Have a pleasant stay, in a beautiful green setting, in a fully equipped accommodation, 5 minutes from the city center and 10 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the Caribbean. This also a strategic location for mountain hiking departures For information, know that in the North Low-Earth there is no Sargassum. We are protecting in this area by the coral reef.

This accommodation in the countryside easily accommodates 4 people. You will find: a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, with TV, Hi-Fi, Internet; a fully equipped kitchen: oven, hob 4 burners, microwave, coffee maker, a large refrigerator with its freezer compartment; a large storage cupboard; the bathroom with shower, washing machine, hair dryer, a bedroom with a double bed, console.

A big terrace shelters a living room of garden as well as the dining room. You will find a hammock to rest and enjoy the singing of birds. The garden is fully enclosed, secure parking .Bassin fish that will be the curiosity of young and old.

We will welcome you with pleasure. A welcome cocktail and fruit basket will be offered on the day of your arrival.


Sainte-Rose is a commune in the north Basse-Terre, located between sea and mountain. Its location allows it to develop three major industries: tourism, fishing and agriculture.
You will discover our Museum of Rum, the ecomuseum, the Domaine de Séverin. Visit the mangrove, the Grand-cul-de-sac, our islets where you can swim in the seabed and go diving, kayaking or even scooter. Stroll in the mountains and take a short break at the Saut des 3 Cornes. Do not forget our sulfur showers at Sofaïa. Restore yourself at the seaside, enjoy the fresh produce of our chefs. Sainte Rose is also a cultural city with its carnival, its festival. A city also took place the famous series Murder in Paradise.

Activities practiced in the area: kayaking, diving, mangrove and islet tours, mountain biking, horseback riding, swimming, museums, hiking in the mountains, restaurants, tasting local products.

Super appartement et super site.

Un bel accueil de Raissa, appartement très propre et fonctionnel. Propreté impeccable. Très belle terrasse ombragée. Proximité de Ste-Rose qui offre tout les services. Retour certain chez Raissa pour notre prochain voyage en Guadeloupe. Josée et André Beloeil , Québec.

superbe accueil!

Séjour paisible avec une vue sur la nature au petit déjeuner, tranquillité absolue et indépendance, portail électrique pour rentrer la voiture ,piscine privée quoi de mieux!! c'est avec grand sourire que la famille nous a accueilli,nous garderons un super souvenir des propriétaires même si on ne les a pas beaucoup vu.Le bas de villa est confortable on se croirait presque à la maison. point de repère pour trouver le chemin de la villa c'est une vache impressionnante n'ayez pas peur elle vous indiquera votre chemin la villa se trouve juste en bas. le réseau n'est pas terrible prévenez bien avant votre arrivée Raissa ne faite pas confiance comme nous a google maps sinon vous risqueriez de faire aller / retour dans le chemin ,si vous avez marre de chercher arrêtez vous au camion de pizza demandez Raissa et on viendra vous récupérer! On reviendra j'espère! salut à la famille.

Parfait !

Le lieux est très calme, Sofaïa à Sainte-Rose est loin des sentiers touristiques. Fruits, jus de fruit, fleurs et même petit shrubb de bienvenue. Logement exactement conforme à la description. Tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin est là pour les premiers jours, (café, filtres, sel, sucre, papier toilette, etc.). On s'y sent comme chez soi , et même mieux ! Accueil très agréable, Merci à Raïssa.

Delightful Stay near Sainte Rose with Equally Delightful Host

Sainte Rose is an excellent base for exploring Basse Terre (and close to Grande Terre as well) and this property is an outstanding place to stay near Sainte Rose (about 4km from the town). It is a self contained apartment on the ground floor of the host's home. It is very private with its own entry, parking and grounds. It is three rooms, with a well-equipped kitchen, and is very clean. The host Raissa and her son Anthony were extraordinarily kind and helpful and we thank them for their assistance during our stay. We highly recommend this property and feel you will not be disappointed. The only thing we would point out is that due to the property's proximity to the mountains, on-and-off rain showers were common during our stay. However, one should not be discouraged as (1) it usually was not raining in the town or along the coast and (2) the covered patio that runs the length of the apartment made for a delightful place to sit and watch the rain!

