Stunning Ground Floor Unit

Loggerhead Cay unit 191 is located in the front building of one of Sanibel Island's premier weekly rental destinations. Our ground floor unit is adjacent to the beautiful pool and just steps to the beach. Unit 191 has been completely renovated in an open floor plan style and will not disappoint! We can comfortably sleep six guests with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa. (Brand new beds purchased August 2016! - King and 2 twins!) Bedrooms are large and private. Unit 191 has plenty of closet space, flat screen TV's and comfortable bedding and towels. The Screened Lanai overlooks the pool and beach, is very comfortably appointed, and a great place to enjoy coffee, meals, or a cocktail.

Another really great feature about unit 191 is the spaciousness of the living room. The living space is larger than most two bedrooms on the island, bright and very family friendly. Our dining room table easily accommodates 6 and if you are entertaining friends, plenty more can fit around our kitchen island.

We stock the condo with a pack and play, beach towels, and beach chairs. If we don't have it, we can help you find it!

We have been renting our condo for 8 years, we are good at what we do, and look forward to working with you to make your vacation memorable.

We have owned property on Sanibel Island since 2007 and recently purchased this unit with some friends who have also fallen in love with our island paradise. This is our second property in Loggerhead Cay. We live in East Grand Rapids, MI and have 4 young children.

Our family has built many great memories and traditions on the island and we hope you will as well.

Small problems but owner stepped up

Overall my wife and i enjoyed the condo. Beautiful kitchen, good view and close to the beach. A couple of small problems. The coffee pot was broke by the previous renters we notified the owner of this and she had one delivered by Monday afternoon. The 2nd problem was the internet connection. Again we notified the owner and she tried her best to resolve the problem. After a couple of days it turned out to be a modem problem. We had to unplug and reset it every morning and then unplug and reset it seemed like every couple of hours. If the modem gets replaced i believe it will solve this issue. I believe she will take care of it now that she is aware of it. Don't let this discourage your stay. It really is a beautiful place to stay

Wonderful vacation on Sanibel

We had a great visit and really enjoyed the condo. It was cheerful and clean. We loved the large kitchen. All of the beds were very comfortable including the sofa bed. The beach towels and beach chairs were greatly appreciated. We liked being on the ground floor; made it easy to go back and forth from pool and beach. Would love to stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

My sister and I just returned from a Sanibel Island vacation. This condo was wonderful. It was conveniently located on the ground floor and still had a partial ocean view from the living room. Access to the pool and the beach was perfect. There were a few cosmetic issues, which the owner was addressing as soon as they were reported. We plan to go back next year!

Sanibel is a great place and we know we'll be back!

Great location. Condo was nice. Could use more silverware and some basics in the kitchen for those who like to cook but otherwise it was fine. Also the white tile floor was worn and lots of nicks in it that it appears someone tried to mask with paint. I wouldn't call that "updated". If it were my place I'd replace the tile and not choose white because it shows all the sand and dirt that gets tracked in.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review. My goal for the past 10 years has always been to provide the Best Accommodations on the Island!….very clean, organized and updated condos. In order to reach that goal I rely on guest feedback. I am diligent of addressing any issues or replacing/adding items that are needed. I have ordered new silverware but I am curious as to what other items should be added to inventory.

My experience staying in this condo was great. The condo is well-equipped and very open concept Which helps to offer a relaxed feel. The beds are comfortable and each room has a tv. The pool is very nice and offers plenty of lounge seating. With the condo being on the first floor it offers easy access to be pool and beach off the lanai. Hope to stay again soon!
