Excellent pre-stay communication, great welcome & orientation from Alexandra. The villa was beautiful, clean & equipped with everything you needed. We had a very comfortable stay & enjoyed the fantastic hospitality & food at Loggia taverna.

Wonderful villa in a quiet friendly town

Very clean and convenient in a town very close to interesting ruins and pretty beaches. Loved the visit, and our host was very helpful.

Beautifully designed, located and enjoyable accommodation

The accommodation had everything we could wish for. The equipment was grandiose, the furnishings completely met our taste and were very modern. The accommodation was very clean and everyone with whom we were in contact was extremely friendly and helpful. If we were to come back to the area, we would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Amazing stay in Crete

The amazing house in beautiful Kamilari even exceeded our expectations. The location and the view is just fantastic, the house is very modern and chic, everything works properly and with the pool it is just the perfect combo. Our host took perfectly care of us and was always adressable and helpful. It's a clear 10/10. We would love to come back anytime.

Very nice, lovely and romantic place. Wonderful and idyllic neighboorhoud. Great stay!

Villa Maria is wonderfully located with astonishing views of the mountains and the sea. The sunsets are truly mesmerizing. Great house with all necessary amenities. Very clean, beautifully decorated and a nice refreshing pool. The surrounding area is very quiet which was something we really appreciated. The town of Kamilari is idyllic. Great if you want to try truly local Cretan cuisine. Our host Alexandra runs the restaurant Loggia and we can highly recommend it. Villa Maria is ideally located with the beach of Kalimaki and the towns of Matala and Agia Galini all close by. In short, highly recommended place for discovering this part of Crete.

Perfect villa in beautiful Kamilari

This villa is a loved home and it shows - from the moment we arrived we felt at home. It is equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. The pool is bijoux but just what you need to cool off and the air con does the trick when the temperatures hit the 30s. Stunning roof terrace and views to die for over hills and olive trees with the sea sparkling in the distance. Kamilari town is unspoilt with many tavernas to choose from (Loggia and Acropolis were super) and winding streets around the church and square. Beaches nearby at Matala, Komos and Agia Galini and Kokkinos Pyrgos - all different but all worth checking out for that clear blue sea!

Doesn't get any better.

High design: white with wood accents. Very private. Super clean. Amazing view. Kitchen was fully equipped. AC worked great and was very quiet. Operating the TV, though, was over my pay grade. Alexandra, our hostess, was terrific. Getting around the village is complicated. Waze and Google maps both failed me due to construction road closures.

Die Finca hat eine wunderschöne Lage. Tolle Aussicht auf das Meer und die Berge. Kamilari ist ein gemütliches Bergdorf ohne Massentourismus.Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war top und Vorort war es auch mit Alexandra top.Auch die Poolboy waren mega nett.Wir empfehlen die Finca zu 100% weiter. Vielleicht kommen wir auch mal wieder. :)

Wij reisden met vier volwassenen en de prachtige Villa Maria was perfect voor ons reisgezelschap. Twee tweepersoons slaapkamers met eigen aangrenzende douche, ruime keuken/living en prachtige buitenruimte met ruim en schoon zwembad met vier heerlijke ligbedden. Het huis is voorzien van alles wat men nodig heeft waaronder ruim voldoende servies. Bij aankomst zijn wij wat aan het dwalen gekomen (wat geheel onze eigen schuld was omdat wij de borden voor de villa hebben gemist), maar gelukkig was Alexandra snel ter plaatse om ons te “redden”. De eerste keer rijden naar het huis is even wennen (vooral wanneer je uit een erg plat land komt), maar de weggetjes zijn goed onderhouden en het went snel om er te rijden. Zoek de borden voor Villa Maria en volg deze, dat is de beste en makkelijkste route naar het huis.Myriam, de eigenaresse, was heel goed bereikbaar en reageerde snel op alle vragen vooraf en na onze eerste dagen in het huis kwam er een berichtje van haar hoe het huis beviel en of alles goed was, dit vonden wij zeer attent.Alexandra was onze contactpersoon ter plaatse en zij is erg aardig en reageert heel snel op eventuele vragen. Zij heeft met haar man een restaurant in het dorp waar je goed kunt eten. Er zijn meerdere goede restaurants op loopafstand, maar houd er rekening mee dat alles heuvelachtig is om te lopen. Wij zouden een huurauto (of scooter) aanraden bij deze woning, maar wat ons betreft: niet twijfelen, gewoon boeken!

