Mini Villa approx. 7 minutes' walk from the splendid beaches of Santa Giulia and Pietragione, via footpaths without taking a car.
Numerous restaurants, small grocery stores and seaside activities are also within walking distance (approx. 350/400 m along the footpaths).
At 100 mts above the villa, you can also enjoy the swimming pool at the Carré Noir restaurant, for 1 drink at the bar.
** This establishment organizes musical evenings on Fridays and Saturdays. **
The mini villa sleeps 4 (1 sofa bed and a double bed (new mattress) plus 1 folding crib), plus a baby chair. New air conditioning.

Fabuleux

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette charmante petite villa bien équipée et tout confort, fidèle à la description de la location. Les plus, elle est très bien placée avec une magnifique vue de la terrasse sur la mer de Santa Giulia et très bien située pour accéder aux magnifiques plages de Porto-Vecchio (5 min à pied de la plage de Santa Giulia, 15 min en voiture de la plage de Palombaggia (parkings 4€ la journée)... et aux visites de Porto-Vecchio, Bonifacio, Sartène, Aiguilles de Bavella... Merci à Jeanne pour son chaleureux accueil et à Régine pour nous avoir donné l'occasion de partager sa jolie petite maison.

Tolle Aussicht in toller Lage

Die Terasse ist traumhaft und einer der schönsten Strände Korsikas in 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einfach toll - wir kommen wieder!

Exceptionnelle

Nous avons passés de superbes vacances à Santa Giulia. Pour une première en Corse, nous y retournerons !! La location est conforme à l'annonce et aux photos, fonctionnelle et très bien entretenue. Au niveau géographie, la maison est bien placée avec la vue sur la baie, proche de la mer avec coté pratique une supérette proche de la location.

Die Villa ist toll! Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da und es dort einfach nur traumhaft. Wer in Santa Giulia Urlaub machen will hat hier eine tolle Unterkunft!

Très bon emplacement proche des commerce et de la belle plage de saint ghuilia

Très belle petite villa bien située bien décorée et très agréable. Une belle vue sur la plage et bien entretenue. Notre premier contact avec Jeanne c est bien passé très réactif et agréable. Nous recommandons cette petite villa et peut-être à bientôt Jeanne et Régine la famille De Sousa

Magnifique mini villa

Superbe logement très bien équipé, avec une magnifique vue de la terrasse sur la baie de santa Giulia. A 5/6 minutes à pieds de la plage. Jeanne qui nous a accueilli est charmante. On ne peut rêver mieux.

Ein netter Urlaub - mit einigen Einschränkungen

Haben vom 4. bis 19. Mai 2018 unseren Urlaub in diesem netten Häuschen verbracht. Einige Anmerkungen von unserer Seite: Trotz "Wäscheservice" wurden nur einmalig Bettwäsche (ohne Überziehen) und Handtücher geliefert. Im ganzen Haus fand sich keine Erläuterung zur Bedienung von Herd, Fernseher oder der Entsorgung von Müll. Es sind viele WLAN in der Gegend verfügbar, im Haus selbst nicht. Kein Licht auf der Terrasse. Die Terrasse ist Übrigen der beschriebene Garten :-) Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit, aber definitiv weiter als 300m Vor dem Haus ist die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz eines Lokals. War bei uns nicht so schlimm, allerdings ist im Hochsommer sicher mehr los. Das Haus ist entzückend aber winzig. 4 Personen gehen da sicher nicht rein. Die Fotos vermitteln mehr Raum als vorhanden ist. Alles in Allem, nichts Dramatisches . . . . . aber für den Preis hätten wir uns mehr erwartet. Frau Regine haben wir nur 3 Minuten gesehen, sie spricht nur Französisch und bietet als Alternative Corsisch an :-). Ihre ein wenig Englisch sprechende Tochter hat uns beim Ankommen lediglich gefragt, wann wir wieder abfahren.

Sehr schöner Urlaub!

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern dort und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Häuschen liegt in einem schön angelegten Ferienpark und ist einen Steinwurf von der wirklich zauberhaften Bucht entfernt. Unsere Kinder sind direkt ins Wasser. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat sich bei unseren Fragen immer sehr kurzfristig zurück gemeldet. Man kommt auch ohne größere Französischkenntnisse gut übers Englische klar. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht! Das Schwimmbad gehört zum benachbarten Restaurant. Man kann es als Gast nutzen, aber wer braucht schon ein Schwimmbad, wenn man das Meer vor der Tür hat!

Disappointing

We booked for a week but left after 3 days. We are tough but not that tough. A neighbour was burning leaves 24/7. We couldn't go outside or open a window. It hurt our eyes and throats. Regine said she called but nothing changed. We gave her an opportunity to make good when we told her we had to leave and find a hotel but nothing was offered. Otherwise, the kitchen was well supplied, there were 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels, thin pillows and a no-frills bed. This is my first negative review but I depend on these reviews and know others do as well, so I must be honest.

Perfekt!!!

Wir waren 2 Wochen da, und es war einfach perfekt! Wir sind mit der Nachtfähre rüber, und es war sehr schön, dass wir schon um 12 Uhr ins Haus durften. Im Haus hat man alles, was man braucht, alles im sehr guten Zustand und sehr sauber. Vielen Dank Mrs Odone noch mal! Bis zum Strand sind es auch nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir sind begeistert und kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub! Ludmila und Georg Stirtz

Petite maison parfaitement aménagée, les pieds dans l'eau

Cette petite maison est idéale pour un couple. Très bien située à côté de Porto-Vecchio dans un emplacement idéal sur la baie de Santa Giulia à quelques minutes à pieds à peine de la plage. La maison est très bien équipée et exposée et permet de passer un très bon moment et de se sentir en vacances comme à la maison. L'accueil de Jeanne est très bon, je vous le recommande fortement.

A wonderful experience

Reginas villa in Santa Giulia is amazing, so close to the beach, quiet and relaxing. The house is equipped with everything we needed for a perfect holiday. We will certainly return in 2017, we would strongly recommend that you choose to stay here.

Un séjour dans la magie du sud de la Corse

Une location très agréable avec l'accès direct à la superbe plage de Santa Giulia (400 mètres). Petits déjeuner et déjeuners au soleil sur la terrasse avec vue mer, le top ! La maison est très propre, elle a visiblement été refaite dernièrement (salle de bains, cuisine, chambre etc...). La literie est parfaite, c'était très calme (en cette saison), surement plus animé en été avec la possibilité d'aller au restaurant avec piscine situé à 200 mètres au dessus de la maison. Un bien bel endroit qui permet également d'aller rapidement à Porto Vecchio, Bonifacio, sur la côte Ouest via Figari, ou encore vers les montagnes Zonza, Bavella...

Parfaite petite villa et localisation idéale

Nous avons passé 1 semaine formidable dans cette mini villa avec la vue sur la baie et la plage à quelques minutes sans voiture.. les restaurants sur la plage sont également très proches à pied, idéal pour de vraies vacances