Très bon accueil avec corbeille de fruits, planteur, jus de fruit et équipements très complets. Environnement calme en zone résidentielle avec point de vue sur la forêt. Indépendance totale et intimité avec RDC complet, parking clos et grand jardin avec piscine. Assurément une adresse au top.

Tranquille dans la montagne

L'appartement de Raïssa est très agréable autant que la propriétaire. Le tout est bien aéré et un grand jardin bien entretenu jouxte la maison. La piscine est aussi très apprécié.

Wonderful place!

We enjoyed our stay in Sainte-Rose very much. The apartment is actually much nicer than on the photos!! There is a lot of space, a clean well-equipped kitchen, a large terrace with a lovely hammok, a big garden and pool for our own - very calm and perfect for lazy holidays. The host and her family was very kind and helpful. She provided fresh fruit and a bottle of rum in the apartment for us when we arrived. All in all we would definately like to come back!

Belle location

Très belle location située au calme avec un beau jardin. Les propriétaires ont de petites attentions délicates dès votre arrivée pour vous accueillir = fruits frais, jus de fruits, glaçons déjà au congélateur, petits gâteaux, savons dans la salle de bain. Accueil tout comme il faut, de plus les propriétaires savent se faire discrets. La location est conforme aux photos, le tout très bien entretenu et qui fonctionne. Nous recommandons cette location située à Sainte-Rose et sans aucune hésitation.

SUPERBE SEJOUR

Madame Charini est une hôte agréable et souriante. Accueil avec gentilles attentions (fruits frais, rhum délicieux, café...). le logement est spacieux et très bien entretenu. La terrasse donne sur un beau paysage verdoyant et l'on peut le soir se reposer dans un hamac au chant des grenouilles du bassin et des oiseaux... un pur bonheur !!! NOUS REVIENDRONS MAIS CETTE FOIS POUR UNE SEMAINE

Nous rentrons juste de notre séjour en Guadeloupe et sommes ravis de ce logement et de ses propriétaires. En effet, le logement est conforme aux photos, très propre, confortable et très calme. Le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables et bien entretenus... sans oublier les poissons.... Les propriétaires sont sérieux, très accueillants tout en restant discrets. De plus, nous avons appréciés les petites attentions pour notre arrivée ..... Sans aucun doute, nous recommandons cet hébergement et y retournerons.

Calme et fonctionnel

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette location, et nous en sommes ravis. Le logement est bien équipé, fonctionnel et parfaitement propre. On apprécie la terrasse ventilée et sa vue montagne pour les repas, la piscine et le bassin à poissons pour y distraire les enfants. L'accueil de la propriétaire est charmant et nous l'en remercions.

Tout confort et bien au calme

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans ce logement très bien équipé. La grande terrasse couverte, le barbecue, la piscine... le rêve de tous vacanciers. Un habit très bien entretenu, un accueil très pro, de délicates attentions et une présence particulièrement discrète nous ont ravis. Très beau cadre, calme et reposant. Et nous sommes revenus pour la 3eme fois ....

3éme séjour chez TIKAZENNOU... et toujours voire même de plus en plus bien accueillis. Séjour de 9 semaines, jusqu'au 22 Mars. Gentillesse, grâce, confort à tout point de vue, amélioration apportée avec haut-vent tout au long de la terrasse, machine à laver personnelle. Cela situe cette location dans les "très bons standings". Décoration raffinée et accueil chaleureux par les propriétaires discrets et présents à chaque instant pour réussir nos séjours. Mille mercis à Raissa, Rozan et Anthony. A très bientôt en 2015...
