It overlooks the central Piazza Signorelli where there is the homonymous Theater and the Etruscan Museum Palace (MAEC).
The apartment located on the second floor consists of 2 bedrooms. the first double and the second with two single beds or a double bed on request. (possibility to add a cot).

Rossana apartment is a great place to stay when visiting Cortona, right in the center of town. Very clean, spacious and bright. The lovely view of the square gave a view of this beautiful town waking up in the morning. The perfect home base for your stay in Cortona. Rossana was very pleasant, meeting us at check in and out.

The perfect stay!

Absolutely loved our stay in this wonderful apartment in the beautiful village of Cortona! The place was charming, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We spent a few perfect days soaking in the stunning views, enjoying the local shops, and indulging in amazing food. It was the ideal Tuscan escape — peaceful, picturesque, and full of character. Highly recommend!

Comfortable apartment in the best location!

We loved staying here. It was so convenient for walks in town, restaurants, shopping, yet was so quiet and comfy for relaxing. Rossana was the perfect host. We will be back!

Perfect place in Cortona

Wie stayed two nights in this beautiful apartment in Cortona. The location could not have been better. The apartment is spotless and very comfortable. Hostess is very helpful and friendly. We would stay here again.

Everything we could have hoped for!

This unit met and exceeded our expectations! The host was extremely friendly and helpful, and this well-stocked home has a perfect location within the best area of Cortona. I highly recommend this unit to anyone wishing for a clean, 'light & bright' home within walking distance to everything you would ever want to do here. Wonderful apartment in a historic town

We loved this apartment in the heart of Cortona. The host was very helpful and met us after we arrived. It's a great place for families with two bedrooms and three beds. The apartment was nicely updated despite being in a historic building. It had a nice view of the square next to the theatre, and the air conditioning worked very well. We slept better here than at any other time on our trip to Italy. There are some nice restaurants and small grocery stores in the town and all were within walking distance. We loved our stay and can't wait to return.

The Perfect Location, The Perfect Hostess

Rossana is the best! She made the checkin process seamless. She is very accommodating- she even made dinner reservations for us! Her place is in the MOST PERFECT location - near everything you need. Center of Cortona

We enjoyed our week-long at this apartment. It is at the very center of Cortona - a very charming town in Tuscany. The apartment was well stocked and clean. Pros: centrally located, well equipped with kitchen supplies and stove, oven and fridge, which was helpful! Cons: parking in Cortona is nearly impossible anywhere close to it. You will need to use a public lot outside the city center and walk 1/4 mile. Also, there are two, very steep fights of cement stairs in order to get to the apartment. While this wasn’t an issue for us, it could certainly hinder some people with mobility or age issues. (Young children and older seniors.) Cortona is a wonderful place to spend a few days or longer and settle into the pace of the town.

Perfect spot for an old world get away

We started our tour of Italy by spending a full day / night in beautiful Cortona. The drive up from from Rome was easy and straight forward. After leaving the main highways, you end up in the small countryside villages that surround the old walled city of Cortona. Then you begin your windy drive up to the walled city. Parking for the unit is included, but be mindful that space is shared and is at a premium. If you are lucky you can locate a spot less than 100 meters/yards from the unit, but we ended up needing to park down by the adjoining church which is located a short but very steep drive down a hill. Once the car is parked, you will enter Cortona via the original stone gate on pavers that are hundreds of years old. Rosanna will guide you past some initial stores and show you a fantastic little restaurant for lunch & dinner which is just around the corner from her apartment. The apartment is the perfect combination of old world charm with modern convivence. The entry door is a great example - at least 100 years old, but secured with a massive lock; there is wifi for your gadgets too!. The photos are 100% spot on. The bedrooms are spacious, quiet and the beds are extremely comfortable. The bath and shower is compact (as is every bath shower in Italy!) but serves the purpose as expected. And the location could not have been any better. It is so close to everything you want to see and do in Cortona yet is still right near the entryway into the city.

In the heart of town, a view into the heart of Italy.

We could not have been more comfortable in this lovely apartment! We spent some very enjoyable time each day just looking out the window into the Piazza Signorelli, watching what our temporary neighbors were doing. Countless great restaurants are an easy walk away. We will return!

Great location, perfect accommodations for 4.

This walk up apartment inside the walls of Cortona is a perfect spot to stay when exploring Tuscany. Although close to the center, it is around a corner, so very quiet...and still close to great Shoppes and restaurants. Parking is very close by. The aparment is exactly as picturesd. Immaculate, modern shower, two comfortable bedrooms. We made espresso each morning, but otherwise ventured out to nearby cafes and restaurants for meals. Rosanna was lovely and thoughtful. She met us to guide parking, had fresh flowers in the suite, a delicious local Tuscan wine also awaited us... We can highly recommend. Also had WiFi, washer, dishwasher...really everything one could need. Thanks, we hated to leave.. Kerry, Brian, Chris & Deb

We were so happy to stay at this beautiful apartment in the heart of Cortona! Rosanna met us as soon as we arrived in Cortona and helped us get all settled into the apartment. Apartment was super clean, beautifully decorated and had AC! The next day, Rosanna help arrange a taxi for us to get us back to the train station! Certainly above and beyond! I would stay here in a heartbeat again should my travels ever take me back to the beautiful city of Cortona! Thanks Rosanna!

The perfect spot for a stay in Cortona

We loved La FInestra sul Teatro. It is perfectly located overlooking one of the piazzas and seconds away from a dozen restaurants. If you have seen the photos of the flat, you will know exactly what you are getting. It's clean, it has all of the modern conveniences you could want and Rosanna is the perfect hostess. I would highly recommend a stay here as we loved it.

Loved the location and the spaciousness of the unit. Very nice bathroom; comfortable bed. The kitchen worked, but not equipped for serious cooking. Be aware that the “second floor” is what Americans call the third. Rossana was very helpful and supportive.

Our stay in this lovely apartment was perfect. Rossana pays attention to all the details and makes you feel at home the minute you meet her.
