Because of Covid 19 - We trained our cleaner who works us only and uses special chemicals to detailed cleaning also we are using disinfecting company who comes and uses special smoke to villas before every check in, Therefore you can be sure you are safe in our villas, We also use contactless check in where you will find your key in a box with disinfected left for you. Also if you can not fly because of your flight cancelled you can move your booking to any other date or next year or get refund if you really can not make it.

This villa is situated in a residential area where all the villas are. Also walking distance to shop - restaurants and bars. Very luxury designed and very privately built.
Villa is only 10 minutes walking distance to Calis Beach which you can take your towel and walk every day . Also Walking distance to all the restaurants and bars on the beach front, near hotels bars can be used if you wished to use. Also next door sister villa is again available from me if you would like to travel as a 2 family or friends and stay next door to each other . Just ask for more.

Fantastic villa all around

Cannot fault the villa what so ever, clean, spacious, well furnished and well looked after. Excellent location, the resort is absolutely amazing. Customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Late check out was a plus due to late flight back home. The near by hotel recommended to us by the owner served delicious Turkish food at very cheap prices. Big thank you and can't wait to go back again.

Great holiday in Fethyiye

Firstly I need to mention this is not a 4 bedroom property. It may well sleep 8 (sofa bed?), but it only has 3 actual bedrooms. This was not a problem for us. The villa was really nice, very comfortable and was well equipped with everything you might need. The pool area was nice, plenty of sun beds, and someone came every day to clean the pool. The local contact / cleaner / TV repair man was lovely, really helpful and the midstay clean was probably more thorough than I would do at home. The villa is in an excellent location, just a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. We booked our transfer with Suleyman and he was super helpful with any queries we had. We had a lovely holiday and would definitely look to stay here again if we come back to Fethyiye.

Well appointed villa close to Calis beach

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Azra immensely. The villa was very clean, bright and spacious, with everything needed for a luxurious holiday. We came with our sons (aged 22, 20 and 12) and we all made good use of the swimming pool, table tennis and pool table. Suleyman and his team provided excellent service to ensure we had what we required and more. The villa is in a good location, in a quiet residential area but only a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants at Calis. The dolmus (bus) stop is nearby on the main road or you can walk easily to the water taxi If you want to go into Fethiye or further afield. We would rent Villa Azra again without hesitation and will consider coming back to Turkey with our extended family and renting the villa next door too, also owned by Suleyman I believe.

Very nice villa but the whole experience ruined by the loud speaker sited on opposite lampost

Directions and contact with the owner was very good - there were a few initial issues with pool heating and Wifi access which were promptly addressed by the owner. The villa is spacious with 3 good size bedrooms, however our stay was completely spoilt by the call to prayer. The call to prayer in the afternoon and evening was not an issue, but the call to prayer at 5:40 every morning, at unacceptably high decibels, from the speaker fixed at high level to the lampost opposite, meant we were jolted awake from our sleep and we were unable to get back to sleep after being woken. We appreciate Suleyman can not do anything about the position of the speaker, but irrespective of this I feel guests should be made aware when booking the villa.

Fantastic!!

Just came back from the most amazing stay at Villa Luna Calis Beach! So clean and something to do for everyone. The photos didn’t do the villa justice and it’s in such a perfect location for the beach, shops and restaurants. There’s no need to rent a car or anything either as there are scooters and family trikes that are accessible. Whether we wanted to explore the nearby beaches, engage in water sports, or experience the vibrant local culture, everything was easily accessible. The amenities are a great table tennis table, pool which everyone enjoyed and the heated pool was cleaned and monitored daily which was reassuring. Suleyman and Kadir at Villa Luna were exceptional, providing attentive and personalized service throughout my stay. They catered to my every need with a warm and welcoming smile. They even went over and above by bringing a birthday cake on my husbands birthday. What a lovely surprise this was 🍰🍰🎂 I cannot recommend Villa Luna enough for those seeking a fantastic break. Thank you, Villa Luna, for creating the perfect vacation retreat that exceeded all my expectations! We will definitely be back, my daughter is already looking at this for next year 😁 🏖️🌅🌴thank you Suleyman!

