Located in a great location with a friendly owner

This apartment was very nicely sized for our three families (total 5 adults and 4 kids). It was clean, had everything that we needed, and was located in a very convenient location within walking distance of the Metro station and also a large grocery store. The owner met us at check-in and was very friendly and helpful, offering advice on places to eat and activities to entertain our children. We had a wonderful stay and would love to book again if we go back to Porto!

Lovely apartment in Porto

Our small group enjoyed staying in this apartment. It was outside the historic district but still close to everything. Miguel as a host provided in-depth information on the city and gave excellent recommendations. He was responsive throughout our stay. Definitely recommend for large groups and families.

Great place for bonding

This vacation was meant for family bonding. Ideal and safe location. Spacious living room and dining area. Played games, dined together, shared stories, etc. Property owner (Miguel) promptly checked us in and provided several good tips about the surrounding location including must-sees. Will stay here here again and recommend to others.

Great place in Porto

There were 8 of us in this apartment and the rooms were good sized. Second bathroom was a bit small but was great to have a second bathroom. Kitchen well appointed. We were able to walk to the historic part of town but it was a walking adventure. We took ride share at times and also took the metro. Nice neighborhood and a well supplied grocery store very close.

Porto Perfect

This apartment was well suited for our group of 6 adults. Walkable to excellent food, grocery shopping and a mall. Bolt was inexpensive and convenient for trips to Gaia or old town. Our host was very informative and gracious meeting us at a very late hour upon arrival. House was sufficiently equipped w essentials but if you plan to cook you will need to purchase some seasonings. Our only suggested improvement would be better fans (very noisy) Over all a great location and home!

Porto as usual was brilliant. The property was tired and needs refurbishment. We did not feel it was worth what we paid. Traffic and bird noises meant a disturbed night's sleep. No air conditioning with 30 C temps.

Property Condition: Our apartment is accurately depicted in photos. We strive to maintain it well, but will review your feedback for improvements. Pricing: Our rates fluctuate based on Porto's demand. We aim to offer competitive pricing. Noise from Traffic and Birds: The apartment is located in a quiet street, though it’s important to remember that Porto is a bustling city. Occasional traffic sounds can be expected in such a central location. As for the bird noises, they are a natural part of the environment and unfortunately beyond our control. Many guests enjoy this touch of nature, but we understand it might not be to everyone’s liking. Air Conditioning: Our listing clearly states that the apartment does not have air conditioning. Porto typically enjoys mild temperatures. According to historical weather data, the temperatures during your stay ranged from 19ºC to 28ºC, which is relatively moderate. We recommend checking the amenities listed before booking to ensure the apartment meets your needs. Again, I’m very sorry that you did not fully enjoy your experience at our apartment. Fantastic

Fantastic property. Great that it is 4 double bedroom. All kitchen facilities are in good workikg order. Very clean. Beds are super comfy. Great location, in a residential area. Apartment is in the middle of the block, but you can't hear the residents above or below. Only teeny downside, was there was a dog belonging to ground floor flat, which barked occasionally when people walked past. This was ok in the day, but wasn't taken inside until about 2230hrs. Maybe take earplugs? About a 5 minute walk to the Metro, 2 minute walk to the supermarket. 5 minute walk to a fabulous patry shop (incredible). Miguel was lovely and gave lots of excellent restaurant recommendations, sightseeing recommendations and good ways of getting around the city. Would 100% recommend

belle escapade à Porto

L'appartement est propre et bien agencé. Eloigné du centre ville (quartier résidentiel) et nécessite le métro mais pas très dérangeant sauf si besoin de restaurants ou d'animations le soir en proximité (pas notre cas). Miguel et sa maman nous ont réservé un super accueil. Très accommodants et très gentils. Merci à eux.

Superbe appartement propre et spacieux

Bel appartement avec 4 grandes chambres lit double. Grande cuisine et grand salon. Nous avons séjourné 5 jours à 4 adultes, 4 enfants sans nous sentir à l'étroit. Tout est propre et assez neuf. Juste un peux excentré, le cartier n'est pas magnifique mais un taxi Huber peut vous amener pour 6 euro au centre historique. L'avantage est que la nuit est calme et vous pouvez bien dormir (et la literie est top) Miguel le gérant nous a bien expliqué toutes les curiosités à visiter ainsi que les restaurants ou autres... Donc, séjour positif notamment grâce à un beau logement!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wie waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung. Sie liegt in der Nähe einer Bushaltestelle und die U- Bahnhaltestelle ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Direkt um die Ecke befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt, so dass wir am ersten Tag ganz unkompliziert einkaufen gehen konnten. Unser Gastgeber Miguel hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Wir haben viele hilfreiche Tipps von ihm erhalten. Wir waren insgesamt sieben Erwachsene und hatten ausreichend Platz in der sehr komfortablen Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist hell, mit allem notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Als wir einen kleinen Reparaturbedarf festgestellt hatten, hat Miguel ihn am selben Tag behoben. Ein besseren Gastgeber kann man sich nicht wünschen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in Porto und in dieser Wohnung einen Urlaub verbringen. Herzlichen Dank an Miguel und seine liebe Familie.

Beautiful place with a wonderful host

This property was wonderful with a large kitchen, plenty of amenities, and a host who told us all about what to do and see in the city. He is the reason we got to see the Harry Potter bookstore. Beds could be more comfortable but that is true in all of Europe. Book here you won't be sorry.

Geräumige und saubere Unterkunft für 8 Personen

Wir haben in der gut ausgestatteten Wohnung von Miguel eine angenehme Zeit gehabt. Von dort aus war per Metro und Bus (10 Minuten zu Fuß) die Erkundung Portos sehr einfach. Die Kontaktaufnahme mit Miguel war kein Problem. Da er im Urlaub war, schickte er seine sehr lieben Eltern zum Check-In, die uns viele gute Tipps gaben. Einzige Nachteile waren die belebte Straße vor dem Haus und eine Nachts sehr helle Beleuchtung der Gegend. Gerne wieder

Super place- super host

The apartment was just as described. The host is very flexible and prompt. Miguel provided advice and tips to see the best attractions in Porto. That saved us a lot of time and made the visit memorable. Miguel also kindly reminded us about the nearby store in case we needed groceries. Miguel recommended a great place for lunch. I would stay at this apartment if I visit Porto again.
