Best. Trip. Ever.

  • 5 of 5

What an amazing place to stay and vacation. The home was perfect for our family and not only is it in a beautiful place but the home itself was amazing. We took some time to drive over to Jackson Hole, which wasn't a long drive at all, and see some of the historic touristy things. It was awesome to be right on the golf course and play a few holes as well. We will definitely be returning to this home to have another vacation in beautiful Victor, Idaho. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Outstanding Home in the Tetons

  • 5 of 5

Outstanding home. Close to Jackson Hole as well as Grand Targhee.

The home was very clean, well stocked and everything worked. So many beautiful, large bedrooms; several with baths. Large Master bedroom, family room as well as big screen TV room.

Our family plans on renting this property next summer as well.

We have rented cabins in Island Park and Jackson Hole. This was by far the best.

Highly recommend this beautiful home.

Funnest Vacation Home Ever

  • 5 of 5

Our family of 23 loved staying at this Vacation Home. The view of the mountains and the golf course was beautiful. Everything was modern and well furnished. The Master suite was luxurious with a beautifully tiled shower and bathroom. Each of our kid's families had their own suite, which they really appreciated. Grandkids especially enjoyed the bunk room. The Great Room was a wonderful place for all of us to gather and visit. The kitchen was wonderful and made meals easy to prepare and clean up. Everyone also loved the game/big screen TV room. We could play soccer in the back yard after touring Jackson Hole. Our kids all said it was the best vacation ever! Hope to come again.

Overall Awesome Cabin! But some serious issues that need to be fixed

  • 3 of 5

First of all the place is in a perfect location and is great for a large family. If the owners take care of the issues, we would stay here again. The alarm would beep every few minutes so the owner gave us a code to stop this. It stopped for about an hour and then would start beeping again. Called the owner back and he said they need to get up there to replace the battery, that didn't happen. We dealt with that beeping the entire trip, even during the middle of the night. The toilet at the entrance leaked from the bottom so we didn't use. The master smelled like mildew. The kitchen sink completely detached from the counter top when doing dishes so we couldn't use the sink the last day. One of the upstairs bathtubs leaked out the emergency drain down through one of the can lights in the kitchen, this poured out the can light. The front door didn't work so we had to go in and out the garage door. They require you to wash the towels that are used, which is annoying when you want to leave the last day but have to wait for the laundry to finish. No Wifi. A few weeks after we left I got a call from the owner, not to apologize for all the issues but to ask if we broke one of the chairs. Like I said, great cabin, might stay again if the issues were fixed, but kind of a strange experience overall. Probably would have just stayed neutral and not posted a review until I got the phone call about the chair.

Great Family Adventure

  • 5 of 5

We had a great time at this place. The front porch was a great place for our family picture! We drove to West Yellowstone (too far for little kids) and went to Jackson Hole but mostly we all stayed at the place and played games or did day trips. We also rode bikes. There was plenty of room for everyone to have some privacy, especially if you had little kids and they needed some quiet. We would definitely rent here again and would recommend it. Not many downsides to this place, well, we could have used another toaster to make breakfast faster!!! And thanks for all the extras we forgot to bring. Super good time.

The home was much more than we expected. It is a beautiful house. It's very roomy and it has many nice features that cater to adults and kids. We were sorry we didn't book a longer stay because this was such a great launching point to all the must see attractions (Yellowstone, Grand Tetons, Jackson Hole). The town of Victor itself has a classic American main street with many shops. We will definitely stay here when we return to Yellowstone. I highly recommend this property. It was a great vacation!

This property features activities for all ages and seasons. It is located between Victor and Driggs Idaho. Summer activities include: hiking, biking (both road and mountain), wildlife preserves, atv trails, horseback riding (we are just 1/4 mile from lynn canyon ranch), fishing, shopping, rock climbing, and two other spectacular golf courses all within ten minutes! Victor, id provides 4-5 restaurants, multiple churches, victor valley market, an elk refuge, and a recreational rental shop among many other amenities. Driggs, idaho, just 6 miles away boasts multiple restaurants including Mexican, American, Italian, thai and bbq. They also have a great grocery store (broulims), an ace hardware and several outdoor clothing stores. Newly opened Teton geotourism center is a donation based center that introduces many of the amazing sites and activities enjoyed in the area. The center shares its' space with an indoor rock climbing facility as well as a gym.

Winter in the valley is just as exciting! Grand targhee ski resort is just 18 miles away. It has great downhill skiing/snowboarding for all levels and ages with miles of cross-country and snowshoe trails and a tubing hill as well. Grand targhee very often has the highest snow totals in all of the area and offers one of the best views of the tetons. Alta, WY, just a few mile outside of driggs, has a great cross country ski course that is groomed all winter and free. In victor, kolter ice arena is open as long as the weather is cold enough. It is a great place for kids and adults to learn/enjoy ice skating (they have skates for rent). Sledding hills are all around if you have your own sleds! Many people come to the valley to snowmobile so if that is up your alley then this place is for you in the winter. Jackson hole, WY is 25 miles from the cabin and it adds another set of summer/winter activities. Jackson has great shopping, a fun aquatic center (a kid's favorite), ice skating, two ski hills, a tubing hill, white water rafting, hiking, teton national park, great restaurants (bubbas and the bar j wranglers are a couple favorites), the longest running downtown shootout, museums and wildlife refuges and an alpine slide. There is no end to the entertainment in jackson and it is just over the mountain from the cabin! Jackson is a great day trip and beautiful drive. Another beautiful drive is to swan valley (approximately 15 miles from the cabin) where the snake river runs and Rainey creek country store brings thousands of people in each year to taste their square ice cream!

Our property is one of a kind in a one of a kind area...We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!
