A comfortable place to stay.
We were very comfortable during our short stay in Dunnungton. The accommodation was in a great position for exploring York and the surrounding area. We found it very easy and convienient to use the local bus to visit York. I would be happy to stay here in the future.
Thanks to Jean & George (Meg),
overall excellent hosts and property. Close to bus and amenities. Highly recommended.
Our first visit but won't be our last!
A warm and welcoming check-in from Jean, George and Meg. The Annexe is beautifully appointed, set in a lovely garden setting and has everything you need; the fruit, milk, tea, coffee and wine was a lovely and unexpected touch. Dunnington is a friendly little place. Plenty of interesting walks from the door if you bring your four-legged friend - Belle, our black Labrador loved it. Good food and a cracking pint at the Cross Keys. Highly recommended!
Excellent stay at Dunnington
Our hosts, Jean & George, made us welcome to their spotlessly clean, comfortable accommodation. An unexpected touch was a large bowl of fruit and bottle of wine. The only small concern was that the internet was sometimes unreliable but Jean reassured us that they are trying to address this issue.
Charming, peaceful, well equipped holiday let in a quiet rural location.
We stayed for a week over Christmas, visiting family nearby. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was warm and cosy and extremely well equipped. It was very quiet, with a rural view from the garden. Will definitely stay here again.