Die Villa liegt sehr idyllisch, der Ausblick mit dem Bergpanorama und dem Meer ist atemberaubend. Der Pool ist sauber und wird regelmäßig gepflegt. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist sehr umfangreich und hochwertig, es mangelt an nichts. Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Kommunikation vor Ort klappt hervorragend, es waren keine Fragen offen!

Lovely Villa. Really clean and well equipped with lovely views form the terrace. Alexandra was really helpful. The village has narrow roads and some need care, but nothing to worry about.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der gesamten Unterkunft.Die Beschreibung ist sehr gut und entspricht den Tatsachen. Meerblick, Bergblick. Aber vor allem totale Ruhe. Im Haus ist einfach alles was man braucht. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig durch einen sehr netten Herren gepflegt. Das man natürlich mal selbst das durch den Wind in den Pool gelandete Blattgut usw. entfernt, ist meiner Meinung nach eine Selbstverständlichkeit. Die Kommunikation mit der Ansprechperson vor Ort lief perfekt. Alles in allem kann man das nur weiter empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft hält, was sie verspricht. Angefangen bei der tollen Kommunikation mit Myriam, über den tollen Empfang von Alexandra Boston zur Abreise war alles perfekt. Die Villa war in einem top Zustand, sehr sauber und hat einen gepflegten Garten. Ich hatte Sorge, dass dort viele Tierchen leben könnten, da die Villa in der Natur gelegen ist. Jedoch hatten wir nicht einmal einen ungebetenen Gast, außer Ameisen. Das ist aber kein Problem der Villa, sondern der Insel selbst. Alexandra war für uns 24/7 erreichbar und hat uns wertvolle Tipps an die Hand gegeben. Es wurde in 12 Tagen sogar eine Zwischenreinigung gemacht und der Pool wurde 2x frisch gemacht. Der Pool war super temperiert und das Außenmobiliar war in einem sehr guten Zustand. Ingesamt ist die Villa mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen, es gibt eigentlich alles was man benötigt. Sogar eine elektrische Saftpresse.Die Betten waren sauber, nett hergerichtet und bequem. Die Klimaanlage lief einwandfrei und falls es doch kleine Komplikationen gab, hat Alexandra sich sofort gekümmert. So gab es für uns sogar ein Kinderbett und Kinderstuhl auf Nachfrage ohne Aufpreis. Der Ort hat viele steile Straßen. Hat man diesen aber erreicht erwarten einen viele tolle Tavernen mit noch tolleren Ausblicken - ein Auto ist also absolut zu empfehlen. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind einfach magisch. Wir hatten einfach einen rundherum perfekten Urlaub dort und haben bereits für nächstes Jahr gebucht.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt im Süden Kretas

Es war alles vorhanden, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt brauchten. Das Haus ist purisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung war absolut ausreichend. Einmal in der Woche wurde eine Zwischenreinigung durch Alexandra angeboten, die uns auch sonst bei Bedarf schnell behiflich war. Der Pool wurde 3 mal in 9 Tagen durch Thomas gereinigt.Es hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen.

Place to be

Das Haus ist ein Traum, toll gelegen, super Blick und absolut ruhig. Das Haus lässt wirklich keinen Wunsch offen, ist toll ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz. Die Übergabe war unkompliziert, ein kleines technisches Problem wurde sofort behoben. Jederzeit wieder. Danke Alexandra für den tollen Service.

Traumblick

Ein kleines aber sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Traumhafter Blick auf Berge und Meer. Wir waren im April da und froh, dass wir dicke Pullover dabei hatten ( es gibt keine richtige Heizung). Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Bäder sind minimalistisch aber stylisch. Super nette Betreuung vor Ort, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten eine herrliche Zeit in dem sehr geschmackvollen Haus, was sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Der Außenbereich ist großzügig und verleitet zum stundenlangen Verweilen. Die Lage ist ein Traum, ruhig, unverstellter Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Komfortable Villa mit grandioser Aussicht

Eine ruhig gelegene Villa in Kamilari. Ein gepflegter Pool mit einer tollen Aussicht auf die Berge und das Meer. Komfortable Betten, man schläft sehr ruhig. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt.
