A very very good studio
This studio apartment is large and very well set up and equipped. It is highly recommended. It is in a fantastic location and subject to getting somewhere to double park out front (usually not an issue, remember you are in Italy) easy to access and depart. We didn't have any problems parking nearby but realistically it could be an issue in peak periods.
Collecting the key was easy.
We thoroughly enjoyed our three nights in Bellagio staying in this apartment. You can have a coffee in a waterfront cafe less than 50 metres from the entrance. There are restaurants and shops within 50 to 100 metres of the apartment and there are limited fresh food outlets if you wish to self cater. If you wish to effectively self cater it would be better to shop outside of Bellagio at a full service supermarket as we did before arriving.
For a couple it is very difficult to see how you could improve on the set up in this studio.
We did move the microwave from the kitchen bench to the small table which worked better for us.
All apartments in Italy lack electric kettles, electric coffee making machines and toasters and this apartment is no exception. But fresh croissants from the local bakery in the morning were a delightful substitute for toast.
The apartment is about 75 metres from the ferry wharf which meant easy access to all parts of the lake.
We had a delightful three days in Bellagio and on Lake Como.
This apartment is highly recommended.
