The house is set in the woods overlooking the fjord and mountains. Short distance to nice beach, marine environment and terrain.
Large porch with outdoor furniture, barbecue and hot tub.
The house has 2 wheelchairs friendly ground floor. 2 bathrooms, one wheelchair, with adjustable washbasin and large shower enclosure. Total 9 beds in 4 rooms. Well-equipped kitchen offers adjustable countertop and wall cabinets. Laundry with washer and dryer

Boats can be hired:
1. 17ft engine 60 ps. Price NOK 500 per day / NOK 3000 per week (boat license required)
2. 17 feet, engine 20 ps. Price NOK 300, - per day / NOK 1800, - per week

Hot tub: Firewood cost kr. 500, -

Final clearance must be carried out by tenant. Certainly, it costs kr. 1000 -

Lovely Home

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It has a gorgeous view from the back deck. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cooking pots/pans and utensils. We had a relaxing soak in the hot tub. The hosts were quick to respond to messages before our stay and very kind during our stay. We're so glad we chose this house to stay in during our visit to Norway.

Great location for fishing and relaxing

The house was quite perfect. Large rooms, aesthetic furnishings and high quality technical equipment. The view from the terrace to the fjord is awesome. Organisation was perfect and the kindly host always helpful. We really enjoyed the hospitality there and are sure that we will come back again. We have been in Norway several times and this was our most enjoyable stay.

Relaxation with a view

Sigurd’s home is absolutely lovely. The location is peaceful and beautiful, with a wonderful view. But more importantly, the house is spotless and equipped with everything you need to have a home away from home. We hated leaving. And he responded to any needs we had right away. The entire experience was easy and made is feel welcome. We enjoyed spending time there more than even driving around. We would go back without hesitation.

We came to enjoy the hiking, scenery, and quiet. All three were accomplished. The house is absolutely superb. It has every item needed. The kitchen is outfitted to prepare meals for any size group. The dining table and living rooms overlook the fjord, making for a perfect stay. The only problem is you don't want to leave when it is time. Thank you for a great visit. Dick and Sandy Stockton

Fantastic Rental Home Near Village of Fusa , Norway 🇳🇴

1 hour drive from city of Bergen... Farm family Magne and Ragnhild who also own a small Farm nearby, were wonderful hosts ... they built this beautiful rental property partially up a mountain, set in the woods. Gorgeous fjord water view from house patio deck. Swimming a short walk for warm weather visitors. Connected to trail system that goes many, many kms. So happy. Exceeded our expections. Beautiful. Highly recommend👍🏻

Modern house with a beautiful view

What a wonderful house with a modern interior and a beautiful view! We've spent some days exploring this incredible country, enjoyed the nature, went hiking on a lot of tracks and marveled at the impressive waterfalls. We greatly appreciate your kindness and hospitality. Thank you for lending us your fishing rods at short notice. We spent a great day down at the boat house despite the awful weather. Norway at it's best

We had again an incredible holiday experience at this charming and modern house with perfect equipment and an amazing view to the fjord. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and helpfulness of the hosts were truly outstanding. Firstly, the location is perfect for fishing enthusiasts like us. The house was nestled in a picturesque spot, surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. With a boat that allowed us to explore the stunning Norwegian fjords and try our luck with fishing. The hosts themselves were warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. They were always available to answer our questions and offer assistance whenever needed, their helpfulness was exceptional. The combination of fishing, a boat, and the incredible hospitality and helpfulness of the hosts made it an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delightful getaway amidst stunning Norwegian landscapes. We will be back……

Alles genauso wie beschrieben angetroffen. Vermieter unkompliziert, unaufdringlich und sehr freundlich. Wunderschönes Haus und wunderschöne Landschaft. Wir können es absolut weiterempfehlen. Einziger Mangel ist vielleicht, dass es keine Möglichkeit gab, mal Essen zu gehen.

Tolles, modernes, voll ausgestattetes großes Haus mit Meerblick. In 3 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an einer Bucht, in der man super schwimmen kann. Von dort haben wir auch eine tolle BootTour mit einem von Sigurd gemieteten Motorboot gemacht.

