A compact Apartment in a party vacation spot

The Las Arenas Rental Team are responsive, helpful and well informed. This compact Apartment has a balcony with a good sea view and is convenient for the beach and local shops. A few hundred metres away is a shopping centre with a very popular open air space for singing and dancing until the early hours. The Las Arenas Team say that Playa del Inglés is a party vacation spot. We would recommend this apartment for visitors who enjoy a vibrant night-life.

Great property at this penthouse apt with views of the sea, all mod cons with Wi-Fi get your washing done before home with washing machine ,air con a big addition and welcome in hot weather.nice touch with water.wine on arrival.apt is well stocked with people leaving condiments etc for others to use.highly recommend this apt and s big shout out for Nathalie and team 👍👏

Dass es laut ist, das weiss man

Es war nichts versprochen worden, was nicht gehalten wurde. Nahe zum Strand, nahe zum Einkaufen und nahe, um Abends noch auszugehen. Dass das mitten im Getümmel ist, das wussten wir und hatten es uns so ausgesucht Bei kleinen Problemen wurde uns sofort geholfen

Las Arenas November 2023

Leider war das Schlafzimmer nicht klimatisiert und auch nicht wirklich zu lüften, da man wegen des erheblichen Umgebungslärms die Fenster nicht öffnen konnte - Party in voller Lautstärke bis mindestens 4.00 Uhr morgens, am Wochendende bis 6.00 Morgens. Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer war sowohl als Couch als insbesondere als Bett völlig unbrauchbar, die Matratze war dann auch mit einem blutigen Betttuch bespannt und völlig durchgelegen. Allerdings war auch das Bett im Schlafzimmer nicht viel besser. Da im ganzen Haus zwischen 10.00 - 18.00 Uhr Handwerker mit Flex, Vorchlaghammer und Kreissäge zugange waren, fand man auch da keine Ruhe. Hervorzuheben ist das schnelle Internet und der große Kühlschrank auf dem großen Balkon - tolle Aussicht.

toffe eerste ervaring

- eerste maal dat we een appartement huurden voor een maand. - goede ligging met mooi uitzicht ( hoekterras ). Goed uitgerust appartement .. paar dingen in de keuken ontbreken wel.(.vb cavaglazen, pollepel, garde, kleine vorkjes..hebben we zelf aangekocht) - eigenaar rap ter plaatse bij problemen. - s' nachts wel veel lawaai van een karaokebar...niet mogelijk van met open raam te slapen. - gaan zeker terug!!Zelfs al geboekt voor volgende winter.

Super Balkon mit Aussicht

Das Apartment hat eine super Lage, nah zum Strand, vielen Restaurants und Bars. Egal in welche Richtung man geht, hier ist immer irgendwas geboten. Mehrere Supermärkte nur ein paar meter entfernt. Es gibt ausreichend Fernsehprogramme in verschiedenen Sprachen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist hervorragend. Ein sehr großer Kühlschrank und sogar eine Spülmaschine ist vorhanden, Gewürze und ausreichend Geschirr. Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Waschmaschine und sogar Hygieneartikel sind vorhanden. Am schönsten fanden wir den großen Balkon mit super Ausblick über die Bühnen sowohl auch auf die ganze Stadt. Alles war perfekt. Im Kasbah Einkaufszentrum wird jeden Abend laut getanzt und der Club nebenan ist sehr laut aber bei geschlossenem Fenster ist das kein Problem mehr. Das einzige was uns nicht so gefallen hat, für uns war das Bett für zwei Personen zu klein und eine richtige Bettdecke wäre schön gewesen.

Penthouse and sand dunes

The penthouse was light airy clean and welcoming with everything we needed . The air con was a huge bonus in the heat. A welcome drink was much appreciated. The view of the sea and the dunes was a welcome sight. It was a perfect location for exploring madpalomas by foot and the rest of the island by car. Plenty of choice no matter what you enjoy. We really enjoyed the great atmosphere and welcoming vibe of the yumbo centre just a ten minute walk away. Even though we were in the centre of the action peace and tranquility was found in our penthouse and as we explored the neighbouring villages and mountains. Even though there is no parking we never struggled to find a space in the streets near by . We would not hesitate to stay in this amazing apartment again . Many thanks

Great Location, Facillities and Views

Very clean and well-equipped. The owner has provided most of the things that we would expect to have to buy as extras. Very comfortable for 2 people but would be bit crowded inside with 4. The wrap-around balcony provides lots or outside space, both West and North facing. There are some noisy bars and clubs to the North, but if you close the windows the sound proofing is good. Close to the beach (less than 10 minutes walk) and many good restaurants. Also a good selection of supermarkets within walking distance.

Wohnung war OK. Das Haus ist in Ordnung. Wir vermissten diverse deutsche Fernsehsender. Zum Beispiel ARD NEO und andere. Für Langzeiturlauber zu wenig deutsche Sender. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist OK. Wir hatten eine Privatwohnung die mehr Vorteile hatte als andere Wohnungen bietet. . ZUM BEISPIEL : Gute Schallschutzfenster, Klimaanlage und Modernisiert.

Sie müssen verstehen, dass in einem großen Gebäude die gemeinsame Satellitenschüssel nicht alle auf Deutsch verfügbaren Kanäle des Astra Satelliten anzeigt, sondern nur einige Module, um einige Kanäle zu sehen. Technisch ist es nicht möglich, dass es in Ihrem Land wie zuhause funktioniert, weil es ist keine individuelle Antenne... Danke für Ihre Freundlichkeit! Wir hoffen, dass Sie in eines unserer Apartments zurückkehren werden!

Schönes Urlaubsdomizil

Unseren diesjährigen 8wöchigen Urlaub in den Wintermonaten haben wir in diesem Appartement verbracht. Die Wohnung ist genauso wie im Internet dargestellt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist sehr interessant, vom Meer bis zu den Bergen. Wir danken Lilli, die bei allen Wünschen und Problemen eine gute Ansprechpartnerin war. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen
