Esplendido castillo que remonta al año 1100, reestructurado en el 1600 de la noble familia de Acciaioli con una magnìfica torre, construida con el mismo modelo arquitectònico del Palacio Viejo de Florencia (firenze).
La propiedad se encuentra en una vasta propiedad cultivada de viñas y olivos.
Distancia: Montagnana Val Pesa con tiendas de vìveres a 1 km , Montespertoli con tiendas de todo tipo a 5 km, Firenze a 20 km, Pisa a casi 70 km.
A disposiciòn de los huèspedes: Amplio parco en forma de terraza amueblado, ping-pong , hermoso jardìn a la italiana, original del siglo XVIII con arboles de limòn junto a una graciosa piscina ( 12 x 6 m - abierta del 01/04 al 31/10 ) .
La recepciòn està abierta desde 09:00 hasta 12:30 y 14:30 hasta 18:30.Tambièn la dependencia del castillo a estado reetructurada y despuès transformada en graciosos apartamentos. El castillo es bajo la administraciòn de la familia Posarelli, actuale propietario del castillo.
La estructura dispone de un òptimo restaurante , que propone una selecciòn de la cocina tipica toscana.( abierto todas los dìas, menos que el martesde abril hasta octubre).
Servicios extra : Ayudo domèstico disponible con un suplemento de 15 €,-/ hora ( pagar en el lugar ). Con solicitud es posiblealquilar una cama para bebè a 50 €,-/ a la semana y una cama suplementar a 100 €,-/ a la semana ( pagar en el lugar ). Disponible lavadora en comùn al precio de 4 €,-/ a lavado.

Villa independiente recuperada de la reestructuraciòn de un henil , ubicado a 150 m de la piscina y a 50 m del castillo.
Planta baja : Amplio salòn – comedor con chimenea , cocina ( lavaplato) con acceso a un portal amueblado con muebles de jardìn , cuarto matrimonial , baño con ducha.

1° Piso : 2 cuarto de matrimonio ( una con baño), cuarto con dos cama personal , baño con ducha.

Jardìn privado y equipado.
Detràs de la villa se encuentra un lavadero.

The place was very nice and in a great location. The villa had AC in the bedroom, which was great, and it has the charm you’d expect from an old villa. That said, the bathroom (especially the showers) could use a little renovation. The restaurant on-site was really good, and the staff at check-in were very nice and welcoming. The castle was beautiful! A couple of small downsides: I thought the washer was in the unit, but it wasn’t, and the living and dining areas could use a bit more lighting. Overall, I’d still recommend the experience, it was enjoyable!

This place was amazing! We stayed 3 nights and truly enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. The location is great and the property was absolutely gorgeous! There are several cute towns nearby to grab groceries, meals or a coffee. There were also several wineries nearby. You definitely will want to rent a car as taxi's to this area can be very expensive, but it's well worth it!

This location was really beautiful for our two families with together 4 kids. The staff is really friendly and polite. The restaurant located in the castle is really worth a visit! As always for such rented homes - if you really plan to cook - take at least some good knifes, a good pan and maybe a water boiler with you - the rest is available.

Beautiful place for families and we’ll furnished. The swimming pool was just epic for the kids to enjoy after a long day of hiking. Staff is really friendly and provided us with great suggestions and tips. Make sure to bring your groceries for breakfast and lunch as the restaurant only opens for dinner. Nice restaurant though! We’ll definitely book this place again.

Really enjoyed our stay: accommodated 8 comfortably, beautiful setting in historic property, delightful and helpful staff, good restaurant on property (dinner only), great pool, driving distance to a number of known sites. Other restaurants and grocery store a short driving distance. Things to consider: need a car if taking day trips, can hear most every movement inside (stairs, doors, common areas), dim lighting, couldn't get microwave to work. Overall, definitely worth the stay!

