Great and spacious apartment with a truly spectacular view. Very good location, close to Canteras beach and also to playa el Confital. Many restaurants, bars and supermarkets within walking distance. Check in and communication with the host Octavio was very smooth. I can definitely recommend this place!

Schöne Wohnung mit Meerblick

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der sehr schön ausgestatteten Wohnung genossen. Die Lage ist direkt am Meer (man kann den ganzen Tag die Wellen hören) und nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum Strand. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Küche hatte alles, was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer sind sehr praktisch. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

A lot of space and quiet

Really comfortable spacious apartment, even better than in the pictures. We liked the fully equipped kitchen that we mostly used for breakfast, but occasionally we also felt like preparing our own dinner at home. At night we liked to close the blinds in the ocean-side bedroom, but leave the window a bit open to fall asleep while hearing the waves. It’s a short walk (about 10 min when walking slowly) to the Las Canteras beach and there’s another small beach in the opposite direction (which we discovered on our last day‘s walk, maybe someone wants to check it out). There are some good restaurants close by (visible from the ocean-side windows) and a small supermarket just across the next crossroads. Octavio was a great host, he waited for us on arrival and was very helpful with any questions we had (communication via WhatsApp). We would like to say thank you to Octavio for a really nice stay at his vacation home and we would recommend it in case some friends are looking for a nice place to stay in Las Palmas

Toller Ausblick, ruhige Wohnlage

Die Übergabe der Wohnung lief trotz Anreise gegen Mitternacht perfekt, Hr. Suarez ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, auch bei Bedarf jederzeit ansprechbar und erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Strand und Stadt (Santa Catalina) sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, perfekt ist die mit PKW-Aufzug erreichbare Tiefgarage mit direktem Zugang per Personen-Aufzug zur Wohnung. Vielen Dank, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Location location location

We had a great 2+ weeks. Our accommodation was perfectly situated. A short walk to the south- the largest urban beach in Europe with bars and restaurants to the north - the coast of the Atlantic . To the west a tiny bar to sit and watch the sunset. A great view from the living room every minute. Our host was so helpful and gracious. We hope to come back

Wunderbarer Ort, unbeschreibliche Aussicht

Ich habe einen Monat in dieser Unterkunft verbracht und war sehr, sehr zufrieden damit. Die Lage ist genial, die Aussicht unbeschreiblich. In der Wohnung hat es alles was es braucht. Die Wohnung war sauber, wenn auch nicht blitzblank. Die Wohnungsübergabe hat bestens geklappt.

PARFAIT !

Je n'étais pas en vacances. Il s'agissait d'un déplacement professionnel mais peu importe... Mon hôte Octavio propose ce très bel appartement qui est divisable en deux (deux chambres avec leur salle de bain indépendante), avec un salon commun très agréable et ensoleillé donnant sur la mer ! La cuisine toute équipée est idéale si on veut se faire à manger sur place. Le plus : un parking un peu spécial (via un ascenseur) mais très pratique car il est très difficile de trouver des places libres dans la rue. Je reviendrais avec plaisir :-) MERCI OCTAVIO !

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und hat einen traumhaften Blick aufs Meer. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr bemüht einem den Urlaub gelingen zu lassen. Jederzeit sehr gern wieder!

Casa perfetta per una vacanza perfetta

Dalle foto è difficile credere che l'appartamento sia realmente così bello come nelle foto ma devo ammettere che nella realtà è addirittura molto meglio. Come si vede nelle foto e nella descrizione, l'appartamento si presenta fronte oceano, ampio, nuovo e ben attrezzato (c'è di tutto, dall'asciugacapelli, al ferro da stiro, a addirittura un lettino per bambini componibile), a 10 minuti dalla spiaggia, lungomare e i principali ristoranti e locali di las palmas. Il proprietario parla benissimo lo spagnolo (ovviamente) e anche l'inglese ed è estremamente cortese. Ci ha accolti senza alcun problema al di fuori dell'usuale orario di check-in, non ci ha neanche chiesto la caparra e al momento della partenza non ha neanche controllato l'appartamento. Ci ha fatto trovare l'appartamento in perfette condizioni e pulitissimo, come essere a casa propria. Che altro aggiungere se non che non vedo già l'ora di tornarci, consigliatissimo a tutti!!!! Muchas gracias Octavio!!

Nice appartment with great views & location

Very helpful owner. Modern appartment overlooking the beach of Las Palmas. Good restaurants and bars are close by, as well as beaches. Our son enjoyed surfing on a beach which was 10 mins walk away.

Schweben über dem Atlantik

Schöne und großzügige Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern mit jeweils Dusche und WC, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und einem gemütlichen Wohn-/Esszimmer mit fantastischem Ausblick über die gesamte Canteras-Bucht. Die Lage direkt am Meer und der Ausblick vom Wohnzimmer und einem der Schlafzimmer ist ein Traum. Der Canteras-Strand ist 5 Minuten entfernt, die Nachbarschaft ist relativ authentisch, ein paar Restaurants und Shops sind nebenan, alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung war bei Übergabe sehr sauber und hat eine Waschmaschine, ein Bügeleisen etc., eine gute Küchenausstattung, einen DVD-Player und genug Handtücher, auch für den Strand. Der Vermieter ist sympathisch und angenehm, die Abwicklung und Übergabe funktionierte perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und können diese Wohnung aber auch Las Palmas sehr empfehlen. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist top.

Appartamento bellissimo in posizione perfetta

Siamo molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno in questo splendido Appartamento che affaccia le sue ampie finestre sull'oceano e sul lungo mare che in pochi passi conduce alla spiaggia Las Canteras. Accoglienza perfetta, ogni confort garantito, persino una bottiglia di spumante in frigo e una tanica di acqua minerale (indispensabile alle Canarie anche per cucinare) da 8 litri pronta all'uso. E poi detersivi, lenzuola ed asciugamani in abbondanza, un'ottimo wifi....insomma, se torneremo a Las Palmas sicuramente ricontatteremo Octavio!
