no room to place any stuff. The kitchen is nearly not useable as there is stuff no one needs really everywhere. You cannot open the dish washer as it gets stuck by a rack and an ironing board. The worst thing were a whole bunch of old and used slippers in big organizers hanging on the bathroom door and in the living room. I mean what for? No one will wear old and dirty shoes of former guests.Also overall cleanliness could be better.So our conclusion is that the apartment needs a complete clearance of all the junk in it and a more efficient space planning. By the way, we also doubt the in the description given 60 sqm

Wir haben unsere Woche in Rom und diesem wunderbaren Appartement sehr genossen. Es liegt in einer winzigen Gasse. Alles was in der Beschreibung angepriesen wird, ist vorhanden. Sehr schön ist auch die Dachterasse.

Highly Recommended

Cozy, quiet and clean apartment located in a close proximity to all main attractions. Has a large queen size bed in the bedroom and a pullout sofa in the leaving room. Access to a large rooftop private patio with a view is a big plus. Manager was professional and met all our expectations. Had a really enjoyable stay.

A few lovely days in Rome

We LOVED our stay at this lovely apartment! It was in a great location, and walkable to so much of historic Rome. It’s on the fourth floor, so quite a walk up, but worth it for the ambience! The host was very flexible for checkin when our flights were delayed, and they provided good recommendations for local dinner spots.I would 100% stay there again!

Lovely apartment

We couldn't be happier. This is a lively apartment in the heart of Rome. We were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to see. We used the rooftop patio on our last night to enjoy the susurroundings. .wit.bcharcuterie and wine.

Merveilleux séjour à Rome

Le logement est trĂšs agrĂ©able, bien Ă©quipĂ©, nous y avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillis. La climatisation Ă©tait apprĂ©ciĂ©e par ces tempĂ©ratures d’étĂ©. La terrasse est incroyable pour le petit-dĂ©jeuner ou une soirĂ©e avec Rome Ă  nos pieds, vraiment inoubliable !