We had a super time in Montegufoni - Villa Osbert with our extended family for a superb wedding weekend. The wall to wall sunshine and swimming pool were a real bonus. The castle was magical by day and by night. The history of the castle is fascinating. We were very well looked after by staff the worked quietly in the background. Fabulous views at every turn. The only downside was in our villa itself. Any negatives we have are all about the kitchen in our villa. A welcome pack of water, milk, tea/coffee to get us started would have been much appreciated. Also some washing up liquid or 2 dishwasher tablets would have made the stay more enjoyable. The sockets in the kitchen don't work. The microwave and toaster had to be moved to the floor in the main room. A dish cloth and more than one tea towel would be great please. The toaster in our villa needs to be replaced. Some light bulbs are also needed. On the whole we did have a fantastic time and have been busy singing your praises to anyone who wants to listen. Grazie mille

Wir haben in einem Nebenhaus des Castellos gewohnt, schönes rustikales Mobiliar und Ausstattung. Klimaanlage, Küche mit guter Ausstattung, Parkplatz direkt davor. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt, und das Restaurant im Castello hat sehr gute Küche. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen, 30 Autominuten von Florenz entfernt, San Gimignano, Volterra und Siena alle innerhalb einer Autostunde.

La villa était incroyable, grande et très adaptée à notre week-end entre amis. La décoration est rustique mais tout à fait dans le style du château. Seuls inconvénients : - le débit d'eau dans les douches est vraiment faible. Nous ne pouvions pas utiliser simultanément les douches sinon, avions un filet d'eau inexploitable pour se laver les cheveux par exemple. - les moustiques !!!! De vrais tueurs dans les chambres du haut ! Ils se sont régalés ! En dehors de ça nous avons passé un incroyable moment ! Les professionnels (réceptionnistes, employés du restaurant etc.) étaient extrêmement serviables ! Le domaine est d'une incroyable beauté !

Une très belle surprise, le château est magnifique avec un parc entretenu permettant une jolie balade plongée dans l’histoire… Nous avons pu rencontrer et échanger avec le propriétaire dont la passion pour le lieu et son histoire est évidente : un moment de partage qui fut un vrai cadeau ! Nous avons séjourné dans la maison de 4 chambres à quelques pas du château et qui est bien agréable. Elle dispose notamment d’une cheminée que nous avons pu allumer (le bois était fourni) pour le plaisir de tous. A présent, nous avons hâte de revenir et de découvrir les appartements du château… La Toscane est un petit bijou d’histoire, de paysages, d’accueil et de gourmandise… dont il est difficile de se lasser !

Die Unterkunft am Schloss hat eigentlich viele Potenzial, von dem aber einiges ungenutzt bleibt. Das Personal war aber sehr freundlich und auch das Schloss selbst und die Anlage des Schlosses sind sehr schön.

Great location

The location and history is wonderful. The grounds are wonderful. The restaurant is handy and the property is well appointed. The water pressure is very poor and we had an box elder infestation, we actually left a day early without a refund. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The laundry facility is basic with one machine and one setting, and you have to schedule use.

3 couples stayed in one of the villas which was very nice. We had 3 bedrooms and 3 baths but the main problem was the showers. The showers barely dribbled and each day, right in the middle of the shower, the water stopped completely. We brought it the staffs attention and were told nothing could be done about it. The view was beautiful and the restaurant was convenient with good food.

The unit we stayed in was beautiful and spacious. The people who were in the office were helpful and courteous. The food was delicious and everyone very friendly. Having a pool with that incredible view was quite a treat in the summer heat. There were many fans to combat the heat (though a few more wouldn't hurt).

Stay in Tuscany

The place was an awesome old castle in the middle of Tuscany which had awesome views and a wonderful feel. With that, this is definitely an old castle and with that comes some challenges including an acceptance of insects in your property, very poor WiFi and poor laundry facilities. We would also note that there is a lack of traditional US accommodations in a hotel which would include sufficient amounts of toilet paper and body wash. I would note that the hotel restaurant was fantastic, and that the staff in the restaurant and castle were charming and always willing to help. All-in-all, this was a nice place for our family of five to stay during our trip through Italy.