Superb Spacious Villa

Very simple booking process, local agent available and very efficient. The Villa is large and spacious, lots of extras, table tennis, pool table, decent size private pool, 10 mins walk to the Beach and restaurant areas, would definitely use again

Delightful villa to relax and enjoy your stay

Perfect for our family of five and walking distance to the beach with plenty of restaurants cafes and shops . Any small queries with the villa were immediately dealt with by courteous and competent staff .

We stayed here for a week with our 3 adult sons & this was a fabulous villa. Really clean. Spacious inside and out. Heated pool was popular. Good to have table tennis & pool table as well. Suleyman and Kadir were really helpful and sorted out issues with wi fi promptly. Would definetly recommend this accomodation & happily give it a 5* rating

Early April break

Lovely villa with great facilities- after a couple of initial wet days the weather picked up and we could make the most of the wider area. Calis beach was just getting going for the season so on the quieter side but a nice base and good access to fethiye, blue lagoon etc. Suleyman helped arrange airport transfers and all went very smoothly. The villa itself is well equipped , spacious and comfortable. He answered all our queries fully and promptly. Would certainly recommend- the swimming pool, pool table and table tennis were all big hits

A really nice villa - just a few comments to make it even better

A very nice villa, and we would visit again. We know the area well, and it is a super holiday destination. Airport transfers worked very well, and the villa was clean, tidy and pool was kept nice and clean. There are a few things we would point out, which might make things even better. With 2 young children we needed the TV and DVD to work well, but it was not possible to sort out the TV in the lounge as all controls/instructions were in Turkish, and there was no DVD player in the lounge. There was one in a bedroom, but it could not be connected downstairs. After we phoned the owner, the very helpful pool man sorted the few English channels onto the TV so we could access them, and bought and installed a DVD player. We wrote and left detailed instructions for the next visitors on how to connect and operate the TV and DVD. The information folder in the villa was generic one, I think aimed more at the Hisoranu area, and had no information specific to this villa or its appliances, or the immediate area. This could be dealt with simply by having a visitors book, as in our experience people then write down helpful information on local shops, bars and restaurants, nearest good supermarket, where to hire bikes, how to catch the dolmus and where it goes, etc. The call to prayer is blasted out over a loudspeaker right next to the villa, which was a bit of a shock at 4am! Once settled in this was not too much of a disturbance, however. Finally, our pick up for the airport was 7:30 pm, and we were quite dismayed to find that we had to leave the villa at 10am, or pay an extra £50 cash to stay there until pick up time. It is totally unrealistic to expect a family of 6 to sit on their suitcases from 10am to 7:30 pm, and in our many years of villa rental in the Calis area no-one has imposed a charge for an evening pick up. Perhaps a lesson there for the owner not to be too greedy and keep the customers feeling as though they are valued. But overall, we can recommend this place for a lovely holiday.

Villa Azra is a beautiful, well designed and well equipped villa. Everything you could possibly need for a wonderful holiday. Everything, from the beach with the stunning sunsets, to restaurants and bars are only a short 10 minute walk. Suleyman, the owner was extremely helpful and was just at the end of the phone if we needed any questions answered. Turgay the property manager is a proper genie and popped in regularly to see if wee needed anything. It was my husbands birthday while we were there and Turgay came in with a beautiful birthday cake from him and Suleyman. Lucy the cleaner was a star, nothing was too much trouble for any the staff. The villa was spotlessly clean and it was wonderful having our own private pool, each room was thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. We loved our stay and would highly recommend Villa Azra or any of Suleyman's villas to anyone and we will be back. Thank you Suleyman, Turgay and Lucy for a truly wonderful experience and cannot wait till our next vacation.
