The house is in Cangrejera Beach, Villa de Mazo, in front of the sea it has a swimming pool and Jacuzzi with sea water (without chemicals, and that new water is changed with the arrival of the client), next to tropical garden with barbecue, with unbeatable views of the beach from the terraces and the balcony, 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, a living room and kitchen in the upper part and another in the lower part next to a pergola with hammocks. My accommodation is good for couples, families (with children), and large groups.

Beautiful house

We spent 2 weeks on La Palma in this house. The house is very well equipped (loved the pool also) and spaceous. Location is a bit rural (Santa Cruz is 30 min by car) and windy, but you can walk to the restaurant in Salemera. All in all a place to recommend.

Wonderful villa in beautiful setting

Mario was a very good host. Even though we had a rental car and said we could meet him at the villa, Mario still insisted on meeting us at the airport. This was probably best as we may have had some trouble finding the villa otherwise. The villa itself was beautiful and very well equipped. You could tell that Mario and his wife had furnished it with a lot of love and care. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, and utility room. There was plenty of outdoors seating, the pool was very clean and well maintained and there was even direct access to the rocks/sea. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thanks Mario!

Top Haus in Top Lage…immer wieder gern!

Wir waren mit 5 Personen/ Familie in der Villa Lola. Das Haus liegt wirklich absolut top gelegen, direkt am Meer. Das Haus war super sauber, die Ausstattung hatte wirklich alles notwendige zu bieten. Man merkt, dass das Haus mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet wurde, nicht irgendwie alles zusammengewürfelt. Mario, der Eigentümer, war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Selten haben wir es ein Haus in dieser Ausstattung mit diesem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gemietet. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Großes Ferienhaus, nicht mehr im besten Zustand

Der Urlaub war sehr schön, aber das Haus müsste überholt werden. Die Fenster sind fast undurchsichtig. Viele Einrichtungesgegenstände abgewohnt. Sehr netter Host und warmherzige Begrüßung.

Lage unbezahlbar

Die Lage ist wirklich einmalig, direkt am Meer mit Treppe zum Strand. Ohne Auto geht gar nichts. Der Vermieter war nett . Das Haus ist eigentlich wirklich toll aber die ein oder andere Reparatur ist überfällig. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier absolut richtig. Leider war es nach unserem Verständnis nicht so sauber und wir hatten mehrmals Probleme mit der Elektrik ( der FI-Schalter hat sich mehrmals verabschiedet). Unser Fazit ist für den Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet aber schön ist es auf jeden Fall.

Wir hatten super Wetter und haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Ein paar kleine Sachen im und um dem Haus könnten eine Verjüngung vertragen. Der Vermieter ist sehr bemüht alle wünsche zu erfüllen. Danke das wir noch ein paar Stunden länger bleiben konnten , da unser Flug sehr spät startete.

Mario's Villa

The villa is situated outside the town, next to the ocean. The views are spectacular! Mario is very nice man. He is very helpful. The only downside for me was strong wind on this side of the island in december - not Mario's fault :)

Toller Place to be mit Meerrauschen und Sternenhimmel

Wir haben dort 2 Wochen verbracht, 3 Erwachsene und ein Kind. Das Haus ist toll gelegen, ein Mietwagen wird definitiv gebraucht. Täglich ausser Sonntags kommt ein Auto, welches super leckere Brötchen bringt, wenn man eine Tüte mit Geld an die Tür aussen hängt bzw. das Auto abpasst. Der einfache Weg zum Einkaufen beträgt ca. 20 min. Das Kiosko am Leuchturm ist sehr zu empfehlen! Am Haus und teilweise an der Einrichtung nagt der Zahn der Zeit und des Salzwassers. Der Garten ist wunderschön und der Aussenbereich ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es war sehr windig, den Balkon konnten wir nicht benutzen, aber beim Eingang vorne kann man super Frühstücken und unten beim Freisitz wunderbar zu Abendessen. Der Sternenhimmel ist ein Traum, wurde leider in der zweiten Woche von neuen Leuchtmitteln im Leuchturm durch extreme Blendwirkung sehr gestört (strahlt zu sehr ins Landesinnere/ aufs Haus) Mit den Ameisen im und ums Haus haben wir uns arrangieren können. Der Meerwasserpool ist großartig!

Tolles Haus in grandioser Lage!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Pool und die diversen Sitzgelegenheiten draußen waren toll, die Lage direkt am Meer ist großartig. Sehr netter Vermieter! Hier und da nagt der Zahn der Zeit an Haus und Einrichtung. Wir würden trotzdem gern wiederkommen!

Es ist einfach nicht schön, nach einem Urlaub eine Beurteilung quasi unbekannt abzugeben. Wenn uns etwas in einem Urlaub nicht gefällt oder nicht so ist wie versprochen, dann klären wir das immer vor Ort direkt mit den verantwortlichen Personen. Wir haben uns in der Casa Lola rundum wohlgefühlt und Herr Mario Perez Martin ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber.

Eine Oase der Ruhe

Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert, bietet genügend Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Auch die Terasse und der Garten sind großzügig und bieten je nach Geschmack Sonnen- wie auch Schattenplätze. Mario, der Vermieter ist sehr bemüht und reagiert prompt, wenn man ihn braucht. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen. :-)
