El lujoso condominio Bayview ofrece una cómoda y espaciosa casa en el ático que lo mantiene por encima del ajetreo del paseo marítimo y ofrece vistas panorámicas de la bahía desde la cubierta sombreada de 33 pies. Esta gran casa de playa es ideal para familias o parejas y se encuentra en un entorno de vecindario amigable. Somos una familia de los Estados Unidos y en ningún momento estaríamos solicitando pagos a ningún otro país.

¡Las características de diseño de la sala abierta le permiten disfrutar de la vista ya sea cocinando, cenando o mientras se pone al día con familiares y amigos! Cada habitación tiene un baño privado con azulejos para máxima privacidad. En general, se proporcionan 1 espacio de estacionamiento en el garaje y 1 espacio en la superficie para un automóvil más pequeño. Hay un área de patio común con césped disponible, también aproximadamente 12x25. La lavadora y la secadora están convenientemente ubicadas en suite. La chimenea del salón es de leña. Se proporciona una cocina totalmente equipada, así como ropa de cama y toallas.

This was the perfect place to stay for my family of 8 (6 adults and two grandchildren). Three bedrooms and each room had their own bathroom. Right on the bay with a beautiful view. Perfect for seeing Sea World fireworks at night. The place is well equipped and has everything you need for the beach— bikes, paddle boards, chairs, towels, etc. It was such a wonderful staycation in San Diego!

Great Spot

We had a family getaway to beat the sun, and couldn't asked for a great location to stay in. Very convenient location away from the chaos of the area and very family friendly. Thanks for being a great host Richard!

Great vacation home

Took the kids and the grandparents for a long weekend. The home had everything we needed and more. Each room had everything we could ask for. The kitchen was stocked I was able to make us breakfast every morning had our coffee enjoying the sunrise.

This is the perfect location if you want access to both the ocean side beach and Bayside beach. You can also watch the Sea World fireworks comfortably from the patio. The host is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns and quickly helps to resolve any issues. The neighbors who live downstairs are very nice and helpf5as well. This unit is very well stocked and the bed were very comfortable. We definitely want to come back.

Getaway Bliss

As a lifelong Sand Diegan, this was our first true staycation. A trip to the bay is a fifteen minute drive from home, so why rent a beach house? You gotta stay at this beach house is why! So convenient! Private parking, beach toys and bikes galore, bathrooms and spacious kitchen steps from the water, and clean comfortable beds after a refreshing shower! Normally we would have to fly to Mexico or Hawaii for this type of resort quality of a stay. We can't wait to stay again!

Ideal Location

If this is your first time to visit San Diego with your family the location of this property is ideal. Your family will experience two environments. The actual property is situated on the relaxing bay with calm waters and peaceful setting. Literally, you can walk to the Oceanside beach for the more active environment. Our children loved the opportunity to experience both “worlds!”

We will rent this property again, for sure the next time in San Diego area!Perfect location to the bay and beach and the beach and property amenities provided by the property were awesome! Very clean! We also used the fire place a few nights during the stay.We used the bikes, paddle boards, canopy, beach chairs, etc. that came with the rental. We loved the morning walks on the bay side and afternoon walks on the beach side. The property amenities were the best thus far of all Vrbo properties we have used. Great layout and awesome kitchenware and cooking equipment. We used both the gas and charcoal grills. Very clean!Communications with the property owner Jane, and property manager Richard, were excellent before, during and after the stay! Richard greeted us and showed us around the property and the garage with the beach equipment. Very personal welcome!Keep up the great rental Jane and Richard!

Great location. Great having washer and dryer in house. Large kitchen. Had to park our large truck in public parking. Garage full stocked with beach equipment - paddle boards, kayaks, bicycles, etc.

Family vacation

We stayed with our 2 teens for 10 days. It was a great location- quiet on the bayside but just a couple of minutes to the busier beach side. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed- the bikes and paddle boards were great to have! The views of the bay were amazing and we could see the sea world fireworks on the weekend nights! The unit is a little older and dated but the location and amenities more than made up for it.

A Wonderful Vacation

We spent 12 days in this unit. It takes up the entire top floor of a 2-story free-standing house. Below on the ground floor are 3 other units. The place is very well equipped, comfortable, spacious with a wonderful large kitchen that has everything you need. The 3 bedrooms are large and each has its own bathroom. It’s a great layout. The unit is directly on the Bay and we often had a grilled dinner on the porch overlooking the water. The Bay Area is much more quiet than the ocean side. But if you’re looking for action the ocean side is only 3 blocks away. The unit included use of the garage, 5 bikes, 3 paddle boards, beach toys and beach chairs. We had everything we needed!! It’s in a great location. We biked to the beach, restaurants and Belmont Park. There were only a few negatives: 1) the floor could’ve been cleaner when we arrived; 2) you do hear the airplanes but we gradually blocked them out; 3) one of the tenants below us regularly left around 5am in the morning, waking me and my husband up in the master bedroom since the driveway was right by the MB windows. Nonetheless it was a fabulous, relaxing vacation. I recommend staying here!

Spacious apartment on the bay

We enjoyed our week here. Very spacious and a bathroom for each bedroom is so nice! We were so glad to be on the bay side which is so much more peaceful than the beach side. But it was great to be so close to the beach for boogie boarding. We loved having bikes, paddle boards, bocce ball, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. to use! Being able to park in the garage was nice too. The seating in the living room wasn’t the most comfortable besides the recliner and of course there is a lot of airplane noise (which is true anywhere in the area) but otherwise a really nice stay. Great communication with the manager. Thank you!

The Perfect Cove Getaway!

If you're looking for a vacation stay that has it all, this is the place! Beautiful bedrooms with their own bathrooms attached, an open and spacious kitchen/living space, gorgeous bay views, and in the perfect location on the quiet side of the peninsula! Very quiet, relaxing, and the amenities are fabulous. During the day you can borrow bikes and paddleboards to explore the quiet bay, or venture out onto the exciting boardwalk, and in the evening enjoy the views from the second-floor patio! The hosts were communicative and friendly, and the house was completely spotless when we arrived. Check-in was a breeze. My group and I had a wonderful time, and we suggest this spot to anyone looking for the perfect, quiet Mission Beach spot!

Great vacation at the bay!

Love this place. The view is spectacular, the home perfect for our family. Everyone loved staying here. Can't wait to come back. Had everything we needed for our stay. Our son loved the paddle board, his kids loved watching him use it. The beach and board walk kid friendly. Quiet, peaceful and the ocean steps away.Thanks for a great week.

Well we didnt buy a vacation rental in South Mission Beach, it's our home! We looked up and down the coast from Oceanside to Imperial Beach and just fell in love with the neighborhood atmosphere of South Mission Beach. Those who live and vacation here are long time 'residents'. Our location is secluded because the beach is only occupied by residents and tenants. Just the right mix of access and isolation. You will love it.
