It is a family house restored in the year 2011. It is located in Benavites, 6 km from the beach. It is a spacious and comfortable house, with a cozy and cool corral during the summer. It is a pleasure to listen to the birds in the morning from the hammock or just relax on the terrace with friends. It is an ideal base for pedestrian excursions or to the sea, halfway between Valencia and Castellón, it is very close to Sagunto. It can accommodate up to 4-5 people, with the 2 double beds and the sofa. In addition there is space to put several inflatable mattresses.