Wunderschönes Haus mit Liebe zum Detail

Unglaublich freundliche Vermieter mit Herz. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet. In der Küche sind unglaublich viele Utensilien vorhanden. Es kann gegrillt und gebacken werden. Waschmaschine und Trocknern sind vorhanden. Modernes und komfortables Haus. Staubsauger (bzw. Düse und Kabel) kann sogar in der Wand angeschlossen werden. Geniale Erfindungen! Pool mit Holz zum beheizen ist so entspannend und wohltuend. Wir sind mit dem Boot fast jeden Tag auf dem Wasser gewesen. Einfach nur herrlich! Wir kommen jederzeit wieder! Ein unvergessener Urlaub mit tollen Eindrücken in einer ruhigen und schönen Landschaft. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die äußerst lieben Vermieter!!!!

Fantastisch verblijf

Top vakantie gehad in dit super mooie complete huis. Ligging is heel mooi met geweldig uitzicht. Supermarkt op 5km. Huis erg netjes, alles aanwezig en voldoende ruimte.

Tolle Unterkunft mit moderner Ausstattung

Norwegen 2023

Tolles Haus, tolle Umgebung, super Aussicht und Lage. Alle Mitreisenden konnten ihren Hobbys ausgiebig nachgehen(Radfahren, Wandern, Angeln, Entspannen etc.) Wir hatten einen Super Urlaub mit wunderschöner Landschaft und hervorragendem Wetter. Die Gastgeber waren super nett und absolut unkompliziert. Danke für den schönen Urlaub!! Tusen takk og deg igjen

Vier Räder und zwei Beine - Urlaub mit Rollstuhl, zwei Jahre später. Toll war es wieder!!

Nachdem wir schon im Sptember 2020 in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus eine Woche Urlaub genossen haben, sind wir nun gleich 3 Wochen geblieben. Es war für mich als Rollstuhlfahrerin wieder eine Freude in ein Haus zu kommen, dass für mich alle Anforderungen erfüllt. Dank des Landungsbootes (Pioner Multi) war auch für mich das Einsteigen bzw. auffahren mit Hilfe kein Problem. Allerdings hatte ich mir in diesem Jahr ein Gartenstuhl mitgenommen und mich im Boot dann darauf umgesetzt. Das ergab einen stabileren Sitz für mich. Beim letzten Aufenthalt haben wir bemerkt, dass es bei Wind doch etwas wacklig sein kann im Rollstuhl. So stand dem erfolgreichem Angeln nichts im Wege. Leng, Rotbarsch, Schellfisch, Makrelen und Dorsche zappelten an unseren Ruten. Aber auch Ausflüge zum Steinsdalfossen, nach Bergen oder kleine Wanderungen in der Umgebung gehörten zu unserem Programm. Ebenso ein Besuch des Edvard Grieg Musseum mit kleinem Mittagskonzert durfte nicht fehlen. Alles in allem hatten wir wieder wunderbare, ereignisreiche Urlaubstage. Vielen Dank auch an Sigurd, der immer zur Stelle war wenn es mal Fragen gab.

Kommunikation mit Vermieter war mäßig. Objekt wurde teilweise unsauber übergeben.

Jakuzi kann nur nach Anmeldung benutzt werden. Pro Gang 150€, unverschämt. Vermieter wusste vom defekten Staubsauger und stellte uns die Endreinigung frei, selbst durchzuführen oder 100€ dafür zu zahlen. Der eigentlich tolle Ausblick vom Haus zum Fjord wird durch Wildwuchs versperrt. Der Filitierplatz ist ein Witz. Im Gästebuch wurden von den Vermietern unschöne Bewertungen herausgerissen. Letzter Eintrag war im Juli 2021, danach fehlen alle Seiten. Fazit: Alle Extras machen dieses Ferienobjekt zu einer kostspieligen Angelegenheit. Man hat das Gefühl nur gemolken zu werden.

Es tut uns leit das Sie ein solcher schlestes Aufhalt in unserem Hütte hatten. Ein par Missvärstandnissen zu aufklären: Die Gäste haben immer die Wahl zwishen selbst zu saubermachen oder Endreingierung für 1000 NOK kaufen. Preis für Jakuzi ist 500 NOK für den ersten Tag. (Für saubermachen, 4 m3 wasser füllen, und 3 Stunden mit Brenneholz heissen. Alles von vermieter gemacht). Die nächsten Tagen bezahlt man nur für Brenneholz um Wassertemperatur zu halten. (Kann die Gäste selber machen.) Die Preise stehen in die Information in der Hütte und an die Website, djupviktunet.no. In «Rental Agreement» steht ankomstzeit (um 15.00 Uhr) und Abfahrtzeit (um 12.00 Uhr). When die Gäste komme um 12.00 Uhr, kann es sein das saubermachen nicht fertig ist. NB!
